I called to make an appointment to have a mole looked at and was told the price would be $76 for the visit and $110 if they needed to biopsy the mark since my insurance doesn't cover dermatology. After my visit with the doctor who did take the mole for biopsy, I was told to expect an additional lab charge of an unknown amount since they contract with a lab called D-Path and the lab charges different prices depending on where the mole was taken. They really couldn't say how much nor did they inform me of this in advance! When I called the lab to ask them what to expect, they told me flat $55 for cash pay, something this dermatologist office should know and be able to inform their patients of. Really unprofessional of them. I'll go elsewhere next time.

It's been over 6 months, but I took my daughter in to get moles checked and talk about removing some in bad spots that could potentially get too big. Thought we were seeing the doctor, only got to see the PA. He did the bare minimum, brushed off my concerns about a family history of precancerous moles and skin cancer, didn't do a full body mole check. Charges were pretty steep. Won't be going back.

Disappointed in the way a treatment turned out, and when asked for help in resolving the issue, I felt it was handled unprofessionally by Dr. Brown. Very unsatisfied and will choose another facility. After years of being 100% satisfied with Haley Dermatology (who sold to Integrated Derm), I am sorry to say that Integrated Dermatology does not compare.

Integrated dermatology was great. The staff was freindly. In my opinion Dr. Spencer Hamner is one of the sharpest and most competent professionals in the country. He was kind and very thorough. He’s the kind of doctor that is serious about his client’s health and he cares. Even if there’s other demands on his time he is thorough and focused. I am so greatful for the treatment I received. I work outside all the time and my wife wanted me to get screened for skin cancer. Dr Hamner found several precancerous spots I didn’t realize I had. He treated them and I am glad it wasn’t worse than it was. I trust Dr. Hamner and his professional experience, not just for me but my family and would highly recommend him to everyone. He is an amazing man and I have been to several events where I have seen him serving his fellow man and his community. He loves his country and has served in the armed forces. Thank you so much for helping me, and for being a pillar in our community.

Drove 30 miles each way in a snowstorm, arrived for the appointment on time, waited at least a half hour over time for appointment, then was treated like an imposition for the two minutes "Spencer" deigned to grace me with his presence. What a jerk! Did not do a full body check-did not remove any skin tags-total waste of time, then had to repeat the whole process with a different doctor. "Spencer" sent my co payment to collections as I refused to pay for such shoddy work. My insurance paid way more than he deserved for the treatments I did not receive. Go elsewhere !!!

He is patient when I have a myriad of skin questions and want to discuss new skin care I have "heard" about. I have had several disappointing experiences with Dr. Spencer and this office as a whole. I saw Dr. Haley every six months for regular skin checks for several years and was happy with her service but Dr. Spencer missed identifying two specific cancerous spots that were found within weeks by a different dermatologist. I felt he was not very thorough and as a result I went to a different dermatologist in Salida for a second opinion. I'm glad I did because they found two very scary spots that he had missed, which needed to be removed. I will not be returning to Integrated Dermatology of Montrose and would not recommend their office to anyone. Their office is also disorganized and has screwed my my billing time and again.

Friendly staff, but very slow, and unprofessional. In two visits I was kept waiting for over 30 minutes the first visit, and the second for 25 minutes in the waiting room, and another 15 in the examining room before finally walking out. After being kept waiting for 45 minutes, and not even seeing the doctor, they still tried to charge me my co-pay. This place should be last on your list of dermatologists. They seem more busy selling people skin care products than practicing any medicine. Go elsewhere!
