Dr Besser was very professional as always. He gave me lots of time; Carol was personable; the iPad type account info was long, but understandably so. The parking garage should be torn down and start over. There were no handicapped spaces near the elevator, or not enough and they were all taken. There should be a directory on each floor and in the elevator. There should be a ticket machine next to each elevator lobby saying “You Parked On 3” or whatever... remember many patients are old, disabled and/or forgetful. Lastly, there should be no charge for parking! That was unexpected. Valet parking should be offered and clearly marked. The inconveniences mentioned would be enough to prompt me to change Drs.

I think Dr Besser and his nurses Marianne and Carol are the best. I’ve been seeing Dr Besser for at least 25 years. I recommend him to everyone!! I do not like the front desk women. I think they are rude and do not make you feel at ease at all when checking in. They should be there to make you feel comfortable and relaxed when you come into the office.
