This place is amazing. They deserve 10 stars! They are so organized and from my experience they keep committed to your appointment times. It’s best to book an apt before going instead of a walk in. The doctors are amazing. I have seen different ones at each visit and they all have been great. The nurses and staff at the front desk are incredible and very kind. Normally you experience rude people at front desks of doctors office but this place is the total opposite. I really wish they could be our primary pediatrician office. Thank you for taking great care of my kids.

They even gave us a doctor's note along with the discharge instructions, other urgent care- you'll have to ask. Overall, I would highly recommend it for all parents who want the best for their kids.

I love that you were able to sign up for an appointment online and when arriving, you were able to see how many were before you on your phone. We did not have to wait long in the waiting room or for the doctor to come in. They even had a tv in the room that my daughter was able to be distracted by while getting checked out. At the end, the doctor printed everything out for us about her visit which was nice to have.

My son had terrible ear and throat pain after our pediatricians office was closed, around 10pm. I have heard good things from friends about PM Peds so I booked an appointment online (which only took about 1 minute to do) and off we went. We waited about 9 minutes and then were taken back. The staff is very kid friendly and kind and the doctor was also great and gentle. My 4 year old did great there. The facility was very clean. I highly recommend PM Pediatrics and will not hesitate to use them again.

Very helpful... my 2 year old son needed to see a doctor on a Sunday, and did not want to go to the ER.. The place was very clean, child friendly.. staff was professional and friendly. Dr seemed clinically savvy. Wait time was very short, and the service was excellent. It was our first experience in a walk-in medical clinic, and it was as positive as it can be with a sick 2 year old.

I can’t say enough great things about PM Pediatrics! Having a *pediatric* urgent care only a short drive from my home is amazing. I have three little ones under 4 years old so we’ve had to come here a few times. Most recently, my three year old broke her clavicle but I couldn’t pinpoint where exactly she was feeling pain. We were taken in within minutes, an x-ray was performed (only needed one picture), diagnosed and given instructions on what to do next all within an hour. The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. I’d recommend this place 100 out of 100 times!

This place is AMAZING. I have been twice so far, once for a sick visit (Strep) and another for an X-Ray when my daughter swallowed something she shouldn't have! Both doctors were so wonderful and patient. The nurses and front office staff are so nice and helpful too. The doctors we saw forwarded the information regarding the visit to our pediatrician to bridge any gaps in care, and made personal phone calls to follow up after our visit. I will never go anywhere else for sick visits outside of business hours.

An excellent resource for parents that find themselves with a sick child in the middle of the night. The que system allows you to track how many people are in front of you. The waiting room was clean and cartoons were playing. We were in and out within an hour, and we came in as walk-ins. Everyone was warm and caring, and did not mind answering my follow-up questions.

Wonderful experience! This place has a clean and professional environment. My poor daughter was very sick for about a week with a returning fever every 5 hours. Her PCP misdiagnosed her with a stomach flu when in reality she had pneumonia! PM Pediatrics went the extra mile to conduct an X-ray on my baby and found what was causing my daughters symptoms. If I did not go here who knows what could have happened. Definitely recommend taking your child here when ill.

She was thorough, answered all of our questions, reassured us, and got my daughter a prescription for her ear infection right away. Hopefully we won’t need a visit to PM Urgent care anytime soon—but when we do, we will use them again!

Went there when my daughter had a cough that wouldn’t quit, the medical assistant who checked us in, the nurse who set us up and took vitals, as well as the doctor James who saw my daughter and the office manager/nurse Beth who set us up with a nebulizer to go home were all phenomenal! It was a small wait, and all of the employees seemed to genuinely care and enjoy their job. I felt my daughter was truly cared for. Will go back for any other medical needs, highly recommend.

When my 3 year old son was up crying all night over ear pain, I was unsure what to do. I knew he needed to be seen by someone and didn’t want to wait till the next morning, nor did I want to go to the ER. When we saw PM Pediatrics was open we raced over. The doctor and nurses were great! Dr Q was so friendly and made my son feel at ease. The facility is great for kids. It has a tv in the exam room so they can relax while waiting for the doctor. The best part was they were able to give my son his first dose of antibiotic there, so we didn’t have to make an additional stop at the pharmacy after. They even gave my son an organic juice box to drink after his medicine. Thank you for being open the hours that you are!!!!

This place was amazing! At 6pm on a Saturday night, the last thing I wanted to deal with was the ER for my daughters ear infection. The place was clean with a nice wilderness/camping theme. The TVs in the waiting area kept my daughter distracted during our short wait. The staff was INCREDIBLE! My daughter was a complete mess but everyone was so kind and helpful! I will be recommending this place to everyone I know with kids!

Staff was excellent. Came right at open on Thanksgiving for a sick kiddo. Longest part was getting registered as there was 1 patient ahead of us. After check in, front desk staff noticed I was breastfeeding my infant and offered me an exam room for privacy. RN was in quickly, Dr. Parker followed shortly after her. Great bedside manner for both, friendly, fast, great explanations. Will definitely return if our pedi is closed again. Records were sent next morning (today) to PCP and they called in follow up and to set up our follow up appt etc. I arrived at 11:55 AM for 12pm open--I was leaving pharmacy with our prescriptions by 1:10 pm and back home for turkey shortly afterwards!

Last night we visited PM Pediatrics West Hartford for the first time. What an amazing experience from start to finish. The facility is so clean and the entire staff is so friendly! They were so compassionate to my 4 year old. We left there with her 1st dose of Amoxicillin given right in the office for her ear infection. Can’t say enough good things! Happy to know we’ve got such a great resource close by to use when our kiddos are sick. Thanks for the wonderful care ❤️

I took my daughter in when she hurt her shoulder. They were really patient with her when she was nervous and made it fun for her. Most of the staff had previous experience working in the ER at Connecticut Children's Hospital. They are extremely knowledgeable and you can tell they enjoy working with children. My daughter liked going there more than she does her Pediatrician's office. I would recommend this urgent care to anyone with children. It is also really nice that they are open until midnight.

The average wait time here is okay. We got here sometime after 10pm. My child had a little domestic accident that gave her a gash on her eyebrow and I thought it best to come here just to be safe. After some exam it was decided she will need some stitches. The doctor mentioned a numbing cream that will be applied to the area but will have a wait time of 20 minutes. I did not mind. But she came in later to say they ran out of the cream and will have to numb the area the old fashioned way with injections. How do you run out of supplies in a children's clinic!!! My 6 year old started shaking out of fear after hearing this and I tried to calm her down. At this point there was a nurse in the room with the doctor. The nurse then said something about a jacket and when my scared little girl got shaky on the bed, the nurse brought out what looked exactly like a straight jacket. I was perplexed and asked for an explanation. They said it was for her safety. The doctor then started injecting the area to prepare for the stitching. So many pricking even I started feeling uncomfortable. While the doctor was doing her thing, my little baby then says "mummy I feel like I am buried". This the doctor even reiterates because I was taken aback. I calmed her down and told her she is not buried and that she will be fine. My baby then lets out a scream at the 1st stitch, apparently that area was not numbed. Then goes another set of pricking again. She ended up having 2 or 3 stitches and I dare say she left more traumatized than she came in. This is just sad

I've been to the Annapolis location PM Pediatrics either 4 or 5 times. THEY ARE PHENOMENAL. If I could make them my children's primary doctor, I absolutely would. We've only had a long wait time once, and that was because a child who was way sicker than mine came in and they took him straight back for treatment which held the doctor up (understandable, of course). Everyone there is extremely friendly, and they take great care of you from the second you walk in until you're out the door. If your child requires antibiotics, they will give them the first dose while they're there and if they're in need of pain medicine, they will administer that as well. I took my daughter there on Monday and she tested positive for strep. All within that first appointment, they gave her Motrin for her fever, her first dose of antibiotics, a popsicle for her and her brother, stickers, snacks, juice boxes and lollipops. Even though my daughter was miserable, she didn't want to leave. Thank you to everyone at PM Pediatrics for always treating my children with the best care around!

My 3 year old woke up with a fever and crying because her throat hurt. My regular pediatrician doesn't open on weekends so, I searched online and found this pediatric urgent care. I made an appointment online but showed up an hour before and was so happy when I got there. 1. They took us in right away, 2. The staff is wonderful and 3. The doctor was so sweet and friendly, my daughter loved her. I highly recommend this center for emergencies or weekend illnesses. My daughter was given a strep test and 15 minutes later we were out the door and on our way to the pharmacy. I will definitely go again if needed!!!

Pm Pediatrics was fast, effective and friendly. My daughter woke up at 10 pm with an ear infection. Our local pharmacy was already closed. The doctor there was able to give her the first dose of medicine, so I didn't have to worry about finding a 24 hour pharmacy at 11:00 on a Sunday night. Very helpful!

Another case of misdiagnosis from their incompetent PA. We came in with my daughter late night due to flu like symptoms. At first I was expecting that this was already viral and that in order to confirm it, I was expecting that the PA would take swab test to confirm the viral infection. But she never did and she insisted that it is no longer necessary and the swab test could be a waste of money. All she did was give my daughter ibuprofen and acetominophen plus plenty fluids and rest. 3 days later, my daughter still has the fever and we have decided to go and have another check up from our pimary doctor, and immediately ordered a swab test, and then lo and behold, we got a positive Type A Flu Influenza infection. Now because of the PA's incompetence / lack of experience, we ended up wasting time, money and most importantly my daughter's misdiagnosis that lead to mistreatment and ultimately prolonging the recovery /healing time for my daughter. I am not against the PA's but I guess one lesson to be learn here is that we are already on an flu outbreak status, the swab test should have been a standard protocol for this healthcare practitioners in order to avoid misdiagnosis and help provide overall health care to patients.

Since they changed their insurance billing process, we were asked to pay the whole billing amount although i have a health insurance plan. Also, they overcharged me with $25 although my copay was only $20. They said they will send me the difference but never received. I know it’s only $5, but i wanted to have some explanation from them. Poor customer service....but doctors were nice and friendly.

At 11:55pm (5 minutes before they close) I made it here with my eight year old son for a splinter that went through his sock. They graciously took us back quickly. Got that huge piece of wood out of his foot in no time. I questioned myself for bringing him in so late at night for just a splinter, but I was afraid it would get infected. Once I saw the size of the wood that was pulled out I knew I made the right choice. I even got some free dad jokes from the doctor and my son got a popsicle. Even though I’m sure this is out of network because we are here on vacation, I know I won’t get smacked with a huge ER bill in a few weeks. To top it all we were in and out in 20 minutes!

The Clinic is very well decorated giving kids the illusion they are at an outdoors camp.the walls are decorated with painted murals of wild animals such as bears, moose and much more. My daughter visited here last night with compaints of coughing and ear pain. PA came to see her and wanted to remove the ear wax to look at the ear drum better to see if there is an ear infection. While she was digging out the wax, she was not being gentle nor careful. She was digging too rough and my daughter kept telling her it really hurts and she cried. I was going to tell PA to be gentle but, I thought she knew what she was doing. We came back home and my daughter kept complaining of ear pain but it was different pain. So I looked into her ear with an ear scope and there was a huge scratch and wound with blood spots. I called them and talked to PA and she admitted about that scratch but she did not tell us at that time. Now she is telling me to apply Neosporin with Qtip over the phone. This PA is incompetent and needs to learn how to do the goddamn job right.

Unfortunately, the doctor who saw my child on sunday just did a physical exam & she didn't bother to swab him. I went to his primary peditrician today and he tested positive for flu strain a & b. I think the peditricians here need to consider that just because a child looks like they have a common cold on the outside doesn't mean there isn't anything else going on inside. Won't be coming back to this location ever.

She said that prescription was emailed to pharmacy, and everything is good . I asked pharmacy to call the doctor office . Finally the prescription was found ( it was sent to wrong pharmacy) , but ( another mistake) , they didn’t cancel the previous one . When I came to right pharmacy, I had to pay whole price for antibiotic because my insurance already paid to first pharmacy. Horrible experience and horrible service. Very disappointed in this location ,considering the reviews. I have been there twice the wait has been terrible. Once, they advised I should go to the Clifton location as the wait was a lot less (which I did). I came here with my child again recently, only to be told that they changed their systems and no longer had my health insurance info. The clerk also told me to "sit down" until I was called to provide it. Reception could have been nicer. Was hoping for a better experience and not asked to go elsewhere.

They had cartoons on the tv's, which kept my 16 month old granddaughter occupied until we we're called in. I had the most pleasant experience at this place. They were able to diagnose walking pneumonia in my daughter which my primary care pediatrician missed or didn't really care to go an extra mile. I took my daughter here last Saturday after she was having a fever of more than 10 days and very bad cough. I was with her at my primary care's office 2 days before and been to 2 other urgent cares in the span of these days. My doctor on call talked so highly of this place and told me to take my daughter no where but here and I am so glad I did. From the front desk staff to the nurse, the doctor, the X-ray technician everyone were very courteous and professional. The nurse and doctor seemed very knowledgeable and understanding. I explained the long ordeal to the nurse and when the doctor came to see us he told me he will repeat everything the nurse told him and I could fill in if he missed anything since he can understand I must be tired explaining it to multiple people over the span of 10 plus days. That was very thoughtful of him. He listened to my daughter's lungs in multiple ways and recommended for a chest X-ray which was done at the same facility. And he diagnosed the walking pneumonia. My daughter's fever went away and never came back after the very first dose of antibiotics. I can't tell how relived and happy I was. I live a little far from West Hartford but anytime from now on if I am going to an urgent care, these guys are my choice. I do not mind driving that extra mile when they're willing to go that extra mile in my kid's care.

Today, I visited the Annapolis location and I must say from start to finish the experience was amazing! First, the receptionist who got up out of her seat and walk around to assist me as I was having difficulty with my sick child. Second, the triage nurse who was very friendly then the primary nurse who administered and ensured the medicine was absorbed properly who also showed compassion and understanding due to the circumstances. Finally, the nurse practitioner who examined and suggested the appropriate care while making my daughter feel comfortable and telling a few kiddie jokes which made Kelsey feel better in spirit and laughed. I cannot recommend PM Pediatrics highly enough! Absolutely outstanding in every way, shape and form! My daughter was injured in a state playoff basketball game this evening. We were trying to figure out where to take her… A hospital or an urgent care center? One of my daughter’s teammate’s parents highly recommended going to PM Pediatrics......and I am so glad that they did! We met with Dr. Federico who was so calming and friendly. My daughter had a nasty cut inside her mouth from being elbowed at the game. She put both my daughter and myself totally at ease, and her support staff were equally supportive and kind. This place is amazing! Every single person who helped us was friendly and knowledgeable. You can tell that they really love kids and know how to make a sick doctors visit better for them. It turned out that my daughter had pneumonia so we were there for a while getting a neb treatment and chest X-ray. They offered us snacks and water and when my phone battery died they had a portable charger that they lended me. My daughter loved the art work and murals on the walls. It was all the little things that made a not so fun visit much better for us. This is by far the best urgent care for kids in the area.

This 4 star review is due to the interaction with the front desk staff when I brought in my extremely sick child who had a fever of 104 at the time. Her demeanor was unwelcoming, she didn't have a positive attitude. She looked frustrated and annoyed when I asked how long the wait was. After a few minutes my child began to lay down and breath heavily in the waiting room, so it was only natural for me to ask about the wait time because I was extremely concerned. Instead of understanding a parents sense of urgency she responded as if she was visibly frustrated and still did not answer my question, which I repeated. Front desk staff should be just as pleasant as the providers. The doctor and nurse were amazing by the way!! I loved their people skills and how attentive they were to my child. The patient care associate was pleasant and professional.

PM Pediatrics has been a godsend for everything from the afternoon daycare fever, late night croup, and weekend injury. We have been able to avoid unnecessary ER visits or making our kids wait in pain or discomfort until the next day for a dr appt. There is never a long wait and the medical staff are excellent. They take their time with your child and explain everything to you. They also send info to your primary pediatrician so there is good continuity of care.

I had a great experience at pm pediatrics this evening! The entire staff was friendly and patient. We walked in and had a very quick check in and got back and checked by a nurse quickly. We had to wait a bit for the doctor, but they had Disney Jr on in the room so the time passed quickly for my kid. The doctor was also very friendly and patient. She showed me my son's ear with a special scope with video screen and showed his good ear for comparison. They gave him his first abx dose in the office, which ended up being a total blessing because we walked into our pharmacy after it closed. :( We will definitely be back here if we need pediatric urgent care. I would highly recommend this place!

I love taking my 1 year old to PM pediatrics. I have been there 3 times and the entire staff is welcoming, respectful, understanding and very attentive. Going to the ER takes hours and going to the doctors for a sick visit also takes for ever. I was able to book my appointment online for my son to get checked out. I arrived on time and was there less than half hour. He got checked out and sent medicine to the pharmacy right away. I got home within the hour i left and the doctor was very nice. The nurse who took us in as well. She gave my son animal crackers and an apple juice. We went to PM Peds tonight after my daughter injured her l knee. The facility was clean and the staff was professional and friendly . My daughter was taken right back and had her xrays done right away. Dr Dilts was one of the most competent and kind providers that we have ever interacted with. I am sorry that we had to go but it is wonderful to know that PM Peds is an option. In addition to x-rays, it was nice to also see a facility where they can give IV hydration for children who need it.

Went in around 9 pm on Sunday evening on Feb 24th 2019. My 5 year old and fallen and needed stitches. We were seen promptly by Dr Young. She was Extremely professional, courteous, and had great bedside manner. She informed us TRUTHFULLY that she did not feel comfortable applying stitches to our son because of the location of the cut.( It was upper by his lip line). Dr .Young found AND called a pediatric surgeon who would be able to accommodate us that same evening. We had to go to Overlook hospital and meet the surgeon there. I mean, which doctor goes out of her way to do this when we are not her actual patients. The pediatric plastic surgeon did an amazing job and we were back home by 12:30 am. This urgent care has an amazing staff that exudes professionalism and goes way beyond the call of duty.

This is by far one of the best pediatric medical facilities in CT. From the moment you walk into the office to when you are discharged, you are treated with extraordinary care. This was the worst experience that i had there i was there for about 21/2 hours yes i did do a walk in and im usually not one to complain i knew I was gonna have to wait but my problem was once they put me in a room someone did all my sons vitals and a strep test and then about 20 to 30 min later someone comes in and they had no idea someone had done his vitals already. The doctor was very short also my son had strep yet again and i asked about my 10 month old and all i got was yes its very contagious. Yes i know but i just wanted to know how likely it is for her to get it at that age. Last time they said she was so young they weren't concerned she only a couple weeks old. Overall once seen by the dr felt very rushed for how long i waited.

I noticed my 9 month old with big blotchy hives on his legs, and he was itching his belly. The pediatricians office was closed since It was the Saturday before Easter and PM Pediatrics was open! The staff was friendly, and the Nurse practitioner was very helpful and was able to ease us first time parents and recommend the correct dosage of Benadryl for his weight. They also notify your pediatricians office of the visit. Definitely a great experience overall, and good for urgent health related issues that do not require an ER visit.

We have been to PM Pediatrics several times for various ailments for our little guys. Every visit has been great and each dr has been so incredibly helpful. Today we were in and saw Dr Shah. My son had a pretty bad cut by his lip as a result of a fall earlier in the day. My son needed stitches and Dr. Shah explained the whole process to my nervous 8 year old son. I was waiting for some crying from my son but thanks to Dr. Shah’s approach, the whole experience went better than expected. When we left my son said that Dr. Shah was the best Dr. he had ever been to. What could have been a traumatic experience for son turned out to be a positive one. The whole staff there is so friendly and supportive. The office is clean and despite a busy waiting room, we were quick to be seen. I highly recommend this location!

I'm a dad of a 2 and a half year old girl. My first visit to this location was with the Director, Dr. Shah, who was fantastic. If I was reviewing just that visit, it would be five stars for sure. I went in with my scared little girl who was clearly not feeling well. Dr. Shah and his staff were great at comforting her (and me) while checking her ears for an ear infection. We got a Rx and were on our way after a great visit to the doctor However, about a month later that same little girl who left the facility smiling with two stickers last time, was traumatized by Dr. Joseph Choe, who was simply awful. My wife and I took her together the second time for a sore throat. This time, rather than friendly pediatrician Shah, we got tough guy Dr. Choe who literally physically held my little two year old girl down while jamming something in her throat to check for strep. He then did the same to check her ears. I have no idea how he possibly got a decent look at anything with my scared girl freaking out and crying uncontrollably. Regardless, he was quick to diagnose her with both strep and an ear infection. Needless to say, we had her checked again later by a real pediatrician only to learn there was no strep or infection warranting antibiotics. Anyway, I allowed myself time to calm down after that visit before writing this review so as not to bad mouth a doctor who may simply have been having a bad day (we were the only patient in the facility at the time by the way so it wasn't like he was busy). However, it has now been a month and my little girl still talks about how she doesn't want to go to JoeChoe. She has been traumatized by that awful doctor who should be anything but a pediatrician. Kids are scared and vulnerable when they don't feel good and should not be bullied or forced into position. Anyway the facility is great and if you get Dr. Shah, definitely worth a visit. My recommendation though would be to call ahead to make sure it's not JoeChoe who will be seeing your child. You'll regret it if it is.

They misdiagnosed my son when he clearly had strep throat. I feel that the PA are incompetent. Based on his symptoms it was clearly bacterial and she insisted it was viral. They were basically telling all the patients it was viral bc I could hear it from the next room so that patients would be in and out fast. They said that their lab would call to confirm or not if it was strep, they never called. I had to take him to his regular doctor the next day and pay another co-pay to be told is was DEF strep throat. When I called and told them that and sent email no response. I still had to pay my co-insurance for basically a wrong diagnosis and waste of time.

Came in after our child had a fall, for 10 on a Friday night- had minimal wait, registration was swift, staff pleasant, the doctor was very knowledgeable and explained everything to us in good detail. We did not feel rushed et. The place is clean . The staff Pleasant and professional- services comparable to emergency room For our needs ( x- ray/ lab, crutches et) we were on our way in less then 45 min and would definitely return if needed . Good alternative to fast track needs of an emergency room

My daughter was seen very promptly, and diagnosed after a thorough physical exam by the pediatrician there. He was great with her, and did a good job explaining the issue and follow up steps. Support staff were also all very nice especially the admission secretary at the front.

I have brought my two youngest daughters (2 and 5) to PM on several occasions for anything from the flu to this most recent time when my 5 yo decided to sit on the iron apparatus that holds firewood next to my fireplace causing it to flip and hit her in the back of the head causing a pretty nasty laceration to her scalp. I'm a nurse myself and I'm also hard to impress, but every time I have visited PM without fail I have been greeted by friendly staff who even offer juice boxes and snacks if they see your child squirming and had a more than satisfying visit overall. The physicians and nurses are absolutely incredible. They are patient and kind with my children and take the time to listen to my concerns and never get frustrated with my children's crying or fear. Dr. Parker in particular is PHENOMENAL. I can't say enough praise about this man. He has seen both of my children once for the flu and this most recent time for the laceration. On both occasions he took so much time talking TO MY CHILD. Not to me... I mean he talked to me but I'm amazed at how this man gets down on his knees if he has to to be on her level and explains everything to my child, in a way that she can understand, reassures her that he won't hurt her, tells her silly stories that she can relate to in the moment... I mean he really goes ABOVE AND BEYOND!!!! I wish Dr. Parker had his own pediatric practice and could be my Childrens PCP because I would literally drive across the state if I had to. He always leaves both me and my child feeling comfortable and reassured. I have had my children seen by other providers here and they are ALL amazing, but Dr. Parker is by far the best pediatric MD I have ever encountered in my 13 years of motherhood. I have, and would always recommend PM Pediatrics to any and everyone hands down. It's worth whatever drive and wait, trust me.

This is my second time coming here in what I believe are serious but not emergency situations. The first time they exceeded my expectations, took me seriously and got my son on the right track when he was extremely constipated and his pediatrician (who we are no longer with due to that situation) refused to see him even though he could barely move without crying out in pain. So when my 4 month old daughter saw her doctor at the beginning of the week for a cough and wheezing and she was only getting worse, I knew she had to be seen immediately. Once again, this place and the staff that work here blew my mind with how attentive, caring, kind, quick and knowledgeable they were. I'm terrible with names but the woman at the front desk could tell I was nervous and even though there was a 15-30 minute wait, she had a nurse come out to check my daughters breathing in the waiting room. We met Beverly(?) and she took us straight to the back to get going with a breathing treatment and diagnosis. The entire office is extremely clean and looks awesome; they have cartoons playing in the waiting room and each room, which is great instead of fussing with those annoying remotes or having nothing to distract the kids (and yourself). Beverly was very nice, really knew what she was doing and was great at keeping me calm, telling me I made the right choice to bring her in and just made me really feel comfortable and like everything was going to be okay and I was doing a good job in the mom department. Dr. Parker came in and was the nicest man I have probably ever met. He was not in a rush to get to the next room, he explained everything to me until I fully understood, was attentive to my baby and just all around showed how much he cared. The both of them kept coming in to check in, never left us alone in the room for too long without checking on us. All around just a great place. I wish it could be their primary care doctors too. Unbelievable staff, I can't say it enough.

This place is great for urgent care for kids. I've brought both my kids here recently and both times there was little to no wait, the staff was friendly and personable, and they were very clear about what care was being provided and what aftercare would be needed, and they tried to make it as pleasent as possible for my kids and me. And my son loved having control of the TV in the exam room, it made getting stitches a lot easier!

Amazing!!! The day before leaving for Aruba I brought my daughter in to be checked. She had a fever that came on quite quick and her throat was sore! First time there we had to fill out paperwork- easy, simple process. We were in the room within 5 minutes, seen within 2 minutes, strep test and popsicle within 3 minutes. Strep test came back positive and we were home within 45 minutes, with prescription (non refrigerated so we can travel easily with it) and on the mend for our trip. Thank you to the nurses and doctors!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Unfortunately vs. all 5 stars reviews, I should give them 1, in medical & health services, the quality of the service providers is the main one. One of their doctors proscribe wrong doze of amoxicillin for my baby girls, after 5 days no any progress, we found out it was the doctor mistake. But my baby girl paid his mistake by 6 days sickness and illness. Recommend check every basic things even antibiotic prescription.

The facility is very clean and the nautical/beach themed wall murals and decor are beautiful! There’s lollipops in sand pails, a variety of character stickers in a plastic beach bus, and TVs in treatment rooms. We were seen right away and after a few stitches and the end of the hockey game (Yay Caps!) we left very pleased with the place. Julie, at the front desk, was very friendly and Nurse Jen and Doctor Holder were both fabulous with a somewhat anxious 11 year old. I would definitely go there again if necessary.

We took our 2 yr old son there a couple weeks ago for a bad case of croup. We arrived on a Sunday afternoon and he was seen within minutes. Dr. Dilts was wonderful with him. She was very patient with him and us (our daughter was with us as well) We ended up being there for quite awhile but it was only because of her care and dedication, which we greatly appreciated. She ensured that our son's breathing was exactly where it needed to be before sending him home. She scheduled a follow up call for later that night and we were also contacted the following day. We will definitely make the 35 minute trip again the next time urgent care is needed!!

Our son fell and had swollen eye before he went to bed. We talked to our pediatrician off-hours who ensured he didn't have a serious head injury and the next day took him to PM Pediatrics as it was a holiday and our pediatrician's office was closed. Was very impressed with PM Pediatrics. Would have taken him in the night before had we known about this place. Very professional and well run. We saw an actual doctor, not a nurse or PA. The doctor was wonderful - very thorough examination and put us at ease that our son was OK. Doctor had trained at CT Children's Hospital. Excellent resource to have in town. Kudos to the entrepreneurs who created it (Stanford and NYU grads - clearly sharp folks).
