We love all of the pediatricians here! We see Dr. Patterson for well visits but have seen most of them for sick visits over the years. I love that they have weekend and holiday sick hours because you never know when the kids are going to get sick.

We love Dr. Germain, and trusted him with the care of our two boys before we moved from Connecticut. We would recommend him as a pediatrician. The office was not always consistent or open about costs and billing. There were several occasions when I needed to call to question or negotiate an expense because I was not aware of the costs involved in what I thought was part of the visit. For newborn visits, some well-child checks were not covered by well-child criteria. This may not be an issue for folks with low deductible insurance plans, but for high deductible plans, there is the potential for unexpected fees within the billing system.

My children were patients since birth and one cancellation 16 hours before the appointment and one time mix up resulted in the removal from the practice. I loved their pediatrician but the practice policies were crazy. 20 years of medical professionalism went down the tubes in 10 months. Stay away especially when your teen turns 18 and goes away to college.
