I am 12 weeks pregnant and I am frustrated with this practice already. I work full time and it is very difficult to schedule appointments that do not interfere with my work schedule. It is highly annoying to have to take time 2 days in a row, one for an ultrasound and one for an actual appointment. Calling this office is even worse. I have to sit on hold for 5-10 minutes at a time to wait for someone to talk to me. I haven't even met Dr. Brosch yet. They threw a ton of information at me and it was totally overwhelming for a soon to be first time mom. I don't understand why we have to wait on hold for so long and why its impossible to schedule appointments to accommodate people who work full time.
