Awful receptionist ...,,told me the wrong date to come in for my appointment then denied it... over the phone she told me I needed a referral I did the leg work for it when I showed up on the wrong day because of her she says you don’t need a referral when I asked her if she at least received it. Unbelievable!!!!!

The staff and medical team here are professional and compassionate. I needed an appointment for a sudden breakout and they were able to squeeze me in that morning. My appointment was with Catherine and she is incredible! She didn't rush the appointment and was very thorough. A couple of days later i had more questions and Catherine made time in between appointments to call me and address my concerns.

I have gone here for many years and have not ever had any problems with Dr. Rogers or his staff. I am sorry to have seen a couple of bad reviews. All of the staff has always been professional, pleasant and helpful. Christy Socha gives very thorough skin checks and has caught a few problems for which I am thankful. One surgery I had done by Dr. Rogers left very little trace of a scar, being on my face, I was also thankful for that. Overall,I would highly recommend them.

If there was a way to rate this business lower than one star, I would choose it. I went in for a skin condition a minor skin check. They did a procedure and I thought I was all done with them. Little did I know, they are trying to now bill me for a no show appointment. They never notified me, there was no reminder, so naturally now they are billing me for an appointment I didn't even know I had. I tried calling the 800 number on the bill, no answer.i tried looking up their office number to speak to someone. No one there. Apparently they make their money by falsely billing their patients. Stay away!
