The doctors are nice and the facility is good, but they don't even have a email address to send forms. Still using fax, it is unbelievable.

I love this entire office!! They are always so helpful and caring! Dr. Sivkin is exremely knowledgeable and always takes the time to explain things and is also very thorough. I honestly recommend this practice to all my female friends.

It was an exceptionally pleasant experience. Dr. Murray is both an extremely qualified physician and a totally comfortable person to confer with and to relate to. She took time to talk with me and answer all my questions. I felt I could discuss any issues with her, and I did, and at the end she said to call them if I had any further issues or concerns.

Dr. Murry and Dr. Connor are a true gem to the profession being a physician myself. From the secretaries, the medical staff, the Ultrasound tech (Michelle), etc I am very satisfied and I feel “complete “ with the workup, surgery, and postop care. As soon as one enters the office, I sensed comfort and relaxation knowing I will be taken cared of. They are a perfect team and work well together with the doctors in that office. I love that. I began going to this practice after having some issues with my pregnancy. It was recommended that i not work until i could resolve the issues i was having. 2 doctors wrote notes for my work with this recommendation. The 2nd appointment i had at this office was with a different dr than the first appointment and had no idea about the issues. When i informed her with a brief synopsis of what i had discussed with the first dr she was completely clueless and proceeded to ask me what i wanted her to do about it. I was dumbfounded. I was at that appointment because shes supposed to tell me what her professional opinions are and what she thinks would be best for me. So i left the appointment with no answers. In the meantime i began submitting my claim to my short term disability company since they were still recommending i dont work. The insurance company sent forms to the office multiple times for the dr to fill out. Finally when she did fill them out she left vital lines blank such as what my functional incapacity was. What my limitations were ect. The nurses from my ins company then called and spoke with the dr to try and get a clearer image of what was going on. The doctor could not answer these questions. Ultimately my insurance claim was denied because of this. Now let me pause right there. All of these things were discussed at length during my first appointment at this practice. However none of it was indicated on my medical record. Which i found out a month later and asked for the record to be corrected. The dr refused. Now i have had to return to work and i am constantly fighting back tears because i dont know if it is safe for me or not. All because these "doctors" couldnt be bothered to answer some simple questions. And now i have been stuck with a $700 bill. So my recommendation is dont go here if your sick. They only seem to have time for healthy patients.

A while ago when searching for a good doctor I tried this place an had a very unpleasant experience. The woman at the front desk was very rude, and I felt the doctors were also very keen to sticking to their normal routine of how to treat patients. When having an exam a nurse walked in and i was asked if she could stay and watch, but this was after we had already started and I felt uncomfortable with being walked in on. The other thing that made me very uneasy was how much one of the doctors was pressuring birth control. At the time i was very uninterested for personal reasons. I expressed this but i ended up leaving with a prescription i didnt want because the doctor was relentless about birth control options. It was an unhappy experience however leaving that place in the dust led me to my doctor now who is incredible.

So far I have seen two Doctors, Dr. Murray and Dr. O'Connor. They are both exceptional! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an OBGYN. Both Dr.'s were so welcoming, immediately put me at ease, were thorough, and very knowledgeable. Unfortunately there is not much I like about Yale and try to avoid using their Doctors however I am happy to make an exception for this practice.

If I could go back in time and never have gone to this place I would. By saying the staff and doctor is not nice is actually an understatement. I only dealt with Dr. Boubert who clearly was a recent graduate and does not want to listen to her patients, this is what happened to me. I have a hormone imbalance problem and had recently moved to the area so I went to get a blood sample. Upon arriving I was being hassled by not only the doctor but all the employees to get a pap smear even though it said on my chart I had just had one (the recommended pap smear guidelines say ever 3 - 5 years for healthy women under the age of 30, which I stated to them and they agreed but proceeded to harass me to get one). They were inconsiderate to the fact that I politely declined and I felt that they were trying to pressure me into multiple procedures I did not need to have. Then when Dr. Boubert actually came to speak with me I told her I was there to request a blood sample and she completely blew me off - stating that "hormones are always changing" and I "shouldn't be concerned". She didn't even ask me why I was there or my history! If you're a doctor and a woman in her mid 20's comes to visit you stating they want a blood sample for hormones wouldn't you question why? Apparently not. She left the room and came back saying if I wanted it done I could but that "it probably wasn't going to be covered under insurance" and did I "have a job to pay for it?" I didn't realize that when you go to the doctor they discriminate against you, make you feel pressured, don't listen and now apparently want proof of work. She was completely rude and inconsiderate. I would never go back to this establishment and I recommend no one else does either. If this is the kind of place that is supposed to help women but just "helps" them by being overly pushy and not listening to them then I think they need to review their strategy. Do not go! I only stayed for about 15 minutes and that was enough (they also charged my insurance full price including pap exam even though they didn't perform one). I wanted to forget this whole experience (happened last fall) but I was telling a friend about it and they were completely appalled, I want to make sure no one has to endure this kind of behavior. My experience with SCWHC has ALWAYS been exceptional. Each doctor within that practice cares about your wellbeing as their patient. If your primary physician is not on call, another will gladly be there to take you. Their medical assistants and staff are BEYOND understanding, charismatic, knowledgeable, and helpful. I have been a patient of Dr. Sivkin for 15 years and have created a relationship with her that makes me feel welcomed, understood, and heard. I recommend to all.

I love this group!! I’ve had many great experiences here. I love how all the doctors are willing to see you if your regular doctor is not available. Also, the online portal is super helpful. My doctor was able to communicate with me on it and tell me results and treatment I needed... on SUNDAY - New Years Eve!! Love this place. Only downside is wait time — but I understand because they want to make sure they spend a good amount of time with you.

The office is very modern and friendly - the furniture and entertainment setup in the waiting room is very warm and inviting. The visit itself went very well - I appreciated meeting with the Doctor in her office prior to the actual exam. It's very convenient that they have a Quest lab on-site, and the checkout process was very simple. Would definitely recommend!
