My doctor had written me a prescription that I did not know about, need, nor want. I've talked to the patient Advocate about it several times and even my doctor about it and was told it would be taken care of. Needless to say it was another lie told to me by the VA and I'm still being forced to pay for something that was prescribed to me without my concent. If you have private insurance I suggest you do everything you can to avoid going to the VA, even if it is for your service connected disability.

They've actually been very good. They return phone calls within a day, before at Greeley it was 3-4 days. Therapists are nice, rotate in students that want to learn and help the veterans.

Conveniently close to the interstate with adequate parking and nicely appointed facilities. Staff are friendly and still very patient with veterans learning the new location's processes even a few months into this current building. Be aware you need to closely review your appointment check in ticket as some services are on the second floor. The check-in ticket will state which floor and suite number you need to go to for the appropriate waiting room based on the type of appointment you are scheduled for that day.

Front desk seems to be busy, like a sunday social. Didnt care what i was trying to accomplish. Ither than the 2 nazis behind the front desk everyon is grade A class and tend to every need

I called this morning to schedule a physical left a message to call me back with Lovland VA. Five hours later and no return call sk call back, jump through their phone hoops and then speak to someone and they inform me they don't have a phone message service. "So who did I leave a message too at their number?" Of course they dont know they were probably still on their sleep break.
