Nurse practitioner and nurses were very nice and answered all of my questions thoroughly. They were great. However, the front desk staff were intimidating and impatient. I felt very judged asking questions about pricing and products. It seemed like they were rushing me out the door. Phone conversations were similar.

Came to get prepped for my wedding because I struggled with dark spots on my back and some cystic acne. I wanted to wear a low back dress but didn’t think it would be possible. Sandra is fabulous!!! My skin has never looked better and she made the best recommendations. I’ve tried 3 different day spas in past for facials and peels but nothing has even come close to working as well. This will be my go to for all my skin needs!

Had a horrible customer service experience with the receptionist and office manager. This place is not worth the money for the lack of service. I was told about a package deal after my second treatment by the receptionist who then advised me she'd look into and call me if I still qualified since I had already paid for 2 individual treatments and the package had to be bought out right. I waited over two weeks till it was time to schedule my next appointment and called the office since I never received the call I was promised. The receptionist was VERY rude and accusative stating that she never had that conversation with me. I would have been fine if she told me that I didn't qualify since I already paid and would have just bought the package for future services even though I wasn't made aware of a deal from day one. But between the receptionists attitude and the office manager calling me accusing of having it all wrong there is now way that her staff could be rude or mislead me and accused me of making this all up. Save your money and time! There are other great dermatologist offices located right on Summer street that offer way better customer service!
