We’ve seen three different docs here and all of them have been great! Every time I call with a sick child they always get us in right away, and there’s hardly ever a huge wait time when in the office.

I started coming here with my 3 month old and love this office. We see Janine and she is awesome! She is always so nice and makes sure I never leave with any questions or concerns. The ladies at the front desk are very nice too. I have never found a DR office that I like so much.

Took my daughter this morning to her first visit. When I got to the location it was very confusing. There was construction being done on the first floor and directories that give no direction to where Premier Pediatrics is located within the building. After spending 10 minutes trying to locate their office with no luck and no service on my phone to help I finally found the office. At this point it was 16 minutes after my appointment. The office was completely empty when I went in and I gave my daughter's name, explaining it was my first appointment and I had a difficult time finding the building. The woman behind the front desk cut me off to tell me she'd have to reschedule me for 9:20am. After asking her to speak to the doctor she came back and continued to rudely tell me she couldn't help me. I left complete upset with her and her degrading attitude. Don't waste your time with this practice. In the five years I've taken my daughter to Broomfield Medicine Associates I never had to deal with such complete disrespect and rudeness. I'd rather drive the 30 minutes out of my way.

Love the care, love the providers.. but they have a $100 no show fee with no exceptions.. life happens, and they have zero consideration for that.. if you are a SAHM or someone who has nothing unexpected happen in your life this is a great practice.

My family moved to Premier Pediatrics from another practice in Brighton. Our choice to move from our previous doctor was due to an extreme lack of personalized care, indifference showed by office staff and medical staff alike. These areas where our previous doctor's office failed Premier Pediatrics excels! From the moment you step into the office the desk staff are attentive and pleasant, they make it seem like they are happy to see you. My children have seen Dr. Michele Tuepker. Dr. Tuepker and her nurse are personable, kind and patient, and welcoming. I can not say enough about this practice. I would recommend Premier Pediatrics to anyone and everyone!!!

We will no longer use Premier Pediatrics for our daughter. Premier has misdiagnosed our daughter 5 times now. Yesterday we took our daughter in because of a sever cough. We were sent away saying there is nothing we can do that it will clear on its own. We decided this morning to take her to Children's Hospital because it had gotten worse. She was diagnosed with pneumonia. This is the second time that we were sent away from Premier and ended up at Children's Hospital with pneumonia. I would highly recommend that any parents looking for pediatric care look elsewhere

Great office!! All the doctors are very caring and attentive. They always get my kiddos in anytime it's needed all same day appointments. The PA is absolutely amazing too!

My daughter, who is almost three years old, has been seeing doctors at Premier Pediatrics since she was born, six weeks premature. We always have a good experience when we visit and more importantly, we are usually able to get in for an appointment promptly when our daughter is sick. She has always received excellent care and we really appreciate that. From the doctors, to the nurses, to the facilities themselves, I highly recommend Premier Pediatrics.

Dr. Smith and his staff are friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and caring. Dr. Smith has treated my kids for approximately 10 years and I have yet to be disappointed. The front office is welcoming and quickly gets paperwork completed so that the kids are seen quickly. Crystal is amazing and answers any questions I have, if she does not have the answer she will seek support to get me the information I need. She knows my kids and is an advocate for their well-being. Dr. Smith listens and seeks my opinion as the primary care giver for my children. He is constantly increasing his knowledge base and providing information on my children’s medical needs. They are an extremely proactive and caring office staff and we will certainly continue to visit Premier Pediatrics. I highly recommend Dr. Smith and Premier Pediatrics to those who are seeking a pediatrician.

Our children have been coming to Premier Pediatrics for about 14 years and I can honestly not give enough positive feedback about the way the staff and physicians at this office have treated us. The physicians have been professional, friendly and helpful and have provided a comforting place to bring our children when medical attention and services are needed. We have seen each provider as needed and would be happy to go back to any one of them again. We are thankful that we found this practice when we had young children. As parents at any stage it can be very stressful when we don't know what's going on with our children and these providers and staff have been a key component to easing our minds when it comes to our kids' health. Our kids have grown up with these doctors and are very comfortable with them when they need to be seen.

I wish I was able to give 0 stars. We had a HORRIBLE experience. First we are new parents and we were here for our daughters 24 hour check-up after leaving the hospital. Her name was called, quietly, and then the nurse started talking to another patent so we weren’t exactly sure if it was us or not. I asked and she goes “Yup” and starts walking down the hall. Okay..? We get into the room and tells us she needs to be down to her diaper and that maybe we chose the wrong outfit to put her in. (which was just a onesie and pants) this nurse had the worst attitude! She did not like her job whatsoever. We go to weigh and measure her. She didn’t communicate were our daughter was at. (I keep saying she because she never introduced herself so I have no idea what her name is) and then hands us a paper with that info on it saying ‘here’. Now we are waiting for the doctor to come in. HE COMES IN AND JUST SITS DOWN AND STARTS TYPING ON HIS COMPUTER IN SILENCE. No introduction. No eye contact. Doesn’t tell us his name. Absolutely nothing. He starts checking her eyes, mouth, ears etc. still not communicating what he’s doing. We had to initiate everything. At the hospital her bilirubin level was a little higher, so they wrote that she needed to be checked out again at this apt. He wasn’t going to do it! My husband had to bring up the testing again and the doctor says “If you want me to” UH YES WE DO. Are you kidding me. He leaves and the nurse comes back in and fills up a glove with warm water to hold on her foot so they’re able to get a good blood flow and says she’ll be back in 5 mins. SHE DOESNT COME BACK FOR A HALF HOUR. I go to the bathroom hoping she sees me and remembers that we’re still waiting. She sees me and then just goes and sits down. I go to tell her that we are having trouble keeping the balloon on (which was a lie, at this point I’m just trying to get her to go back into the room. but we have already been there for 45 min, my daughters getting hungry, and we were already upset) she says in the most condescending tone “then follow her foot with it” well no duh! What do you think we’ve been doing for the past 30 mins! I continue to tell her how long we’ve been waiting. And she has the audacity to tell me it’s only been 12 mins. No it hasn’t. I know, I sent a picture to my mom when she left the room so I have timed proof on how long we’ve waited! I go into the room and she comes in about a min later. TURNS HER BACK TO ME and is now only talking to my husband! I left in tears. We have never been so angry. This is how you treat first time parents, in their baby’s first day of life?!

The staff is wonderful. Very helpful and friendly. Dr. Tuepkar is very knowledgeable and gentle with my babies. She was unsure of what was making my oldest sick and immediately referred us to a specialist and we had our answer soon. Would recommend to every one!

I love this office! I have found everyone very friendly and professional. They are always on time and can always squeeze us in. They listen and take the time to address all of our concerns. They take questions over the phone as well. Dr. Flanery and dr. Goodyear are the two we have seen and have loved both of them, as well as their nurses!
