I, unfortunately, have had a negative experience with this office. Dr. Mason seems nice enough, but the logistics are bad. On my first appointment, they ordered tests that were deemed unnecessary by my insurance, and I had to pay (which has never happened to me before). I spoke with their billing support about it, but she never followed through to resolve. Now, I have been waiting 4 days for a call-back about whether or not they can call in a prescription without me coming back in for another appointment since my last was so recent (I called again to confirm my message was taken).

Dr. Mason is AMAZING!! She is very thorough and explains every detail very well. She spends lots of time with patience and she was great for our first child. We are looking forward to more children with Dr. Mason. We moved a little bit further away from her office recently but it is way worth the drive to be seen by her.

Never on time. Every single appointment was 30 -50 minutes behind. Got rescheduled after I had an appointment for over three months. Left in a room in a gown waiting for 50 minutes before someone came in and told me she was running behind.
