Refused medical care to a sick kid. Due to a Medicaid mess up. Due to a wrong birthday. These people are heartless. Wouldn't offer help just sent her on her way. Will no remorse. All about the money. They are wants wrong with our medical system. They should be ashamed.

My son had his first visit at this office today, and I am amazed at the level of compassion and professionalism the staff exhibited. My son was anxious and upset during his visit, but the nurse, Shirley, and Dr. Joy were very professional, accomodating, and sensitive regarding my sons care. From the office staff, to our nurse, and to our doctor, the entire team demonstrated every quality people involved in pediatrics should! This visit was night and day from our previous pediatric office. I am so relieved we found a provider who will be just as engaged and caring about our sons health as we are!

I absolutely adore my children's pediatrician. We originally had picked another doctor's office in town when my oldest was born but they were very difficult to get a hold of; however, we found this doctor's office and they have been wonderful. They are very responsive and polite. I would give them 5 stars but their receptionists can be hit and miss.

Very poor service and very disrespectful. They refused to see my son and I found it very unfair to him. I would not recommend ANY of the doctors offices in this building as I have also have problems with primary care partners.

Mike Whistler and Heather Scott were mine, my siblings, and my cousins doctors from the time we were born until we turn(ed) 18. They use to be my 6 year old step daughters doctor until she moved. And they are still currently seeing my 2 year old daughter. They are great! My whole family absolutely loves Heather and Mike. The staff upstairs and downstairs at pediatrics and the X-ray lab place and all that are great! Docs On Call staff is friendly, but I feel like they don't know much. Especially about kids. Other than that it's the best doctors office ever in my opinion.
