I have been going to parker pediatrics my entire life. I loved them all when I was younger and a patient and now all my boys love it there just as well!!! There is not a doctor in that office that I wouldnt recommend!!!

Lisa Rabideau

Great practice, my little guy loves going to the Dr!

We have been seeing Dr Stanga as our pediatrician for the past 7 years. We have 2 kids that are 6 and 8 and would never go anywhere else for their care! Dr Stanga is always patient, caring and an excellent physician. Thank you for years of wonderful, compassionate care!

This is the absolute worst doctors office I have ever been to. I went in with a persistent cough I had had for about a week, and the doctor refused to talk to me for more than 2 minutes before diagnosing me with a sinus infection and prescribing me antibiotics. I've had many sinus infections before and knew that this was nothing similar. Three days after my visit I ended up in the hospital with a stomach infection from the antibiotics the doctor prescribed me. Also, there is NO communication in this office. I get my scripts for my medication sent from them to a Target so i can get my medication there, and there is always a problem when I try to pick it up. One time I was in for a med check with my doctor and when she asked me about my birth control by the specific brand I was suppose to have, we realized that I wasn't even taking the same type of birth control that they thought I was taking and had listed in their systems! The negligence and attitudes of these doctors are very unprofessional and I will be switching to another doctor as soon as possible.

I love Parker Pediatrics! From the receptionist to the doctors themselves I have no complaints. I especially love the convenience and peace of mind of the after hours service and the same day appointment for sick kiddos. Wonderful and diverse staff, I recommend them all the time.

If ZERO stars were available I'd choose that! Please DO NOT go to Parker Pediatrics. I've spoken with Bonnie in reception, Karen and Donna in billing who were most unhelpful, unsympathetic and just the worst customer service I have EVER experienced. I have very good insurance. I needed to make physical appointments which my insurance would fully cover, for my 3 boys but Parker Pediatrics informed me that my account has been "de-activated" and they sent it to collections! Until my outstanding fee (with Joceyln Petrella, Ph.D, whom is not part of the insurance coverage under the umbrella of Parker Pediatrics so her fees caused this mess) which I thought would be covered by my Employee Benefits provider but Parker Pediatrics would not deal with any outside service other than my main insurance and subsequently billed me an outrageous amount which I've been paying off regularly. When trying to explain this to them, it seems like these women take joy in giving a customer negative information. They don't want to discuss anything, nor do they have any sympathy in their tones. They were glib and sanctimonious and when I asked for my sons' records, Donna sounded so bright and cheerful that I would be leaving their practice. I hope many more people come to realize that the office staff pretty much sucks. I will find a better pediatrician. I will never recommend Parker Pediatrics to anyone. Good riddance.

We have been taking our oldest son here since he was born 7 years ago and our youngest the last 4.5 years. I am actually surprised at some of the reviews on here as we have had great experiences with all of the nurses, physician assistants, and doctors at this practice. We highly recommend Parker Pediatrics!

This practice is amazing! Especially Dr. Millet! Our son had been seeing her since he was born, and she us just fantastic! She truly cares about her patients and let's you know that. As a parent, I feel 100% confident in his care that he receives! Thank you Parker Pediatrics and Dr. Millet!

I heard good things about this clinic, but they refused to see my kids because they are not immunized.

Jayde Gill

Zero Stars Very discriminative, they don't except children that are not vaccinated. This is the only facility within 5 miles that my healthcare provider covers. Just terribe

It’s a good place

I have been bringing my 4 kids here for 14 years now. There are so many wonderful things about this practice. You can request particular providers (which I do), you are almost guaranteed to get a same day appointment if you have a sick kiddo, and when you have a concern that you bring up - the staff are very willing to work with you. They do have policy/procedure so you can't get anything you want but they do work with you when they can. In the process they offer compassion and do listen to your concerns. The resources they have available are great too! I love their website and use it often when I am trying to determine if/when I should call to get my kids in to be seen.

Some of the positive reviews may not be real here. I wait for nearly 45 minutes with a child with an ear infection waiting to be seen while they took several high school kids that just needed yearly vaccinations. Not to mention the several appointments they have mysteriously lost of mine. The receptionist was rude and unsympathetic when I needed to reschedule due to an emergency and threatened to charge me anyways. Changing doctors now. Not worth the headaches.

I have 3 Children. I LOVED this facility and always took my first 2 kids here. When I had my 3rd he was in the NICU for 2 months when he got out of the NICU we had a visit with PP&A scheduled when we showed up to this appointment they said got ahead and take a seat something is wrong with out system. I took a seat.. Was called back up and they said they had text my phone and I had texted back that I could not make the appointment, However I had NOT text back nor did I receive this message. (If I couldn't make it why would I be there ???) Anyway they said I could have a seat and be seen in 1.5 hours. I said that's not going to work for me the lady got rude so we walked out.. The next day I CPS at my house this facility had called in Medical Neglect!!!!!!!!! ARE YOU SERIOUS?????? The "case" was dropped that same day. Thanks for profiling my husband has tattoos all over and that's the first time they had seen him, never had this problem with my other 2!! This facility is a joke!!!!!!

Zach Coleman

Professional, friendly staff. I have neither seen nor experienced anything like the negative comments listed in these reviews. PPA is an office that supports the practice of immunizations, so don't be surprised if the staff won't see your child if you refuse to have your child receive immunizations.

We have been coming to Parker Peds now for the past 5 years since moving to Parker. I cannot say enough about the staff and physicians there. I have 3 children, one of which has special needs. Dr Gensler, Dr Stanga and Dr Finney are who we usually see. They all always take extra time to answer my questions and interact with my kids. I have never had any issues with the staff- everyone is always so friendly. I think it says something that my kids get excited to go to the pediatrician!

As of November 8th, 2016 I will be an 8 year client of this practice. There is no other Pediactric practice in Parker that I would recommend to friends. They have taken great care of my son and daughter and have helped me learn how to take care of their medical issues. The staff has always been polite and helpful. I read some of the negative comments and I have never delt with any of those issues in my 8 years of going to this practice. I'm a private and Medicaid insurance holder and I have never been treated different because of the Medicaid. They have always given my children the best medical care.

Briella petersen

We've been taking our daughter here for about 4 years and today I called the office for annual checkup but the receptionist name yolie or jolie was very rude and very unprofessional! Well, since we live in se Aurora it's time to look for another great doctor and friendly staff member

Greg B

This place is a joke! They have repeatedly called the wrong phone number to try to reach me when I have repeatedly asked them to update the contact number! They schedule appointments that you cancelled but then they say you didn't show and charge you $80. The staff is always snotty when you call them or they call you! The manager is a peice of work too! She stands up for her rude employees and talks down to you like a child! There was a time the refused to refill a prescription until we came in, a medicine that my child couldn't just quit cold turkey, but they didn't care! Stay away from this place! I seriously hope it goes out of buisness! It's pure evil! Some of the Drs are ok, but the staff is the devil!

Allison Almquist

Overall not great experiences with this office. From billing to feeling like we are just a number walking. The final straw was getting a bill in the mail for a visit and then 1 week later (seriously 1 week!) got a nasty bright orange paper saying I better pay or I would be sent to collections! 1 WEEK!! overall I would not recommend this office to anyone unless you want to go to an office where it doesn't really matter how your child is doing just that you pay your bills within 24 hours!

I have been taking my son here since he was born 6 months ago. I have always had a fairly positive experience up until today. I had an appointment scheduled for his 6 month wellness visit, but it wasn't until 2 weeks after he turned 6 months. Since he was born he has had blocked tear ducts that have progressively gotten worse to the point that his eyes are almost sealed shut when he wakes up in the morning. I have brought him in before to have his eyes checked, and I've always asked about it at every wellness visit, but each practitioner has always said he is fine. It has been starting to concern me so I wanted to try to move up his appointment so that his eyes could be looked at and I wouldn't have to make an additional appointment. I was also concerned that I may not be able to take off the day of his original appointment because I'm getting ready to start a new job. I called to try to reschedule and the receptionist wasn't very friendly, but was able to reschedule me for one week earlier with one of the physician assistants. Later, I realized I had several things I wanted to discuss and that I should have kept my original appointment because I would prefer to see a doctor. I realize the physicians assistants are just as capable of examining my son, but I wanted a doctors opinion on starting solids and some other questions I had. I called back again to check if I could possibly get in with one of the doctors and the receptionist, Bonnie, was very rude. She went on and on about how the wellness visits book up far in advance and if I wanted to see a doctor I should have kept my original appointment. She went so far as to lecture me saying that in the future if I prefer a doctor then I should not schedule an appointment with a physicians assistant. I had to bite my tongue to prevent myself from saying something to her because that would have only resulted in an argument and wasn't worth my time. Her tone was completely uncalled for and very off-putting. I should not have to explain myself if I want to attempt to reschedule an appointment. If there were no appointments available I would have been fine keeping the appointment with the physicians assistant. Ultimately, I was able to reschedule for one day earlier to see one of the doctors, but it wasn't worth the long lecture. At this point I am considering switching practices because I do not like to feel harassed if something comes up and I need to reschedule. Overall I give the practice 3 stars because the doctors and physicians assistants that I have met with have all been good, but I have always felt very rushed. The practice as a whole does not seem very personable. I am impressed that I can always get my son in for a same day appointment if he is ill, but the front staff plays a vital role in presenting a good image, and behavior like I experienced today can easily drive business away.

My 3-year-old son has gone here since we moved to the area 2 years ago. He loves his PA, Erin Jacob, who always makes a fuss of him on his well visits. He's seen Dr. Rabinowitz once as well, and we both found him to be patient, helpful, and engaging. We've since moved to Columbine, some distance away, but we've stayed with Parker Pediatrics because my son feels so comfortable there.

A big thank you to the doctors and staff at Parker Peds! My infant son was recently hospitalized at Children's Hospital and I was so impressed by the fact that Dr. Stanga and Dr. Quaife took the time to call and check on him each day that we were there! I had questions that weren't getting answered by the hospital staff and they took the time to speak with me and his doctors in the hospital to help me understand all that was going on. Thank you for helping us- couldn't imagine taking my son anywhere else!

We just started our journey with this practice a month ago but I can safely say that we are fans!!! The dental assistant was so great with my 15 mo old daughter. The dentist was amazing as well! I am looking forward to continuing our relationship with them!

My kiddo and I are rather new to the practice and have no complaints so far. Staff are friendly, office is clean, appointments run on schedule. Happy to have found them. : )

Very accommodating. I always call them in the last minutes. And even they are busy take me right away. I am always very thankful that.

Very grateful for the care my kids receive at Parker Pediatrics. My wife and I were convinced of our choice for a pediatrician 4 years ago after a prenatal visit with Dr Stanga. Since then, we have brought our 2 kids here. We see all the doctors and pa's and have NEVER had a bad experience. I know that as new parents, we were probably a bit "high maintenance" at first, and I want to thank all the doctors and phone nurse staff for always patiently answering our questions.

the doctors of the facility are great don't get me wrong there. The issue comes from the customer service side. I have a new born son with cleft lip and pallet just today we had an appointment set up for his 4 month, unfortunately we have surgery scheduled for next week. We called ahead of time to let the office know we will not be doing the 4 month vaccinations because of the simple fact that he is going in for a serious surgery soon. We were told by his doctor and nursing staff from children's hospital to do exactly this. Wendy was more then happy to tell the doctors of our situation. So thank you for that. Shortly after this we reaseaved a phone call from their "main office" stating that because we have refused to get him vaccinated that we will be reported to child protection services. I find the lack of communication within the front desk and management areas to be very repulsive and the constant guilt trip the people who call you dish out. There is much more then just this situation but I feel we will not be back at this establishment. I'm sorry to say. The doctors are great and respectful but you have to get past their aggressive and bipolar front desk first.

Friendly, fun, caring staff. Open Saturdays. Child counseling on site. Love this place

I've brought my children to Parker Pediatrics for years. I've always been impressed with the quality of care and responsiveness to their needs provided by the pediatricians and staff. I would highly recommend Parker Pediatrics.

We love this place amazing with our twins. Wonderful and helpful staff.

I've used them for my oldest for nearly 5 years. Waits are usually quick, they get you in immediately for injuries or illness & it's clean.

After going here for almost 2 years, we switched. Our girls NEVER saw the same doctor, and in fact, the receptionist told me that they don't like to schedule the kids with the same doctors (I thought that seemed crazy). Some docs were good, some not so good. One of them told me my toddler had a "viral rash" that would clear up within a few days and it ended up being hand, foot, mouth disease that was completely misdiagnosed. Every time we visited, we waited FOREVER to be seen, and once when waiting for vaccinations, the nurse admitted she "forgot" about us. So happy we got out of there - check out Dr. Lisa Schwartz at Southeast Denver Pediatrics (Parker office) - she is amazing!

We have utilized Parker Peds for all five of our boys. Wonderful team, front staff, Nurses, Doctors & PA's. Always have received the best care & guidance for all our children's unique needs. The entire office team is always helpful & it's a friendly, warm welcome! Thank you for over 17 years of supporting our family!

They were awesome with our 2 boys and were always punctual with appointments. One thing I didn't like - we had to get our sons heel pricked for a test and had to go to a lab at Parker hospital. The experience: had to wait an hour and a half, with some other very sketchy people, to get the same test that other pediatricians have done in their office. Otherwise - a great business to have in Parker!

Update as my son has been at this office for almost 3 years - Parker Pediatrics is incredible. Any time I call with an urgent concern, I am not only able to get an appointment same day without issues at all, I can get an appointment that fits with my busy schedule. I have had to utilize their after hours nurse service before, which is free and provides such great peace of mind as to whether something warrants an ER visit, or if I'm just being a paranoid mom. I'm not sure where these negative reviewers are coming from, but we have NEVER waited more than 5 minutes to be seen and I haven't had any issues with billing at all. All of the doctors and nurses are so good with my son, and we are always treated with kindness and compassion. Don't let the negative reviewers dissuade you - this clinic in incredible, and I could not recommend them more. Original review below. We were recommended this office while I was pregnant by my OBGYN who sees the doctors here for her own children. I figured if it was good enough for my doctor, it would be good enough for us. We see Dr. Stanga primarily, but have seen several other doctors and PAs here as well as the lactation consultant. I have been very happy with the service every time I've used them. Dr. Stanga came to the hospital when our son was born two times during our stay. He was the first one to diagnose our son's heart murmur and get us set up with cardiology care for it. We've had our regular follow up visits, plus we've had to schedule same day visits a couple of times. The front desk staff is always very accommodating and work with our schedules to make sure we're seen at times that work for us (which is hard with both his dad and I working full time). There is an acute and a well side in the offices and the waiting room, which gives me peace of mind on germ exposure when we're just there for a checkup. We're always taken back within five minutes of arriving, and are seen by a doctor very shortly after the normal weight checks, etc. They also let me use the room for as long as I need to afterwards to nurse (they even offer a Boppy pillow for me to use!). Dr. Stanga and the other doctors I've seen take their time explaining everything and offering advice, and answer all of my questions thoroughly. This office is a little out of the way for us, but it is well worth the drive, and I'm sure we will continue to use them for a long time.
