I don't know what everyone is talking about with the long wait. I was in and out and Dr. Berg is AMAZING! She is a dermatologist for my whole family and we are very grateful to her.

Wasn't happy that my biopsy result was not reported to me in a timely fashion. I had to call and request them after several weeks of waiting even though I was told by Dr. Berg I would hear no matter if it was a negative or positive report. I asked office why this delay happened and was told they did not know.

I am absolutely thankful I see Dr. Berg. Not always do I have a long wait, but even if I do, she is TOTALLY worth it. I have been patient for some 20 years. I give her 5 starts!

Waited with my wife for hour and half with no contact from staff as to why doctor running late. Terrible customer service. We ended up walking out with not one word from staff or doctor. I run a surgical practice and know the importance of proptness and customer service. We will not be going back

My appt was for 10am, I was not taken back until 1050am, and didn't see Dr. Berg until 11:15am. She spent maybe 5 minutes with me max, offered no apology for the long wait and I was not impressed with her bedside manner at all. (I'm a nurse and have seen many styles) hers is one of the worst I've seen. I left confused about when exactly I was supposed to get blood work done office staff offered no assistance. Office staff also did not care that I was upset with wait and will go somewhere else next time. A pleasant smile and apology for long waits could go a long way. I still have a question that did not get addressed will definitely take my money and time elsewhere where it is more appreciated and valued.

Dr Berg is wonderful! Sometimes it's a long wait but she is a great diagnostician as well as being quite personable. I trust her judgment. She also has a wonderful staff.

Long wait and no appologly for being so excessively behind schedule. But....Doctor Berg is refreshing & professional. In an era of jiffy stitch & corporate medicine Dr Berg is a welcome treasure of knowledge and independence.

I was looking for a dermatologist & was referred to Dr. Berg from a friend that takes her family & her parents to the Dr. I was greeted by her friendly staff, I was seen on time & Dr. Berg actively listened to my list of issues. She prioritized my issues, gave me a timeline along with the proper dosage of medication needed to "fix" the problems. Then upon checkout, she reiterated instructions & asked if I had ANY questions about anything we'd discussed in the exam room! I came to Dr. Berg because the other dermatologist I'd been seeing wasn't resolving any of my problems. This office is where you need to go for results!

Wait time is horrendous and ridiculous. I waited in the waiting room 65 minutes and who knows how long I would have to wait in the actual room; didn't wait to find out I left to get back to work. I've already found another derma. I don't care how great the doc is, monopolizing patients time is rude and unprofessional. They need to fix this as I saw several frustrated patients with the same complaint. Thanks for waisting my precious time.
