Horrible reception staff. Makes you feel uncomfortable, treats you like a number, and sometimes even rude. Communication is horrible too. Showed up for an appointment only to find out the doctor didn’t come in that day. A phone call would have been nice. Doctors were good. Unfortunately, I won’t go here again because of the front office staff.

Quality doctors, but not enough. Scheduling appointments is horrible. If you have an urgent problem, plan on waiting months to see physician. I have seen doctors in three different specialties and when calling regarding serious problems have been only been able to get an appointment 3-12 later. I have not been able to see an endocrinologist in close to two years, even though I had been an active patient for close to five years. Unfortunately, because the practice is owned by the local hospital it's a piece of a larger Monopoly.
