Im a very busy mother and dont often get time to make appoinments for myself unless it seems like it could be serious. I tried to call to make an appointment today and the receptionist was extremely impatient and kept trying to find reasons i would need to call back at another time instead of trying to listen and help me durring my call. I had to hang up out of frustration.
