First off, if you choose them to deliver your baby, you have to see all of the doctors. Which means none of them are taking you on full time and none of them will have a full scope of your pregnancy. Secondly they don't care about your health and well being or your wallet. When a test they performed was inconclusive (which I suspect wasnt done correctly by their tech) they sent me to the hospital across the street instead of returning the test in office. That bill alone was $953 after they said nothing was wrong. I then went the week I was due feeling terrible and they told me I was okay and to take some Robitussin. Woke up the next morning feeling even worse, couldn't walk bad. I had influenza type A. The doctor I saw didnt even bother to check my temperature the day before, even though a flu epidemic was so bad in the area that children weren't allowed in parts of the hospital for the prior 2 months. The physician at the urgent care I saw literally called on his personal cell and yelled at the staff until one of the doctors talked to him. The office staff is nice and polite as are the nurses. The building is so tiny though you cant fit 3 people in the exam rooms. The building is antiquated and kind of gross. Normally I won't submit a review if I feel so poorly about a place, but I really do not believe that patient care is the priority at this office. Their main concern is making money and seeing as many patients as possible. I'll never make another appointment with them again.
One more thing, how is it that one of their 5 star reviews is a MAN. This is a womens health office. Honestly very suspicious of the other reviews.
