I am a Registered Nurse and could not be more pleased with the services received. Dr. M is thorough and an excellent diagnostician. I find her bedside manner to be professional and focused. I have recommended her to those seeking a PCP. She also resolved an ongoing problem with a simple solution. Top notch staff!

June 25-Update: Wow! On June 17 Dr. Muriel called in a refill to my pharmacy. That would’ve been wonderful... if she was still my doctor!! Three months ago, after several angry conversations with her very rude office staff I told them that I’ve finally had it with their practices, that I feel like I’m being scammed and that I’m getting a new doctor! Now, not only does she call in a refill I never requested, the refill was actually due a month ago in May! In March she refused to refill a different medication (see below) unless I got updated bloodwork. I never went back after that! So now she’s just calling in refills I never asked for and without the new bloodwork she insisted she needed 3 months ago? End of April my new GREAT doctor did bloodwork and discovered I don’t even need this medication anymore! Based on everything else that’s happened with Dr. Muriel, now I wonder if I ever needed it in the first place!! Oh, the best part? Got a letter from ‘her’ today with a list of all the preventive check ups/procedures her records show I’m due for and should schedule because “as my physician my good health is important to her.” Important to her?! She doesn’t even realize she’s not my doctor anymore! Like I said in March, it feels like billing and/or quotas are what’s important to this office! End of March: Last Friday at 4p Dr. Muriel refused to refill one of my prescriptions til my bloodwork was updated. On a Friday evening at closing time? The day before my next dose? That’s when you tell me? No warnings, no phone calls. Nothing! Thank goodness it wasn’t a medication that you can’t stop abruptly! Prior to this I needed a medical form filled out that should’ve taken about 30 minutes, not 7 months!! Why 7 months? She kept trying to refer me to Griffin Faculty’s specialists for medical issues I’ve never had nor have any signs of having! The form directions clearly state a Physician or PA can complete! Basic “does patient have or are you aware if patient has” type questions. She’s my doctor! She knows I don’t have any cardiac or respiratory issues! Next thing I know she’s telling me she can’t complete the form but she can refer me to Griffin Faculty specialists! I’d need 4 specialists just for that one form!! For issues I show no signs of having and never have?! Do doctors have billing quotas now? Do they get bonuses for pricey referrals?! For my non existent problems on a form a PA’s exam is listed as sufficient?! It sure feels that way!! And now she refuses my medication refill on a Friday evening minutes before everything closes? Yeah...time for a new doctor!!

Dr. Muriel has been my PCP for years now. I would recommend her 100% . She really takes the time to listen. She is compassionate and professional. I trust her.

Her bedside manner can be compared to one of a cockroach. On top of that, she offered me no solution nor alternative to my situation. I don't make many visits to doctors whatsoever, but I'm in a situation where i really need some help. My advice, don't waste your time. She has a partner in Oxford whom is equally nasty. I've had bad luck with any Griffin Hospital doctors.

Takes forever to get appointment, staff is then rude at appointment and blames it on you. Completely incompetent staff.
