Dr. Blume and his staff were professional and compassionate throughout. Our son had seen four podiatrists before the last one finally referred him to Dr. Blume. Dr. Blume took the time to make sure we all understood everything. Our son was facing possible amputation after repeated infections, but Dr. Blume was able to save his toes and end the cycle of infections. We are forever grateful for the impeccable care our son received and highly recommend Dr. Blume.

I totally agree with the comment above being totally unprofessional. I asked for my xrays and they couldn’t email me a hippa form to release. They said it had to be faxed or mailed. Who on gods earth even uses a fax anymore. I just think they are being lazy. Silvia in fact. You can’t scan a copy of the form and email it to me. But that isn’t why i think they are unprofessional. She is just a real !$@:@. This is why i left the practice. They made an appointment for me in early morning. I waited two months. A few days before appointment they called to reschedule. I waited two months for that appointment. Now i call to have my xrays sent to me and i am given a hard time that i don’t have a fax. Give me a break. A fax machine. And she also said she doesn’t have email. Do your damn job. Carolyn losty

I have never had issues here like I have had anywhere else. I had an issue with my foot where there was a bone literally poking through my skin. After an MRI, this office refused to see me, cancelled my appointments, and told me there was nothing wrong with my foot and I should gain weight. Gaining weight was their official advice to a bone poking out of my foot. They lied to me and said they could provide a referral to another location (they apparently can't), and wouldn't answer my calls because "they have other calls to deal with." I got a second read on the MRI and the entire structure of my foot and tendons is compromised. If I would have listened, I would have been dealing with unnecessary pain my entire life. Completely unprofessional.
