This is on incident of today love my dr!! I called a prescription in on Sunday day one, day 2, and day 3 has passed with no avail I decided to go to my pharmacy in person to ask about my prescription in which is of importance, I spoke with the pharmacist who stated he faxed it over 8/28/2019 with no response, I replied I’ll give them a call today 8/29/2019 made the call around 1pm and spoke with Lori Ann I believe that was her name I’m explaining the situation and letting her know the situation, now I’m getting frustrated at this point I’m on day 4 without my meds while speaking and trying to figure things out I asked her if she could call the pharmacist to move this issue forward she stated to me they do not!!!! Call prescriptions in I would have to call the pharmacist myself and give them the fax number in which she gave me. I’ve been in healthcare a very, very, very, long time I’ve never heard of anything such, I called my pharmacist who took the fax number down refaxed and still haven’t received my medication. This is definitely mishandling of patients and I definitely have a problem with that.! Now! when I go back for my follow-up I will definitely be bringing to my drs attention and if I have too I will take it further this is unexceptable! We’re dealing with humans not toys If something major were to happen being this long without meds this will bring bigger issues in which I’m sure they don’t need behind one staff member.

My mother and myself have been patients here since 2006, we have no complaints. The provider, nurse, medical assistant and front desk staff are very nice and respectful. One thing that is important when in need of medication refill or if any paperwork is needed they will take care of it right away. I will highly recommend this medical office...

The absolute worst experience I have had with a medical office .. I'd rather spend my days at DMV . Everyone I call they take over 10 mins just to answer the phone . I asked for records to be faxed to another doctor i have because their office did not offer all the services i needed . It took them two days to fax over the information and it was still wrong.. they faxed the same thing twice .. all bust two of the nurses there are incompetent and anyone working the front desk is just lazy and clearly wishes they worked elsewhere. I am switching offices asap as this is literally screwing with my health and life.

Dr Zhang does not listen to patient's concerns. My experience was an in-office procedure that was painful and incomplete and I was still charged for it. So, as it seems to be, the doctor can insert and withdraw a scope within a mater of seconds and still charge for an incomplete diagnosis even when there was no examination. When I questioned the charge it was explained to me that the mere fact of penetration substantiated the $250 charge! Really? I'm currently contesting this charge. I will let you know how it is handled by the manager who is currently " out on vacation."

On July 2, 2013, I contacted Dr Michael. Harma's office requesting an appointment if I was still one of his patients. He had said he didn't want to treat me back in January after I'd had a stent placed in a blocked artery in November of 2012. I thought this was because he did not want to treat me in anyway related to my heart, not that he no longer wanted to see me at all unless I was living in Waterbury Ct at all times. He did not make this known to his staff and as such they gave me an appointment without hesitation. The next day I showed up for my appointment and was greeted by Heather, his nurse better known as the Wicked Witch of Alliance Medical. She began by telling me that I wasn't supposed to be there anymore as the doctor was not treating me. I gave her all the information she requested and answered her opening salvo at the end by saying that such remarks, as I had told her 2 times before, were to be made by the doctor. He came in within 15 seconds of her exit and without the same manner told me that he was not going to treat me. I was of course upset as all I wanted to know was about a respiratory prescription and what I assumed was shin splints. He said that he would not treat me as I was not living in Waterbury as before and that my case was much too complicated to be treated from such a distance by any doctor, despite my having told him that i was being treated by both a Cardiologist and a Nephrologist. He said he would be sending me a letter to that effect within the month. Had he so informed his staff that I was no longer his patient, I would have been spared the humiliation of having to deal with he and Heather as she said that the doctor didn't even have access to my medical records even though I had been treated by Dr. Levinson for 15+ years, had also been the patient of Drs. Velsmid and DeLuca briefly. He, Dr. Harma denied that he had given me a scrip for Lidoderm patches and we had had words on more than one occasion because he did not remember some orders that he had given me for tests and as such he didn't discuss them with me nor had he given me any follow up on several occasions. I have never been given a summary of any appointment I had with him but at the same time I am also the reason that others now receive such summaries. Although this hasn't been the best relationship I've had with a doctor, this relationship has been heavily influenced by his lack of attention to detail, poor memory and most importantly by nurse Heather who will eventually be his downfall. I am sending this review to both Dr. Harma and his administrative staff and fully expect him to have ALL of my medical records delivered to my present primary care physician here in Pennsylvania such records should include my history with each of the doctors I've seen at Alliance and the records of all doctors seen while I was a patient of Phoenix Medical.I do not want anyone contacting him on behalf if for some reason I should require treatment while I am in Waterbury.

Stay away. Dr and office staff do not care about you. Takes multiple days to receive a call back and then they lie about why it took so long. Not sure why Drs think they are above everyone and can waste peoples time

Awesome Doctors and Nurses and Receptionists

I have been going here most of my adult life. I see Dr Harma. He is so kind and patient. He does not push medication. He would rather have patients eat healthier. I referred two of my clients to him and they love him. I brought my mom here as well. I have never had to wait long in waiting room. 15 mins max. Great office. Update. I did however have one issue referring another client as a new patient. He did not have an ID the person on the ph said he could still see a doctor. However once we got there he was told he could not be seen. So I had to change my rate from a 5 to a 4.

It’s hard to judge an entire office by your experience with a few people. I would just highly recommend to go somewhere else it just seems that there’s a lot of issues there from management to some nurses to some of the phone operators. Hopefully they can review all the components of the interaction with their patients and possibly improve in the future, if there not to busy and running late.

We absolutely love Alliance Medical from the receptionists to the nurses and doctors. Dr Maddox is everything we love in a doctor. It is obvious that he loves his job and kids. He has seen us with both our children ages 2 and 2 months. He has always gone above and beyond from seeing our daughter during his lunch break because he saw her in the waiting room upset to calling our house personally to check on an illness. Nurses always get back to us when we have a questions and appointments have always been short and sweet. Definitely would recommend them!

Talked to somebody named Michelle and was very rude and she also told me to go ahead and complain the manager about her.

Very difficult to get anyone on the phone to schedule an appointment or get a prescription refilled. Doctors are fine in person, and I've had no problems but they need to fix their system for incoming phone calls.

there is literally no way to get anybody on the phone from the walk-in clinic. I dare you to try.

As a 20 year long patient of Leo, I'm ashamed that it took me so long to leave his practice. As a doctor myself, I say with unwavering assertion that Leo is an absolute disgrace to medicine. His license should be revoked. I've been reporting various aches and pains over the last few years, and in response to my verbalizing that I still have chronic hip pain, I swear on the Bible Leo told me "to Google it" to figure out why my hip was hurting. He didn't order any diagnostic imaging. Shameful. What an outright disgrace to medicine. Please do not join his "practice". Leo has blamed even the common cold on my weight, even though I've been the exact same weight for the last 25 years. He hasn't a clue how to diagnose or treat people and has the worst bedside manner I've ever seen. Please take your business to anyone except Leo. If I could give less than 1 star I would.

Been going to Alliance for over ten years. My PCP was great but good luck with the fill in Dr.s. They wont give you the time of day. Took six hours of constant calling to actually speak with a Dr. who was refusing to answer my questions. Got shuffled around from nurse to practice manager to medical assistant all of whom told me the same thing. "The Dr. Is seeing patients and I can't do anything about his plan of care." I could go on and on but I'll just end this by saying, there was absolutely no desire on their part to listen to or work with me on resolving my issue. When I did finally speak with the Dr. he was unapologetic, rude and arrogant. Going somewhere else after this horrible experience.

We have been very happy with the prognosis and assistance from all the staff at Alliance Med Pediatrics. Even after moving to another town, we still see the same doctors
