I recently had an appointment with Dr. Perez. She was fantastic – not sure why it took me so long to find her! The receptionist was helpful and pleasant over the phone and while I was in the office. Parking is really convenient and the office is close to town. The office is very clean and quiet. I was able to schedule my appointment quickly and thus not forget why I was going in the first place☺ Dr. Perez is friendly, prompt and efficient with a wonderful bedside manner. I enjoyed talking to her and she was very knowledgeable about my concerns. I highly recommend her.

My wife and I have been seeing dr Perez for 10 years ,both for Mohs surgery,skin cancer screening as well as aesthetic work.We have vast experience with many different doctors and their practices .Dr Perez is extremely skilled ,,professional ,knowledgeable .She is trustworthy from the standpoint of not recommending unnecessary or overly expensive treatments with dubious results,there is a lot of that in aesthetic derm ,not from her .Additionally Dr Perez and the staff are very friendly and personable ,we always left the office with a smile on our faces .We cannot more highly or eagerly recommend her and have done so with many friends and aquantances

When I first started seeing Dr. Perez, many years ago, she was within walking distance of my home; I now drive 50 minutes for my appointments and I wouldn't think of leaving her. She has saved my life (more than once), detecting early stage melanoma. While I dread my appointments, her personality puts me at ease and her thorough exam and professional skills reassure me that I have come to THE best.

Be careful!! I went to see Dr. Perez about fixing a cosmetic issue and she said “I have never done this specific procedure, but I have the perfect laser for this type of thing”. I thought, great, while she hasn’t done this specific procedure before, she seems very confident and knows what she is doing… I was very wrong, and I feel butchered. I was told I’d have to wear bandages in a very visible location for “only a week” and then I’d be fine. Here I am two months later with red scars that are extremely visible and embarrassing, and my original concern is still visible too! Meanwhile, I have seen two other dermatologists who said that the laser Dr. Perez used should never have been used for this purpose and it would never be able to resolve my issue. After addressing this specifically with Dr. Perez and asking for a refund she says “I performed the procedure and now you want a refund? Of course this procedure was never going to completely eliminate it. You would need surgery for that, and I don’t do that”… WTF?!? Why would she have performed the procedure if she knew it wouldn’t eliminate my concern?? She should have referred me to someone else who was able to complete the surgery… although then she wouldn’t have been able to charge me for anything… be very careful with this doctor!

The office receptionist is one rude, and unable to explain basic billing. We were billed for a biopsy, and not even told about it by the doctor not the staff. The procedure was so uncomfortable and archaic. You should seriously reconsider and find another doctor.

Dr. Perez is a very good doctor, I have seen very good results in my skin, I went to her with a really bad acne problem and now I don't have acne anymore, I have been going to her for laser sections and I have seen magnificent results. I live in Danbury and I drive to New Canaan only because she does a great job. She is an excellente doctor and a excellente person.
