This is the worst dermatologist office I have ever been. No result at all and that no care attitude is just not acceptable. The office nurses and managers give you completely different attitude before vs after you purchase a package with them -- you have already made the purchase with them so even if there is no difference you would just have to bear with whatever attitude they got for you. Avoid!

I see Theresa and her assistant Becca. Love them! During the procedure they made sure I was comfortable the entire time. They don't make you feel like just another person. They are very personable every single time. I definitely recommend Theresa and Becca. They are an awesome team!!

Brinton Lake Dermatology is the most efficient office I have been to. You are seen at your appointment time by doctors who really care. The only downside is the wait time for an appointment. I highly recommend this practice and Dr. Theresa to anyone in the area. I feel super comfortable and cared for at Brinton Lake Dermatology.

The staff at Brinton Lake Dermatology is professional and personable. Appointment scheduling is done in such a way as to avoid long patient waiting times. This policy ensures that every patient has ample time with the physician and the appointment is not rushed. Dr. Hostetler is personable and professional. She is very attentive to patients' concerns and questions. Exams and procedures are thorough. Upon leaving an appointment, the patient is confident and reassured that she/he has received the best dermatological care available.

Very upset with this place of business. New Patient called on 3/5/19....Made an appointment for 3/28 the front desk admin advised she had an opening at 6pm in 2days (3/7).....I said I would take it, got it confirmed, paid my $100 consultation fee....Very excited!!! My husband left work 3hrs early to get home to me to make sure we got out there on time (he got us there at 545p)......Go to check in the woman at the front desk proceeds to tell me my appointment is on 3/28 and the other admin never switched my appointment, and I'm sorry there is nothing we can do. I was in disbelief, we arranged our whole work day around this appointment. My husband demanded a refund of our $100 was then told we can't refund it right away, we can send you a check. But they were quick to take it instantly but not refund it instantly. I will never go back or recommend this place!!!!

Was told I’d be charged a 60 dollar cancellation fee to reschedule my appointment since it was within 24 hours, and I couldn’t call the closed office over the long holiday weekend. So I told them forget rescheduling, I’ll just cancel and find a new group. You would think they’d tell people about the cancellation fee when they call you to remind you about the appointment right before they close for the holidays.

Although I have always had a very good experience on the medical side, I tried out the cosmetic side and was woefully disappointed in the effectiveness of the service. I had had this service at other places with results on the first treatment, realizing that it takes several treatments to get a more permanent result. I called and talked to the provider and was told she is OK with it taking many sessions to get a result. These services are quite expensive so I cancelled my next appt.

This office has a very friendly atmosphere. With a wide range of doctors and physician assistants to patients in a timely manner. They assistants are very friendly and the front desk does their best to accommodate patients to be seen in a time frame that works best for them. The aestheticians do a fantastic job with amazing facials along with many other spa treatments and are very highly trained and qualified. I would recommend this office to all of my friends and family!

Will go out of the way to lose your appointments 5/7 times I've been turned around because "we don't have an appointment for you" despite my having a signed business card with the appointment date on the back of it. If your time is valuable to you please go somewhere else. Everyone but the actual doctors are shockingly incompetent.

I have been seeing Dr. Scheiner for over 20 years, first for dermatology and then as I grew older for cosmetic dermatology. She has always seen me on time (unless I was the late one;0) and I have had the most professional, personal appointments with her. People often think I am much younger than I am due to my laser and other maintenance procedures. The office staff is friendly and accommodating. I recommend this practice to anyone who wants to look younger or who needs top level dermatology care.

My first visit to this practice occured years ago when they were located in Jennersville. When they moved to Brinton Lake (42 miles away) I followed. I've been very impressed with the entire staff, from the front desk to the doctors and physician assistants (PA). Everyone is professional, polite and attentive. The doctors and PAs are very knowledgeable and skilled when it comes to any surgical procedure. When I wanted a friend to be evaluated for possible skin cancer, the front desk was so helpful in getting him an appointment. He did have cancer of the skin and that practice was able to remove the cancer fully. It was on his nose and the surgeon did such a good job, it is difficult to see a scar. I can't say enough about this practice except that their professionalism exceeded my expectations and that is why I now drive 90 miles round trip to be treated by this practice. I also wish to thank Theresa who checks me every year for any abnormal spots.

I have been going to this practice for over 10 years and have never had anything but a very pleasant, professional experience. I really like the fact that it is owned by three board-certified female dermatologists and that they have separate suites for their cosmetic patients and their medical patients. The doctors are booked well in advance (not uncommon in the field of dermatology) but I have received excellent care from all of the Physician Assistants who have seen me. The cosmetic team is terrific as well! I think people expect miracles from a single cosmetic treatment but most of them require 3 - 5 treatments for the best results. Their facials are amazing! Highly recommended!

My visit with them was fantastic. I love the staff and Drs here. However, the billing side is where things will fall apart and sour your experience. Use caution to fully understand what you are paying for at the time of the visit and what is being billed to insurance. Ensure there are no overlaps. Meaning, insurance is being billed for a portion of the same service which you (the patient) are also being billed for as a portion is deemed "cosmetic".

After being a patient of Brinton Lake Dermatology for over 7 years, I've finally decided to switch providers. Although I've always been happy with the care provided by the doctors, the reception is incredibly rude and make it nearly impossible to work with. I called this morning to make an appointment, was put on hold for 6 minutes and had to listen to a recording about how to "freeze off fat, saddle bags, muffin tops, pooch pouches and more..." When I finally spoke to someone, it took another 10 minutes to find an appointment time. The receptionist huffed and puffed about availability and made me feel extremely uncomfortable. In the past they have charged me for a cancelled appointment, cancelled my appointment for being 10 minutes late and have been very unhelpful overall. I stayed with Brinton Lake Dermatology for all these years because I've had several skin issues, including countless mole removals and MOHs surgery, but I'm happy to finally take my business elsewhere.

The office is nice and I did not have to wait in the waiting room. That said, I asked the front desk staff twice if I had a copay or balance due, they assured me I did not. I said I didn't think that was possible but figured I wouldn't argue. I then received an exorbitant bill three weeks later. The price seemed abnormally high in comparison with other Derm offices, especially since I saw a PA and not a doctor. I will most likely go elsewhere in the future.

I love the dermatologists here, but the office staff are rude and have very poor customer service I have found. I've been going to this office for my skin issues for a year now, and the doctors and nurses are great. My skin is noticably much better now. However every time I have to call for something, most of the time the person who answers (if someone answers) is short, rude, and unhelpful.
