We love Bristol Pediatrics, especially Dr. Ward. Great service, very friendly staff, and the office is big and clean. They even have a separate waiting room for kids who are sick. Friendly and knowledgeable, we love them!

Very disappointed today. I called for an appointment for my son. It was his 3rd day of being sick and I wanted him tested for the flu. The nurse who called me back stated that it wasn’t the flu since his temp was only 99.1. I did not receive an appt. I brought my son to the walk-in this afternoon and he tested positive for influenza A. Very happy with the walk-in. Attentive and quick. Received a script for Tamiflu.

I've been taking my two daughters to Dr. Brownstein at Bristol Pediatrics since birth, and they are now 16 and 19 years old. Which is pretty amazing for me, since I keep switching my dogs' veterinarian! The practice was recommended to me by a guy I worked with whose sister brought her children here. Nineteen years later I still have their phone number memorized because of all the times I called when my children were infants. The staff always treated me with respect and listened to my questions and concerns. I appreciated that when my children were still nursing and needed vaccines, I was allowed to hold and nurse them during their shots to make it less traumatic. Dr. Brownstein was always friendly and interested in my daughters as people, what their hobbies were and how they were doing in school. Now that they are young women, they prefer seeing Erica Forsythe who is also an attribute to the team here!

I would not bring your kids here unless you want to scare them. Doctors here tried to force formula on my child. I was told that I was letting my child fail. Scales don't work right there off by pounds and some of the doctors discriminat if your a young couple

Fantastic doctors! The front end though can't seem to get anything right. Appointments are always messed up. And god forbid you call to reschedule they'll make your appointment for the day you called rather than when you rescheduled it to and try to say you no showed! Good thing I really like the doctors!

I don't think I can Thank Dr. Donna enough for what she has done for not just my family! Donna cares about EVERY single person in my family and I can't lie, what I love the most she is not only there for our children, to me she really cares how the parents are doing she remembers everything about us. She at times feels like a mother for mine is in the sky and she is aware of that she always is helping me give myself pats on the bat, I couldn't say enough about this women♡Also whenever I need a fax boom there it is the receptionist are always sweet and eager to help make am emergency appointment not to mention thier charming attitudes and smiles to pur itty bitties♡. We love all the doctor's here obviously Dr Donna is our original but, this whole team is in my heart amazing..Thanl you for what you do for our Family!
