Great Doctors and great staff!!!!

This review might be long but it’s worth the read! All my life, I have been ignored and mistreated by doctors to the point where I began to think I was crazy! To the point where I would ignore symptoms and never go to the doctor. Dr. Waite made me feel like I am genuinely cared about. She provided options for me, and took her time to explain everything. She treated me like a human being, not just another patient. I honestly wanted to cry and hug her, because she had done more for me than anyone had ever done for me my whole life. I am so, so glad I chose this place.

Took my daughter for a simple yearly exam. They ended up doing a bunch of unnecessary lab work and costing me hundreds. They claim it’s their policy but I was never informed ahead of time and it just seems like a way to make more money off you. Office is a tiny dump with unfriendly staff

Dr. Rau is my favorite doctor, he is on top of everything and just a really nice OB/GYN. After having complications with an IUD and being in severe pain. He only made me wait one day to perform surgery, and made sure I left the hospital comfortable. Once I got pregnant they may have saved my pregnancy. The staff and doctors are very thorough and get back to you quickly.

This office used to be great 18 years ago the new doctors are horrible they where very insensitive to my miscarriage and my time I can't be 15 minutes late to an appointment but they would be to 45 minutes to an hour late to come into the room to speak to me For any kind of visit when I need it to have my DNC done for my abortion I was very specific about the time and days that I needed to have it done because I have other children to care for The doctor was over 2 and a 1/2 hours late for my surgery so I had to make other arrangements Because I was then out of time to get my surgery done I was going to do the abortion pill but decided against it at the last minute and made an appointment at another office so whenever they called me to do my follow up I let them know that I wasn't happy with their services and that I would be going to see someone else Whoever took my call that day forward is that information over Leslie burnstein the executive operations director and she then decided that during my miscarriage she was going to send me a nasty letter which is enclosed above As if I needed her to reinstate what I said over the phone or that I needed any assistance Transferring over my records Mind you I've been going here since I was 13 years old stop going 9 years ago when I moved to Dallas and immediately began Seeing them once I came back to Connecticut but they only had medical records on file for me 4 year so why was it this serious I don't know but don't waste your time with this office
