This has to be one of the best Obgyn offices I have ever been too. The staff is caring, the Drs. are amazing they would come out there way to make sure your are ok.

The nurses here are extremely rude with disgusting attitudes. One of the male doctors (I don't remember his name) is also extremely rude and was talking to me like I was stupid, and kept putting me down. Although I have had a few nice nurses, as well as my doctor Sarah Leite, this place needs to find new nurses who aren't so miserable and rude to clients. I was on the phone with a nurse today and she sounded to groggy and kept rushing me and interrupting me every time I went to speak, so I just hung up on her. Terrible customer service. I'm ready to find a new doctor.

I honestly cant say enough good things about this practice. I switched over a few months into my pregnancy, and from the moment I met with Dr. Deal, I felt at ease. I had a couple (at the time what felt like emergencies) same day appointments, and no questions asked, they got me in. Even though they most likely knew what was going on, they wanted to put MY mind at ease. All of the doctors in this office are amazing, but I primarily see Katy and Dr. Deal, and in the event I decide to have another baby, I KNOW that I am in the best possible care. During delivery both Katy was there, and Dr. Deal (I ended up needing an c-section FAST) and I am so grateful for their warm bedside manner and empathy as well as obvious skill. The office staff is friendly, flexible and welcoming. I cannot recommend them enough.

waited for well over an hour for my appointment for a procedure, and when they finally called me in they were rude and unfriendly.

Every doctor I have seen here has been amazing I have never had a bad experience. They answer every question I may have. They take great care of their patients and always make sure we are comfortable

This place is a joke. Not professional and very out of date. Needs better technology instead of having patients sign every time they go in for a visit.People are very rude and don't care. You can tell there is favoritism and no supervisor both offices. It seems like it is high school with the receptionist always gossiping about work and personal situation. Phone system suck. Vsit take about 1 hours and a half. Work place to visit and work at. Too bad for the doctots that are great in the work.

Patrice Kellogg was so very kind to a young new patient who was a bit nervous for her first visit. I wouldn't trust my daughter's care to anyone else.

Waited over an hour to be seen for a quick routine checkup. Not sure why they can’t call their patients ahead of time if they’re running behind to push back later appts or reschedule them. Completely asinine.

Andrea Noble

To echo other reviews, the staff is not very friendly. Very monotone "hello" and "how are you" the front desk often asks me, the patient, what the doctor is asking for in terms of orders- I would expect the front desk to have a line of communication between doctor and front desk other than the patient. Also, being pregnant, it doesn't seem they have an efficient way to figure out when appointments need to be made based on how many weeks pregnant I would be. My previous practice was extremely efficient and was able to do the calculations quickly to book out multiple appointments. Overall, patient customer service/experience is pretty poor.

They are not professional and uncomfortable

This is the most horrible health care facility! They had me in tears two separate times in one day after talking to nurses to make a follow up visit for being in the ER and hospitalized! They clearly don't care about their patients. Being sick or having a medical need seems to just aggravate and inconvenience them. I wouldn't let my worst enemy go to this horrible rude and inconsiderate OBGYN facility. I work in the health care business and I would never speak to or treat anyone this way! I wish I could give them negative stars!

I do not reccomend these midwives. I wouldn't say any of them struck me as unintelligent, however they're unfortunately lacking in common sense. For example, I made the decision to refuse the TDap during my pregnancy. I decided after having an extreme adverse reaction to the TDap vaccine a year ago, I should probably not get another.... like ever.. They treated me extremely strange after this. I did not explain I had been hospitalized and suffered from a near death experience but that's because nobody asked (and I was pretty normal about it, like "no thank you, I would not like that vaccine today"). After being so disrespected I wasn't even going to justify their insanity with an explanation. I could literally hear the nurse and the midwife "C" in the hallway joking about me and my peculiar "questionable" decisions. I was also informed I should stop relying on Google for my information. I am not one to confront ignorance so I just let her have it. To wrap up, these midwives are women just like myself, and its really sad to say I now have the first hand experience of leaving every appointment feeling like my voice was not heard, my intelligence undermined, and with a full brain of false information. I even aggreed to speak with a vaccine doctor to be educated. As if my googling hasnt like informed me enough.

I have experienced nothing but frustration with this office. I came in for an appointment and they did not have my correct insurance information. I got a call later asking me to come in and give them a copy of my insurance card, which i did. Then, several months later, I started receiving letters saying that I owed $300 to the office. I called and was put on hold for over an hour, when i finally got a hold of them, they said that they could not run it through the insurance because the appointment was to long ago. I asked to speak to a supervisor, and they said someone would call me back. 3 months later, and i still haven't got a call back. All this for an appointment i didn't need or want. They force you to come in for an annual if you want to keep getting your Rx's filled, even if you aren't having any issues. I have also attended several of my sisters appointments at the haverhill office when she was pregnant. Almost every time there was a pregnant junkie in the waiting room that looked stoned out of her mind... I am now moving to a different office.

The staff were very unfriendly, almost no eye contact made, very monotone. I wonder if they are all very unhappy with their jobs. I was cut off multiples times mid sentence by the medical assistant. I felt very rushed. She must not have listened to what I was saying either because she had to ask me 4 separate times, over 5 minute period, how many children I have. She also didn’t look at me once. When she took my blood pressure she deflated the cuff so rapidly, I doubt she could get any sort of accurate reading. She then left me to get undressed without saying a word about where the gowns were. MD also seemed dismissive, flat affect and tone. When the exam was complete, no one told me or gave me something to clean up with. On my way out I walked by 5 staff members all taking in the front office complaining about their job and pay. I’ve been to at least 5 other obgyn offices in different states I’ve lived in and I have never experienced such poor care.

Matthew Palmer

Usually short waiting times, and doctors are friendly.

Sara Smith

26 minutes and several transfers later...that seems to be the norm for the first few phone calls I attempted to make to the office. Needless to say, I left Women's Health Care all together after my first and only appointment with them.

Would love to give ZERO stars...worst most incompetant office i have ever dealt with, save urself from wasting your time and go someplace else!!

Stacey Kripp

All of the doctors and midwives I have seen so far have seemed fine. However, I find the front desk staff rude. They are also not very accommodating for appointments for people who work. I need a lot of advance notice to take a day off (like months) and they yelled at me when I said I couldn't come in during working hours in 3 weeks because my schedule was already out and couldn't be changed. At my last appt which I scheduled for 8 am because I was told it would be 10 minutes and I would have plenty of time to be at work at 9. At 8:55 I walked out without being seen and was late for work. Also in 2019 they don't offer online bill pay.

Isa B

Dr Baker is attentive and thorough. I find the staff overall to be very friendly and kind.

Hannah Rowe

They’ve done nothing but cause me problems

AnneMarie Winkler

Dr. Mollov is the least compassionate provider I have ever encountered. In the midst of a difficult and distressed labor. He came and looked at my chart, never made eye contact with me, never spoke to me, except to say “we don’t give out medals for martyrdom. Feel free to take the drugs”. And walked away. Never in my life would I imagine being treated with such contempt. This, being unattended for 23 of 26 hours of labor and having to ASK to hold my baby after being out of surgery for 2 hours & many other awful experiences, I was horrified with the hospital and practice.

Hannah Locke

They provide the birth control and care needed but with rude, judgemental attitudes.

I've had great experiences with this practice for my prenatal care, labor and delivery.
