Came home from work and my teen was very sick. I called at 4:55pm and they were able to give me an appointment at 5:40pm. We saw Vona and she was great and spent a lot of time with us considering it was the end of the day. Very impressed with the customer service in the this office.

Front desk is rude; nurses complain about getting paid minimum wage. I'm now going to Pediatrics 5280 in Lone Tree and am happy taking my daughter to her doctor visits instead of dreading going to this rude and incompetent location; the doctors are great but not worth the stress due to the front desk staff and majority of the nurses.

We have been going to lone tree pediatrics for 5 years now. The doctors are great, we have never had anything but a positive experience with the doctors and nurses (they get the stars). The front desk and billing, however, is awful. Yesterday I called to make my daughter an appointment as she woke up with a fever. They said the insurance on file said ineligible, I said yes, that’s because I got new insurance in May. So they said they needed the information before they would book an appointment. Apparently they don’t take don’t patients that don’t have insurance?? Most doctors offices ask for updates to insurance when you get in. Instead, I had to sit on the phone for 12 minutes while they tried to enter my insurance details into an online system that was “down” so then they had to call the insurance company to verify my insurance BEFORE THEY WOULD EVEN BOOK THE APPOINTMENT??? Can’t you just give me a spot then figure it out?? I ended up declining and taking my daughter to urgent care. They didn’t have an appointment until 5:30 anyway (I called at 8:15 am) so it was a complete waste of time. Note that my insurance info is on my son’s account so they could have looked there to see that it was “eligible.” On another occasion I got an email asking me to check in online before my appointment so I did. Then I got to the office and they said they “hadn’t received it” so I had to check in again when I got there. I’m a busy mom, please don’t waste my precious time with this nonsense. There was also another time I got a bill for something 8 months after an appointment. The lady explained that they decided to change their billing rates (I guess retroactively??) and not tell anyone about it. Perfect. I’m thinking about switching pediatricians, the only reason I haven’t is that the doctors are so great.

The staff isn’t always amazing, but Dr Haynes is tremendous. She GENUINELY cares about you and your kids and is always willing to squeeze you in, she’s highly responsive to messages as well. I highly recommend her.

I would definitely recommend this practice! From the receptionists to the nurses and doctors, the child receives superior care, compassion, and respect. They truly care about their patients and the care really reflects that. Also, if your child has an ailment and needs to be seen, this practice usually gets you in that same day if you give them a call. Overall, an exceptional pediatric practice!

Dr B is great! As new parents she really helps to ease any concerns and is eager to answer any questions we have. The online system is a great way of communicating with the doctor, to check on results , doctor visit notes and to check in before any visits! We have loved Lone Tree Pediatrics since my daughter was born but recently had some very bad billing problems. We had charges that should not have occurred and got sent to collections. Since they were not meant to begin with I finally got Lone Tree Pediatrics to drop them. Their billing department is a mess and will not answer or return calls.

I have had an excellent experience with Lone Tree Pediatrics since my daughter was born! I delivered my daughter at Skyridge and they were able to come see her while we were still in the hospital. Since then, each check-up appointment has run smoothly and on time. They have also been excellent about getting us in for illnesses when necessary. I have always been able to get my daughter seen the same day as the morning I call when she is ill. The front office staff is always friendly. We see Rachel Vaivoda and she is just great! Super friendly, knowledgeable, and really cares for children. I would recommend Lone Tree Pediatrics.

Try to schedule appointment through online, but no one response to message system in the portal. Waste of time and good indication of dysfunctional administration. Also wanted to add that the billing department used the expired code for a Doctor which resulted in my insurances not covering the cost of the visit. I had to educate the billing department in letting them know of their error. I highly suggest everyone to look at EOB’s to make sure it’s right. One of the reasons why I now longer bring my child there.

Julia at the front desk denied my son a sick appointment and then hung up the phone twice. I've called back multiple times and they've left me on hold almost 20 minutes. Terrible front desk, I will never bring my son back here. Run as a business, not true care for children. Transferring care to Parker Pediatrics. Do not go to Lone Tree Pediatrics.

This place needs some serious work. It is looking for a malpractice lawsuit. I had several issues here, started from day one. I brought my newborn daughter in, whom they determined had jaundice.they took blood and sent us on our way. Her levels were high so they asked we come back in the following daybat 9am. Took blood again. I got a call an hour later stating her levels had dropped in half, (which is highly unheard of). Around 4 pm I received a call from the NP she informed me that she had given me another patients results and her levels were dangerously high, almost 17!!!!! A few days later we went in for more testing, the nurse completely forgot we were in there. Instead of putting the heating pad on her heal and waiting for her heel to warm for easier blood removal. She shot my daughter and tortured her for 10 minutes trying to remove blood. Which left bruising on my daughters leg and heel. I thought I'd give them one more shot, so I switched to a new NP. She seemed extremely nice. However, she too forgot we were in the room and we sat waiting for 15 minutes. Not to mention, I came in to an unexpected $700 bill and expected to pay immediately. When I said, I couldnt the front desk gave me the biggest attitude and made me feel like an idiot.

So the narrative is this; poor attitudes from nurses and assistants, less than par bedside manner from doctors and medical billing that makes mistakes and expects patients to fix them. This all started when our FIRST baby was less than 1 day old when The Dr (not to be named as I don’t want review removed for violating Yelp rules) walked in before 6am to greet us at the hospital after being awake and prodded for over 24 hours. How could you do this to first time parents that were just able to fall asleep? Not only do the doctors schedule overlapping patients, they typically run behind leaving you waiting in a room for over 30 minutes before even being seen then they spend a minimal time speaking with you and spend most of that time typing on their laptops. The medical billing department has called me asking that I reach my insurance company to see why THIER bills are being rejected to only find that they had missing items causing the bills to be rejected. This is over the span of about 8 visits. They lost blood, requested incorrect blood panels, and diagnosed a possible life altering disease in this short time frame. Imagine staying with the practice any longer?? A note to the practice; if you can’t afford your lifestyles without overlapping scheduling and subpar bedside manner then maybe you should rethink your business plan. I WILL NEVER BE BACK AND WILL TELL AS MANY PEOPLE AS HUMANLY POSSIBLE.

Being a first time mom I was looking for the best place to take my new little addition. I'm very happy I found Lone Tree Pediatrics. If I'm unable to get in at the Littleton location they have a second location at Skyridge so my baby can get the care she needs. I like that both of them are pretty much connected to a hospital so if there ever is a serious problem they are a stone's throw from help. So far at the Littleton location Dr. Haynes and Dr. Taoka have been absolutely amazing! They are both so thoughtful, knowledgeable, and have answered all my crazy first time mom questions. I look forward to my little girl growing through the years with this facility.

Honestly, I would not recommend this place to ANYONE. First off, we were new to the practice. Our insurance through work changed so we were forced to find a new place. My wife went online beforehand and filled everything out and called and gave our insurance info so when we got there everything was done. When we arrived we sat and waited over 25 minutes before the nurse came out. There was only 1 other person in the waiting room and we had filled everything out so this was confusing to us as to why it was taking so long. When we finally got taken back, the nurse did vitals then the dr came in. She was nice but told us our daughter was drinking way too much milk and it could mask bleeding if our daughter had any? umm okkk... our previous ped. told us the amount she should have so this was a bit alarming. She then told us the vaccinations our daughter needed and added some that was not on our schedule. She sent in the nurse ( after another 15 minute wait ) to administer them and asked us if we wanted them in both legs or just one. My wife said, whatever you think is best, you are the expert and she looked at my life and said " i ain't no expert "then immediately pushed the needles into our 15 month old daughters legs. she then looked at us as our daughter was screaming and said let me know when you want to come back for the rest. Honestly, it was such a bad experience that we had to share. Normally i dont write reviews but my wife was sick to her stomach after this appointment and vowed we would never come back. Also for 3 shots only, no real check up since she had just had one it took over 85 minutes. FYI

When you call for an appt, they can always schedule you pretty fast. The staff is always very nice. But there is one major issue. Every time my wife or I have gone (which has been a lot over the last year, with two kids) we have to wait forever. They get you back into the exam rooms fast, but then you end up waiting in there for 20 minutes or more every time. When you're back there with a small child, or two because you have to bring both kids, being in a small, unventilated room, with very little activities is Hell. Today, my wife was left in the exam room for an hour with a 3 year old and a 1 year old. She even popped out once to see what was going on, and they said it wouldn't be much longer. It ended up being another 30 minutes before my wife walked out without our daughter ever being seen. That was the final straw. We are finding another pediatrician. They have also moved to a self-check in system where they give you an iPad and make you check yourself in every time. You end up answering the same, bio-related questions that should be already in the system. When you're dealing with one or more children, who could be sick, this is a difficult task. As I said, the receptionists and doctors are nice, but the whole system leaves a lot to be desired and we won't be going back.

Dr. Haynes is thorough and always makes sure we have all of our questions answered. She is always on time with our appointments and scheduling is never an issue.As a first time parent and pediatric nurse I appreciate how knowledgeable and up to date on the latest AAP recommendations Dr. Haynes is. She also is a parent herself and brings such love and compassion into her practice. I cannot recommend her and this office enough.

I picked this pediatrician while I was pregnant with my almost 5 year old son and have been going since. I recently moved even further away and have been still trying to go. Today I was 10 minutes late and they refused to take us. I drove an hour, left my school and picked my kids up early for theirs. When I called to inform them I was running ten minutes late they told us they wouldn’t take us then they would charge us for a no show. We raced there and accidentally got off the elevator on the wrong floor and were 12 min late. I have waited long wait times at this office and didn’t give it a second thought because I loved the doctor. This place has become so micro managed and policy crazy! The new staff at the desk is rude and if you have any balance on your account they refuse to see your child.... even with serious issues such as croup. Don’t come here if you are a busy mom or ever think you might be 10 min late as it’s a real pain. Doctors are good but all other staff is rude and hard to deal with.
