Gave me a false positive for an STD. Doctor was rude and flat out mean when I told her it had to be a mistake, even after I told her I retested elsewhere. Told office never to contact me again. Still on their email list two years later because they require you to call the office to unsubscribe and each time I've tried I've been on hold for 30 minutes before giving up. Most unprofessional doctors office I have ever been to.

I promise you this place has changed over the past 8 years. I wish a consumer could collect the girls at the front paycheck because I seem to find myself every so gle appointment doing their work. I am always given the wrong information, they always dismiss your concern, they couldn't even keepy chart in order. I could go on and on about how incompetent the staff at the front is. My doctors, Dr. Manning and Dr. Hage is amazing hence the reason I am still here bit after this last incident I am going to go to Fairfield or Tru bull where the staff actually understand the importance of their job. We who live in Bridgeport always have to go outside of Bridgeport for service because the type of customer service that you get in other cities is impeccable so why settle for employee who could care less in the city we live in...

This office has a lack customer service skill, they give my wife appointment with a doctor who is in vacation, and the other doctor they gave her didn't even read her file and didn't even know what the first doctor done before, very unprofessional, that's office is a shame for Connecticut State

This place should be shut down!!! The worst OBGYNs I have ever seen. Very uneducated very ignorant and rude. The staff don't care very cold and not friendly . I will never step foot in this office again or any womens health Connecticut office all horrible.

Front desk is RUDEEEEEE!!!! Billing is incompetent! Make a payment and they call you for the payment because “notes weren’t placed in the system”. My husband and I went there for our first pregnancy visit and the Doctor, Dr. Hage was incredible. His staff... enough words can’t be in the dictionary in every country to describe the amount of unprofessionalism and down right ignorance that is displayed by the workers in this office.

Wish I could give them negative stars. They cause so much frustration and are highly unprofessional. Multiple doctors here laughed in my face for asking for a tubal and then told me I was stupid when I ended up pregnant on the pill...again. I took them properly I assure you but this group could care less about any bedside manner. They wouldn't know what nice was if it hit them straight in the face. Horrible place. Do not go here if you value being listened to.

Dr. Leite is a great doctor. She is professional, informative, personable and patient. She helped me deliver my first baby. When I was in labor my dilation was not speeding fast enough and I was better qualified for a c-section which I wanted to avoid at all costs, she was patient enough and looked for many options to help me dilate and deliver vaginally. I hope she gets to be my doctor when I deliver my second baby.

I was running late (8 minutes) so I called the office to tell them that, I thought I was doing the right thing, I was their first appointment of the day and thought maybe they could take someone else before me. The lady on the phone said that I had to reschedule because they do not accept late patients, what?! Mind you I only had an ultra sound scheduled which takes 10 minutes, really? wow! I think this "rule" is crazy. I am looking for a new practice as we speak...

The office staff is useless ! I try contacting them 4 times and left messages just to get the generic brand of a birth control bc the dr prescribed me a birth control My insurance didn’t cover. And it’s been about 2 weeks without a birth control . The front desk staff are just rude ! The medical assistants are great

I Went for my annual checkup at the beginning of 2017. I was under a doctor's care in this group for almost 20 years. In June, I received a letter from my doctor letting me know he was leaving and he referred me to another doctor in the group. I then Received a letter in August that stated they were withdrawing from further professional care for me. No explanation, no nothing.

This establishment is very unprofessional whether it’s some of the receptionist or Doctor. I have been trying to get in contact with my Doctor for two days in regards to a serious matter regarding my health the first time I called at 10am and I was promised a call back the same day when he (Dr. Murray Masters) was free which I did not receive until 5 pm after they were closed so I couldn’t return the missed call. The second day I called again at 10am and was greeted by a rude receptionist by the name of (Gloria) she wasn’t in any way trying to be helpful instead she insisted he would return my call the next day after I explained everything that transpired the previous day. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT!

This office lacks customer service skills. The ladies at the front desk act as if saying hello is a privilege and it’s only said to some but are quick to tell you if you owe a balance. Some of the nurses lack personality not very personable. The doctors all need training in bed side manner. The doctors visit for pregnancy seem very lacks at 39weeks they didn’t even check to see if your dilated or not. They don’t communicate the process and next steps and what to look forward something they should do especially to first time Mother’s. Dr. Soberman he is a jerk he has a stick so far up his butt. The others or just so detach they did not make me feel like I can trust that they have my baby or mine best interests. They come across as it’s more so just a job. I will never come back to this office for any needs. If I can give no stars I would.
