There must be no manager on-site anymore. Everytime I schedule or have an appointment there is always a problem with the Front desk lady Natalie. So rude and condescending. At this point, I rather call the Thornton office or ask to speak with someone else. The only reason I come here is because of Doctor Tony and other staff. They are great! She mixed up our appointment time and then began to tell other staff members that I was late. I don't appreciate the bad looks whenever I have to check in either. This lady seriously has it out for everyone. There is no one there to monitor so am sure she gets away with it.

Meggan Macias, PA, has been above and beyond in her care for my newborn twins. She truly cares and "worries" with me. As my children were 5 weeks early and have food intolerance it has been a tremendous support when she has helped advocate for their health with various hospital specialists, insurance companies, vaccine manufacturers, and more. A great provider that really serves the community.

The Doctors here are great. the Staff at the office could use some help. I have had numerous problems scheduling and interacting to get prescriptions. The lack of customer service and helpfulness is what this office lacks.

I will continue to take my kids because Megan is amazing. As far as office staff, they definitely need to replace front desk staff. This person has no costumer service skills and always has a bad attitude.

I agree the staff could use some work. I went to take my daughter for a physical on a Saturday, I was on time but the front desk staff was helping a patient set up an appointment, I waited close to 20 minutes until she checked me in, the MA took us back and told me I was late for the appointment but they would still see us, I explained to her I was on time but the front desk was busy. She gave us attitude and proceeded to take my daughters vitals. I work in front desk at a family practice and make sure we always let the assistants know everything that is going on. All the physicians we have seen have been great so far.

Horizon Pediatrics is one of the best places to go to for children's health. They cover a lot of health concerns that you may have and especially allegedly related health problems.
