I had a terrible experience here. I would strongly recommend not going. It is impersonal, cold, and a headache to get a hold of anyone - not what you want in any doctor’s office, especially one servicing women who often choose such a clinic because of bad experiences in the past. Stay away.

The Doctors here listen and treat you with thoughtfulness. I felt that the clinic was well organized and on time, which can be a rare thing. I also like that they are part of a learning hospital, which gives you the cutting edge of medicine and research. That Is fantastic!

I really like this clinic they have some wonderful doctors! However they have ALOT of turnover!!! I really LOVE my new doctor, Dr. Palmer!!! However, Dr. Mollie Jacobs was SUPER rude on 3 separate occasions to me, I reported it and nothing was ever done. Front desk staff staff is friendly and helpful! The app has really improved and is getting easier to use and you can now make virtual appointments as well!

Great service! Was running a little bit late because of traffic and having to park my car, my doctor still saw me with no problems. It was my first appointment and I was glad that Dr. Jacobs spent time going over my medical history as well as discussing any questions I had. I love that the wish clinic is built to take care of all female care needs.

I have been a patient here for almost two years. The doctors are great. The front desk is NOT. It takes over 20 minutes on hold to get someone to answer your call. The nurses do not respond directly to your questions on their online portal. And if you go in person, you can be on time, but you will still spend 10+ minutes waiting in line behind another patient checking in because they always only have just one person at the front desk checking people in. And then that same front desk person will have the audacity to tell you that you were late and now the doctor has to "decide if they want to see you or not". They serious overhaul of their day-to-day operations because everything leading up to actually seeing your doctor is frustrating.

Great care, smart clinicians, can get you in quickly, I always get follow up or help from a nurse if needed, timely appointments, and public health minded. I would happily recommend this clinic to a loved one and friends.
