I agree with the previous poster, the front desk staff do not have interest in the health of the child. They seemed fraustrated with me and refused to help. I do not want to work with this business again.

The people giving 5 stars must be paid or employees or friends. This place is a joke. The service just over the phone was unprofessional, my child's health wasn't a concern for them after the emergency room doctor referred me to them. My child is 10 she was rushed from school to the er by ambulance, after almost 10 hours in the hospital we were allowed to leave the next day they had no record of it-even tho it was faxed but regardless the woman sounded frustrated that I was taking her time to explain the rare situation her answer was we need all medical records and that can legally take 30 days... she repeated this about 8 times before I hung up, my child wasn't a concern it was actually a bother to her. If this is the way they handle medical situations then I I would rather go somewhere else. How are these people allowed to disregard a child and not even show an ounce of concern? If it was their child I'm sure they wouldn't like it either. How these people have a medical license, I will never know. But if the exams are as good as the receptionist then they will be sued for malpractice. My advice find somewhere that has a child's best interest at heart. Not a paycheck

I have been taking my kids to see Dr. Fox for nearly 4 years now. I always feel comfortable discussing concerns I may have and my kids look forward to their visits with her. We don’t see eye to eye on every single thing but I always feel respected as the parent.

After reading all of the negative reviews, I was a little concerned about taking our two foster children here. Let me tell you - right off the bat I was treated so kindly by the office staff. It is overwhelming taking children that have been placed with you to a doctor’s office that has been chosen to you. The receptionist was kind and understanding and made me feel at ease. The nurse was caring and just wonderful with the boys. When Dr. Boxer came in the room, he was just genuine and took all the time that I needed to examine the children and answer all of my questions. He has a great bedside manner and made the office visit a FUN event for everyone. Thank you! Please don’t take the negative reviews seriously. The office staff has a job to do. So many parents are demanding and think rules aren’t for them. The office has policies and procedures and when some people are asked to abide by them, they get offended. Probably best if they take their attitudes and entitlement elsewhere.

This office is full of wonderful, caring doctors! We have been coming here with both of our children for over a year now and have never had any issues. We have seen Dr. Fox, Dr. Luckenbaugh, Dr. Boxer & met a couple of the others as well. It might be hard to get in for new patients but that is because there aren't many options but once you're in, you're golden!

Tried over and over to get our sons records sent to the school after several phone messages and finally talking to a human we were treated with such disrespect and rudeness we are changing doctors..terrible

Very rude to my granddaughter , teasing her . when I called to switch to another doctors office , I was treated rudely and told " We can hold her records for up to 30 days if we want to " . I would NOT recommend anyone take their child there !!

Sometimes the wait times are a little long but the staff is very friendly and answers your questions in great detail. Love this place!

We have nothing but positive things to say and would highly recommend this group. Very responsive and we were also impressed with their concern and follow up with us when my second child needed immediate care at CHOP at 4 days old.
