I left a voicemail to attempt to schedule an appointment here. I received a very rude response voicemail this morning. The woman said the doctor I requested an appointment with is no longer accepting new patients, which is fine, but their website clearly states that she is. Secondly, she said, “This is a consult practice so we're not going to make up an appointment with just anyone. You need a consult form filled out by your doctor. We don't just take people off the street and make appointments for them.” I get that some dermatologists require referrals, as I’ve been under the care of a dermatologist in another state until now, but this is an incredibly rude way to explain this to a potential patient. I will definitely be seeking a dermatologist elsewhere that treats people with basic respect.

I had my PCP write a referral and send it over to the office in mid-March, and to date I have received no response whatsoever.

Kudos to Lisa, in Dr. Girardi's office, who went above and beyond to find me an affordable alternative to a $300 medication that wasn't covered by my insurance plan! Always a good experience when I see Dr. G.

Offices are always closed with no schedule for the business hours.

Find another doctor that actually wants to see and help patients. Here you will waste appointments getting a referral to get in the door, waste another 2 weeks on phone trying to get an appointment and hope Liz the new patient co-coordinator will do anything. Then the doctor only works on Monday and can't see you for 2 months. This group is all that is wrong ...find a doctor and service that wants to help you.
