Joaquin I believe was his name was great with my 1 year old! Great office!

Kimberly Estrada

Had our 6 year old’s annual exam & cleaning done at Saddle Rock Pediatric Dentistry and could not be happier. She is rather afraid and anxious of any type of medical appointments, but by the time we left she exclaimed “I love the dentist!”, it doesn’t get better than that, really. All her anxiety about going to the dentist is now gone thanks to a great hygienist named Joaquin. Going again soon for our youngest daughter’s very first dentist appointment. Thanks again to the whole team at Saddle Rock Pediatric Dentistry!

Adam Jorgensen

poor diagnosis--filled a tooth instead of referring us to an Endodontist. Waste of time and money. Now we have to go to the Endo since she's still in pain.

The staff was amazing. My daughter's first time ever having to get a cavity filled and she was nervous. We have been going here for 7 years and will be sorry to leave when she needs to switch to an "adult" dentist. Highly recommend them!

We started out feeling very positive about this place and Dr. Foster. However, when my son broke his tooth three days ago after having ongoing issues from work performed by Dr. Paddy (who is no longer there), Dr. Foster indicated his tooth was fine, other than some additional filling potentially falling off. After receiving a second opinion from a new dentist the next day after more of the TOOTH broke off, I was told the tooth in question is completely decayed, and will need either a root canal/crown or an extraction. The emergency/on call care is lacking here too.

The hygienists and doctors are all so nice, I have been bringing my children here for the past 2 years. I do love the staff and facility however there is always something that ends up going wrong. This last time they gave both my children fluoride after I specifically said not too. They also didn't change gloves in between using the x-ray material and cleaning my kids teeth and then dealing with the dvd remote. Change gloves every time you leave a kids mouth and touch something new and between children even if they are siblings. I would love to give you 5 stars, just be more consistent and prepare your staff with better hygiene protocols.

Everyone is always great here! My daughter is about to age out of a "kid dentist," as she calls it, and is very sad.

My kids love going to Saddle Rock Dentistry. Not that many kids love going to dentist. They do such a great job at making my kids feel comfortable at being at the dentist.

My daughter had two baby teeth pulled today. I was anxious about it, but those fears were misguided. The compassionate care from Dr. Foster and the two nurses was OUTSTANDING. The practice prefers that parents not be in the room for the procedure, but I voiced my concerns and desire to be present, and Dr. Foster allowed me to stay. My daughter, who I thought would be more upset and difficult to work with, handled it like a champ and I was able to help the team keep her calm. The lead nurse was extremely sweet to my daughter and communicated very clearly at each step of the process, as did Dr. Foster, and everyone in the room handled the procedure beautifully. We were in and out within an hour. Thanks to the two nurses and Dr. Foster for making what could've been a traumatic experience a relatively pleasant one. We appreciate it!

Saddle Rock Pediatric Dentistry just lost two lifelong patients. We have taken our boys there since they got their first teeth, but today they just destroyed that whole relationship. Both boys had appointments at the same time. We were FOUR minutes late and the first thing the receptionist said to me (no hello or anything) was "I'll have to check to see if we can still see them." She then disappeared for another four or five minutes. When she returned, she said, "Unfortunately, there isn't enough time to see them so you'll have to reschedule." Four minutes??!! If you run your practice so tightly that you can't absorb four minutes somewhere, there's a problem. The receptionist also made a comment about how if they still saw our two kids that day that they'd then be behind on their other patients after that. Every other time we were in that office, we sat in the waiting room for at least 5 or 10 minutes before being seen. I don't think running four minutes behind schedule is unheard of! The care we received in the past was acceptable, although the hygienists over the years have been hit or miss. Many of them seemed to not be very patient with little ones, but there have been a couple that were what you'd expect at a pediatric dentist's office - sweet and gentle. As someone else mentioned, I've never been thrilled with Dr. Foster's bedside manner - we preferred Dr. Paddy once he joined the practice, but apparently he left there recently. It's unfortunate that they treat their patients the way they do. It's a nice, clean office that was set up to make kids feel at ease (games in the waiting area, videos for the kids to watch while in the exam chair, tokens for a prize for no cavities, a plastic cup full of dental supplies to take home.) It seems there has been a lot of staff turnover there lately. Oh, and parking is always a challenge there. Heck, that's where we probably burnt up those four minutes we were late!

We recently switched dentist offices. We never got calls back we never got appointment scheduled we've always got blown off. And then my kid who has Type 1 diabetes when he first got diagnosed had a few more cavities due to the excess sugar in his saliva. And once they found that out they made me feel like it's all my fault and I was a bad parent and I'm not brushing his teeth and I'm not flossing even though my other kids teeth are completely fine. After they found out he had diabetes we had multiple issues scheduling appointments and they kept telling us they were uncomfortable doing anything besides cleaning but they would look into it. Needless to say he had a filling of theirs that fell out and 3 months later they still are not getting back with us on making an appointment. So we found another office who didn't have any issues doing it. I'm extremely disappointed because we used to go here all the time and had no problems up until this last year.

I had an Appt scheduled for 11:00am. I arrived at 10:45am. Had 4 other families walk in behind me for there 11:00 appt as well. But....... They walked in at 10:57...... There was no communication as to why. If all our appt were scheduled at 11am then why not take them back they way they came in. It's now 11:20 and we still haven't been called back!!! Not a happy person right now. Esp when you try and plan your day. But they're " running behind "... Not good service today..

Professional, incredibly kid friendly, rewards !, games, movies in exam rooms, very patient with kids, knowledgeable office staff! This place is perfect! Great communication with you, text reminders, always someone you can talk with. Well run, well done!

After experiencing dental trauma a few years ago, my daughter had the courage to return for her first cleaning today. Dr. Foster & her staff took great care and patience with our daughter and made her feel safe again to sit in the dental office chair. We are so grateful for their care and concern. ;)

Great first visit for my 3-year-old! He was a happy camper. However, I was disappointed with a paperwork issue when we arrived. I felt like I was an inconvenience when I asked to SEE the legal docs/disclosures that they wanted me sign for, i.e. signing that I read them and agreed to them. (they are supposed to automatically provide those to you, without you having to ask, and, BEFORE asking for your signature).

vadim Solonenko

I thought i would give them another try after my initial horrible experience, i was wrong... It was even worse. I am not sure what the problem is with this clinic but they can't see m to grasp the billing part of this business. Front Desk and Insurance staff needs to be properly trained on how to perform their duties effectively. Unfortunately we will have to take our 3 kids elsewhere...

alicia davies

Thank you for a great visit for big and little sister! Explained everything and was patient for kiddos to made important decisions, like tooth paste flavor:)

The techs were all attentive to my children (all three who had their teeth cleaned at the same time!). One of my kids coughed the whole time, and the hygienist made it a game by squirting water into her mouth every time. I have a child who was terrified and anxious about going to the dentist, and after our visit he's looking forward to going back to have some dental work done. Dr. Klekamp worked on my kids one at a time, taking the time he needed for each one, making them each feel like they were the most important patient of his day, and my anxious son really enjoyed talking to him. I recommend this dentist's office to anyone and everyone who has kids!

The last two times we have been there they have yet to verify our insurance before hand and then tell us it may be awhile to verify it and that we should reschedule. They gave no updates on how our kids appointment went, so had to go and ask. This office has gone down hill.

I love this dentist for my son. He’s gone here for almost 4 years now and they are always so great. He doesn’t look at the dentist as scary as many children do. He gets to pick a movie, get his teeth looked at, and then get a prize of his choosing out of a bubblegum machine. The staff is all great and I am very happy to have found them.

Carol Reszka

My son was getting a cavity filled and was waiting for them to start when they said they were done. The use of lasers makes the whole thing quick and painless - amazing!! I was really impressed

Christine Brzezinski

My daughter fell off her bike and broke both of her two front teeth, a few days before middle school photos. Dr. Hoffman fit her in the same day for an emergency appointment, staying an hour after closing to fix her beautiful smile. Dr. Hoffman then referred us to an excellent endodontist to keep an eye on the healing roots.

This Dentist office was recommended by my dentist for my son, when we first went everything was nice they looked professional they made it a great experience. On our first trip we found out that he had four cavities so we set up a treatment plan for him to have them filled. The woman setting up the plan wasn't very prepared and then continued to tell us it was her first day. The plan was to fill the cavities without fully sedating him they would just make him a little sleepy and then fill them. The day of the filling they prepped him and took him back, they said if anything went wrong they would come out and let us know. Because he couldn't eat before the procedure (we scheduled it in the morning seeing that my son was only 4 so he could sleep when he was fasting) my husband and I didn't eat breakfast so we weren't teasing him. While he went back they told us it was fine to run through a drive thru and so we did. We were gone about 10 mins when we got back we sat in the lobby and ate and watched the movie they had on. While sitting in the lobby a heard a child screaming like they were being killed. I walked to the front desk and asked how everything was going, the receptionist told me she would go and check, as she walked to the back to open the door the screaming became significantly louder. At that moment I knew that was my child! The receptionist came back out and said they had been having trouble with the partial sedation. I went back to see they had my baby strapped to the chair screaming with people holding him down, his shoes were off and it was just looked disastrous. At this time I said enough was enough let me try to calm him so they could proceed, they said parents couldn't be in the room and the 1hr and a half we had been there they weren't able to fill any cavities and that we would have to reschedule to go to the hospital and have him fully sedated. The hospital visit of course is more money and then they wanted us to pay for today's visit for the fillings and and then again next time even though no cavity was filled. I refused they then said they would forward my already paid deposit to the hospital billing. I rescheduled the appointment for the hospital and then paid the amount on full amount to proceed as needed. The day of the new procedure everything went excellent! Well so I thought, 6months later I start received a letter saying we would be dismissed from the practice if you did not pay for the procedure in full and it would be sent to a creditor . I then called the dentist office and they said that we had a past due account and that it had not been paid in full of course at this time I knew I had paid and I wanted to know why it was still a balance left. Of course at this time the woman who it was only her first day who set up the treatment plan no longer worked there. I spoke to the new person in charge of treatment and she sent me the reasoning why there was still a balance. When I over reviewed the paperwork I seen that in the hospital they filled another tooth that was NOT talked about that needed a filling. They never made it apparent that there was another tooth that needed to be filled and then billed me later. They then said the miscommunication was my fault and that they knew that they didn't tell me but someone should have and still charged me. I ended up paying the balance but feel it is absolutely outrageous and I would not recommend this Dentist office to anyone looking to take their child to a safe place to feel comforted and have a good dental experience.

The team at Saddle Rock Pediatric Dentistry has been unbelievably patient with my 4yo son who had severe anxiety about his first dental visit. They've done multiple happy visits with him to get him acclimated to the office and procedures. I would not have expected so much effort to be put into one patient but we are so grateful. He had another happy visit today and left excited about it. Thank you, thank you!

If i could give less than 1 star i would! Super unhappy with this practice! My Daughter was receiving care there for Myofunctional therapy. This practice was flying in another dental specialist for this therapy 1 week a mo. We are 75% done with our care program and suddenly we were notified that the dental office has terminated its relationship with the Myofunctional therapist. We were referred to another dental office to handle our myofunctional care. However, this new dental office wants me to pay again for the care i already paid for at Saddle Rock. Saddle rock collected my money and wont help me out in getting the remaining 25% of my treatment completed. I have been left hanging with my child care and Saddle Rock DOES NOT CARE! We are moving our dental care to another pediatric dentist that cares about its patients. **If you are thinking of using this office BEWARE!** They are all about the money but not about patient care. Overall, this office is disorganized, scatter brained, and unprofessional.

Amazing office! They were quick to get my toddler daughter when I had a concern. The nurses are kind, and sweet. The front desk receptionists are so helpful. I loved Dr. Hoffman and so did my daughter. I cannot say enough good things about this Pediatric Dentist office. I was beyond impressed! We will never ever go anywhere else!

We LOVE Saddle Rock Pediatric Dentistry. My7 year old twins have been going there for over 4 years and actually ask when they get to go to the dentist. Dr. Foster, Dr. Paddy and the whole staff are wonderful with kids. The facility is geared towards families and I love being able to have both kids in the same room for their appointments. It is a great plus for busy families. I really cannot say enough good things about Saddle Rock Ped. Dentistry and recommend them to everyone I know!

Awesome is the best way to describe them! We've been going to them for 4 years and they have great dentists and staff. They are friendly and understanding. I had to get my daughter in as she was complaining about tooth pain and we are going out of town tomorrow evening so I really needed to get her in as soon as possible. I explained her history and they got her in today and checked out to avoid and infection or continued pain. Turns out her molars are coming in. Thanks so much!

I have 3 sweet energetic girls and they were very pleased with their visit

This office has repeatedly failed to uphold the dental x-ray recommendations published by both the American Dental Association and the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry. The dentist does not first exam the child THEN determine the necessity of x-rays, as required by the ADA and AAPD. Instead, the child is given x-rays first, before anything else. They call it “taking pictures.” It’s potentially unnecessary radiation to the developing brain, if we’re being honest. The parent is always told, “Don’t worry…insurance covers it!” without any regard for the child’s actual need for x-rays or vulnerability to radiation. The staff pushes so hard for parents to pay for unnecessary procedures it is off-putting and downright embarrassing. Their practices are reckless and put children in harm’s way for a buck. When parents refuse unnecessary or potentially harmful procedures, the staff strong-arms them into signing procedure refusal forms by resorting to threats about litigation. Unbelievable.

I love this dental office! They take such good care of the kids and make going to the dentist an experience to look forward to, rather than fear. Right from the get-go, when the kids get to pick their own movie to watch, the focus is off anxiety about cavities or shots, etc. The experience is always great--very welcoming for the children and parents, and they take their time and make sure each kid gets a very thorough exam. The office is colorful and fun and the staff is friendly and helpful. We're very happy here!

I've been bringing my kids here for probably 6 years now. I really like the dentists and the hygienist. I don't feel like they push unnecessary fillings on us which I've experienced in the past. I'd really like to give them a 5 star rating but the technicians drive me nuts with a lack of concern for hygiene. If you're going to touch something that goes into my kids' mouths (x-ray mouthpiece, dental devices, etc.) please wear gloves and then don't touch non-sterile objects (remote control, keyboard, headphones) w/those gloves on. I consistently see the dentists and hygienist use sanitizer every time they walk by but have never seen the technicians do this. Preventing the spread of contagious diseases should be a number priority for those working in this field.

We had to find a dentist in the midst of a move. This was one of the few in the area that worked with our (stinky) dental insurance. For the past 3 years, my children who are ages 10 and 12 now, have gone here regularly. We have experienced regular cleanings, finishing of a root canal, and having teeth pulled for braces. I have one highly anxious child and today Dr. Foster was wonderful. I love her bedside manner and being able to care for a child that chose not to watch a movie or have gas to distract them from the impending procedure. Dr. Paddy has been pretty good too...with the exception of being able to calm my youngest during a difficult tooth extraction. The staff is friendly and inviting. Billing questions have been handled promptly. I absolutely love the office set up too. Being able to have your kids in the same room makes it wonderful when you want to be able to comfort both kids. I recommend this place to others.

Everytime we come there it always an amazing visit. Thank you

I was not impressed with the front of office staff. I had completed all of the forms online thinking that this would move the process along for our first appt. We were 15 min early for our appointment. About 4or 5 other families arrived after us for their appointments which ran at the same time as ours. As we sat waiting to be called back all of these other patients were taken back before us! 25 min after our appt time I asked what was going on and the only response was "We are uploading your forms and transferring them over". Should this not have been done before our appointment?!? Otherwise what was the reason for me to spend 30min filling them in online to only have to wait 35min past our appointment time to even be called back!?!? So because no one had uploaded these firms before our appt we were left waiting while many other people were called back! Once we finally went back it was only to find out that my children were not scheduled at the same time but back to back! Another bit of info that should have been shared with me at the time of the booking! We ended up being in the office for over 2 hours!!! Not acceptable!

Olivia Wright

Always great with my kiddo. She's never been scared or anxious about going to the dentist. They provide a wonderful environment for children to feel comfortable.

Ashlee Frtiz

Couldn't be happier!!! My now 6 year old has been seeing Dr Hoffman and staff since the age of 2. I haven't met a single staff that didn't go above and beyond to make my supper anxious and sometimes overly dramatic 6 year old feel right at home. Today we had Mr. Eddy. He took extra time to show and explain each step and was super patient and reassuring towards my son every step of the way!!! We love it here!

ANDREA

The whole experience was a nightmare my son started to throw up during the procedure of having his cavities filled. When my son started to vomit the assistant froze. My son was so so heavily sedated that he wasn't able to clear the vomit and started to choke and was losing oxygen. The doctor had left the room and was not aware of the situation. When I asked the assistant to go get the doctor because this was pretty serious she said I can't leave the room. As a mother, this was pretty frightening to me. My instincts took over and I was able to help my son clear the foam and vomit from his throat without any help from anybody in the facility. No one seemed to care what happened. Afterwards, I was hesitant to continue with the procedure after my son nearly choked to death. When the doctor finally did come back in the room I notice he did not even change his gloves from being with a previous patient. The doctor proceeded to sit there and let the assistant do all the work when the doctor could have finished the work in 1/2 the time so my son could be relieved from the stressful situation. No care at all for the patient or for the family. I will never go back to this office. After talking to the owner Dr. Foster on the phone, it seemed like she didn't really seem concerned at all. Dr. Foster was very monotone with no emotion. I hope this never happens to another child. This was a very dangerous situation that could have ended at a lot worse. This office also needs to work on sanitation which is regulated by DORA. Who knows how many times the staff is not changing their gloves after each patient this is a huge health concern. My 4 children and I will never go back to this practice again!

Jessica Simoneau

My cousin takes her son here - so I thought it would be the perfect place to start my 18 month old. We took him for his first time and had a 9:00 appointment, and didn't see the doctor until around 9:45. The doctor was extremely nice though.

The staff is always friendly, we never have any issues with appointments or insurance. They are straightforward and honest. Our previous dentist wanted to pull my son's front teeth because the new ones coming in looked big and he was worried there wasn't going to be enough room. I thought this was extremely excessive. We did NOT get them pulled and he has perfectly straight teeth. My son also has autism, and previous dental work has been very traumatic. The dentists at Saddle Rock never make me feel like the work they are doing is excessive or unnecessary and always make my son feel at ease. He also had some pretty extensive work done, and they were able to give him better sedatives (without having to be put under at the hospital), and they got all the work done quickly and were very explanatory throughout the process. The dentists and technicians, again, are also very friendly and knowledgeable. The waiting area and the work areas are equipped with TVs and the kids get to pick their own movies, and they also receive goodies at the end of their cleanings. We highly recommend this office!

I have been bringing my 5 yr old twins to this office for almost 2 years now. I have to say that the staff is amazing. They are kind and very patient. I love the atmosphere in the office. My kids love their little toys at the end too. I highly recommend this office to anyone. They are very thorough and I never feel like we are being rushed. The staff interact well with the kids and that means a lot to me. We aren't made to feel like a number. It's a personable experience every time. A huge plus for me is that I never have to wait. They have always stayed true to the appointment times I have scheduled.

After a fine experience getting some cavities filled 4 years ago, my recent experience has me writing this negative review: Stay away! My daughter has 2 cavities. Our regular dentist could fix them, but after our previous good experience with Saddle Rock Pediatric Dentistry, I scheduled her to have the cavities filled there. The estimate was $200 less than my regular dentist, so that was great, too. When we showed up for the appointment, they had no record of the appointment. Nothing. I rescheduled for a week later. They had made the appointment a "consultation" instead of 2 fillings. They wanted to take Xrays -- I handed them the Xrays from my regular dentist. They claimed there were twice as many cavities as he saw, and quoted a price $1800 more than the estimate over the phone! No time for drilling (since it was a "consultation") -- but they could schedule to drill 2 cavities on Friday and the other 2 on Monday. What?!? Cancel, retreat, run away.

I have been taking my son here for several years and we have always had a pleasant experience. The last time we were there my son (who has sensory processing disorder and delays) was having a really hard time. Dr. Klekamp was so patient and calm with him. We saw Dr. Foster for our 5 year old with sensory issues. The receptionist was nice. However, Dr. Foster had the attitude of a half god in white. Not very talkative after the initial "hi". She didn't make my kid (or me) feel at ease. The worst part was when she just dictated the findings to her assistant without talking to me about the possible procedures. She answered reluctantly and with an annoyed attitude when I asked her what that means that she is talking about. She especially didn't like it when I questioned her (questionable) choice of treatment to do 2 silver bridges and possibly a baby root canal treatment on my kid. 1: I told her no silver fillings will enter my kid's mouth, and 2: no root canal treatment has ever been proven to be safe, lasting, and necessary on baby teeth! Are you kidding me lady?? Then, without further explanation, we were whisked away to the all-important financial clerk's office that discussed with me how we could afford the costly treatments. NEVER again!

Beverly Walchak

We have been going to Saddle Rock Pediatric Dentistry since the kids were babies and we have had nothing but great experiences there. The staff is always cheerful and professional, and the atmosphere is geared toward children so the kids love it! They get to watch a movie while getting their teeth cleaned and get a prize at the end. They also offer incentives for no cavities which keeps them brushing after the appointment.

We've taken our toddlers here twice. Loved the dentist and hygiene staff but the front desk/billing department really needs some training/help. We've had to call the office and our insurance several times and it's taken months to sort out billing issues for both visits we've had. Unfortunately, we won't be back and won't be recommending this office.

Kerri Pfannenstiel

Dr. Foster was so kind and gentle while treating my daughter. The staff was professional and friendly! Two thumbs up!

I don't usually write reviews but I felt compelled to do so this time. I took my five year old daughter here and based on her x-rays, dr. Foster told me she had six cavities, four of which needed to be filled now. She said one of them could potentially be a rather large cavity that might need a root canal and a crown but she wouldn't know until she was in there drilling. They also wanted to give her both laughing gas and valium which I was uncomfortable with. When I questioned the recommendation for valium, the receptionist said the Dr. doesn't usually prescribe Valium unless she thinks your child really needs it for the procedure. I had saddle Rock pediatric dentistry send me the X-rays and showed those same x-rays to two other professionals in the area. Both agreed my child only had two cavities based on the X-rays.I had the two cavities filled at another dentist office and my daughter did fine. They did put a SDfluoride treatment on one of the adjacent teeth to prevent a cavity from developing there (they said it was a pre-cavity). My daughter didn't want laughing gas or any other sedatives and did great without either. I wanted to write this review to tell other parents you may want to get a second opinion if Dr. Foster tells you your child has 6 cavities...

4 years ago or so my child had a baby root canal done by a male dentist at this office. It turns out he drilled all the way down into the side of the tooth and left a hole in the bottom of the tooth. We are now having issues with the tooth due to the error and after trying to save the tooth with a root canal may still lose the tooth. Please have them refer you to an Endodontist if they suggest a baby root canal. An Endodontist is trained in this and will be able to do the job correctly. Angered that we may now be losing this tooth at a young age. If I had to guess I’m thinking he knew he made this error and didn’t say anything. I wish we would have gotten a second opinion. It would have saved us a lot of time, money and pain and we probably wouldn’t be losing a tooth at such a young age. Heartbroken and feel silly for trusting them to do a larger procedure that they probably should have referred out.

Wonderful experience like we have had the past four years! She loves going to the dentist here. She really enjoys the movie while she is having her teeth cleaned and of course the goodies when we get ready to leave.

the hygienist working on my child yelled at him to keep his mouth open and then continued to ignore him even as he sat there crying. they need to do a better job screening people who are working with children. also was never thrilled with the bedside manner of dr. foster. there are many better options out there.

Everyone was very kind and I felt they all genuinely cared for my children. The office is very kid friendly and welcoming. I am very happy I found them!

We were 6 mins late for 8am appt. The front desk couldn’t find our insurance which we provided last time, she took 10 mins to figure out they “ have writen off”, and verify again. Then we were told it’s too late for the appt because WE are late for 6 mins, and their buffer time is 5 mins. We were never told the buffet time is 5 mins, and we were not told it’s too late for the appt when we arrived there. We were only told after They put much time for insurance, and finally We are blamed for 1 more min late than their never-told buffer time. We will not go back again.

My special needs son has been going to SRPD since he was 6, now he's 15. Dr. Foster and her team go above and beyond to make us all feel calm and accepted. She is so amazing with all 3 of my kids. We are so lucky to have found this dentist. Love, love, love all of you!!

We love this place for our toddler. We've been going since he was 1 and they're very professional and kid-friendly. We even went for a little tooth emergency and they took very good care of him. We definitely recommend this place to other parents!

My son had to have 2 teeth pulled today. The team was AMAZING! He doesnt do well with ANY pain at all and he was welcomed and comforted by Patty and the Doctor. Joe was also incredibly amazing and helped calm him down and treated him like I would imagine he would treat his own child. They truly are amazing and we will continue to see them for all of my kids' dental needs.

Wonderful experience. I loved the fact that this place is set up for kids, which means a play area in the waiting room, child size arm chairs for getting their blood pressure and toys in the room. I wish children's hospital would learn to do this!

Disappointed! After letting the tech know that my daughter didn't know why she was at the dentist due to anxiety she still talked about getting teeth pulled in front of her. She was not friendly especially towards kids. The dentist herself was great. I won't go back after that though!

First impression was great. my three year old did great and the doctor and assistant were so gentle and fun with her. all around good vibes. we have to come back for fillings so hopefully that's 5 star experience as well!

I love taking my three kids to this dentist. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The dentists and hygienists are fabulous with the kids. They can schedule cleanings for all three kids at the same time, saving me time. On a recent visit my 12 year old son was nervous about getting a filling. The dentist told him, in non-scary terms, everything he was going to do before he did it. The dentist was very encouraging, telling my son that he was doing well. When my son asked for me, I was allowed to join them in the treatment room and hold my son's hand. After the filling my son did not experience any pain. Great Dentists! Great staff!

My 5 year old had his first cavity filled today. I thought it would be a nightmare, but it was 100% the opposite. Dr. Klekamp and the dental assistants today are nothing short of amazing! It’s obvious they know what they are doing with kids. I would highly recommend them if you are in search of a pediatric dentist. My kid actually looks forward to visiting the dentist.

Dr Foster and her staff are great - they can even work with kids who have sensory issues

We loved coming to this office! My three kids have seen multiple dentists, and each one made going to the dentist an undesireable experience. My kids were completely comfortable the entire time, the staff was informative, very pleasant and efficient. Love Dr. Foster too! I think we finally found our dentist!!!!

Both of my girls saw Dr. Paddy for treatment today and I have no complaints! Dr. Paddy, and the staff, were very friendly and professional. They made my girls feel at ease when they were extremely nervous and I am very happy with the care they received. My oldest expressed to me how kind and considerate Dr. Paddy and his staff were with her and they really put her at ease before her treatment. Kindness and compassion go a long way in my book and we definitely made the right choice in choosing Saddle Rock Pediatric Dentistry.
