Unfortunately, the service here has gone down hill the last couple of years. 3 Of their regular pediatricians here are wonderful but good luck getting in with them. You’ll see yourself in that office twice or even three times a week with the same complaints before being treated. It’s unfortunate for the kids and parents’ wallets.

Have taken my son here since we moved to Branford. Always had a great experience, never had to wait, the doctor is an older gentleman that seems very caring and knowledgeable. Office staff is friendly and very efficient. Can’t ask for more really.

We've been at Branford Peds & Allergy for over a year and have been very pleased. We primarily see Dr. Gad who we love, and have also had many positive experiences with Dr. Alvino and Dr. Kurian. They have all been receptive, understanding, and extremely helpful no matter the situation. The nurses are also always amazing! Highly recommend this office!

Awful practice they are all about the numbers, cramming as many people as possible into the place. They are clueless, thoughtless and beyond rude and impatient here. Nobody can introduce themselves or know who you are or your kids, there is absolutely no personal or intimate connection or relationship with this practice and their patients. Had a double appointment for a simple med evaluation, which is just a height, weight and heart and lung check and write a supply for the meds the kids are on, I had nothing to report on, so I had my cousin bring them to the appointment only to be thrown out and the appointment canceled after I told them I’d be right there and then got told go find another practice and there is nothing im leaving out this is what happened and so I took my kids else where and have two more kids and the best doctors who know me and my kids and husband and the whole staff knows us too! This place and Curian are awful!!! I miss Dr. Murray’s though she was a great person

We have had a very mixed experience with this practice. Many physicians are fine. Two don't know how to introduce themselves. Medical office staff do not know how to introduce themselves. Trying to get a same day office appointment is horrendous. Per nursing in this practice, it is their policy that if a child is sent home by the nurse, the parent should make a clinical decision because, "something could get lost in translation" with the school nurse (who has conducted a clinical assessment). It is obvious that nursing/office staff 'blocks' parents from bringing their sick children in.

I brought my son to the Branford office on Thursday he was saying he has a sore through and he was blowing out yellow mucus out of his nose and he said his ears were clogged so when I brought him to Branford pediatrics he was seen by a Indian women doctor she said it was viral and that antibiotics would do him no good. I am not a doctor but usually when there's yellow discharge coming big out it's usually a infection so I was dumb founded by her clinical opinion so three days go by and my son is still sick I brought him to the clinic and it so happens he has a ear infection and a sinus infection she was shocked that the DR. At Branford pediatrics did not give him antibiotics for his ear infection and sinus infection. I wonder if Branford pediatrics are hiring doctors that get their licenses from the internet because they are clueless there !

Always loved ou doctor but today I am trying to get an urgent visit for one of my kids and the phone has been busy for more than two hours. I finally go through to the answering service and she somehow disconnected me, has not attmepted to call me back, and the line is steadily busy again!!! Pitiful service

My Niece goes there are today they made her feel like a bad mother, she has a child that is very challenging and the doctor was impatient with her. I am sorry but when working with children you need patience and belittling them or parents is just wrong! I am encouraging her to find a more suitable office, where she can seek encouragement and perhaps some pointers on how to effectively deal with the challenges of this child.
