Today I called the office with a problem as a new patient. The front desk staff was so helpful, and even got me in for an appointment with Dr. Narla the same day. The billing department was super efficient in getting all of the appropriate procedures authorized. The medical assistant who brought me in was very knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions. Dr. Narla was so nice, and very professional. She even came up with a plan for me. Since this is an ongoing problem, it was wonderful to get some resolution. I could not be happier with my change to this office. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new OB/GYN!

Worst bedside manner and service ever. You would think female gynos would be more compassionate, yet they seem to only care about making appointments and getting your money. The doctor tried to argue the law with me about birth control and hold it hostage for another 6 months and I know the law well enough by now after being tricked by this place enough times. They used to force me to get a pap smear every year instead of every 3 and say they had no notes or record of me getting a pap smear the previous year when clearly a women remembers her own experience, especially one as traumatizing and invasive as that. Even with a brand new doctor I found her to be cold and about money more than actually listening to my needs and understanding my situation. For all the "notes" they supposedly keep they spent a lot of time asking me the same questions over again in the same day by the nurse and doctor. Overall I almost didn't even get what I came for and had to be very firm with the doctor to show I am not someone you can take advantage of or trick. I know they have to make a paycheck but not by running women around and telling them they have to do something when they don't It's wrong. I will never return and I would not recommend this place to anyone because it's clearly run a certain way and unless you have good insurance they will get every time out of you that they can whether it's for something important or not.

I called to make an appointment. I was told that I had a "no show" fee on my account (when I called to cancel the appointment from 6 months ago). I was forwarded to a "billing department's" voice-mail box vs. someone assisting me with the error. I was also told that I had a "high deductible" and would have to pay additional money (which is not a concern); however the manner in which it was stated almost seemed as if they preferred not to have me as a patient. Not patient friendly at all!
