I am so happy I found this office! Dr. Bianco is incredible! He is a man of few words, but it is zero b.s. Tells me exactly what I needed to know without all the extra fluff. He delivered my baby by c-section and every nurse who checked on me after remarked at how excellent my incision looked and that it was so wonderfully done I wouldn't even see a scar. April is also amazing and I cannot say enough about how helpful and comforting she was through the ups and downs of my pregnancy! Loved the staff and again I am so thankful to have found this office!

I'm being generous by giving this place 2 stars. The only reason for the rating is due to the care I received by Melinda Poland when she was there, she was great - but the rest of the office not so much. Each time I call, whether it be to schedule an appointment or to obtain advice from a nurse, it seems like they are so inconvenienced by the call and annoyed that they have to do something. Most of the time, it would take at least a day or two for someone to get back to me...absolutely unacceptable. Most recently, I called to request a refill on my birth control until I could get in to see the doctor. At that time, I was told that Melinda was no longer there and I would have to schedule an appointment to see another provider before they can refill my prescription, but they were currently scheduling about 3-4 weeks out. Annoyed that I was wasn't notified of my doctor leaving the practice in the first place, I scheduled an appointment and began the wait. Well about 2 weeks later (a few days before my appointment) I receive a notification from the office that my prescription has been filled...for a 3 month supply...with 4 refills available...seriously?!? As someone who is prone to ovarian cysts and needs the prescription to keep them at bay, there was ZERO reason that I had to wait 2 weeks to get a refill since they just decided to fill the prescription anyway, although the receptionist told me they couldn't do that until I was seen. I'm beyond upset. There's no communication at all and the lack of attention and care that is given here is absurd. I cancelled my appointment altogether and will not be returning to this office.

I've been going here for 14 years and after yesterday I will be changing my care, i've had 2 babies here so it's really a sad day when a place that was once great is runiened by turn over. I like the doctors but the staff is horrible. Not to mention the rude signs about kids not being allowed to make any noise and to make children wait outside when there are no activities at all. What's more is they didn't call with me with my results and when I tracked them down they didn't even know that what they were reading me was bad and I need more care. They said the dr was not going to call me back even though I've waited for days and no appointments for over a week. Some things can't wait a week, espicslly a cancer issue. Dr Bianco called me personally when I switched Dr's when I was pregnant with my son to come back because they do in fact take my insurance. The staff makes this place undesirable to say the least and after over a decade it may be time to move on. Update: definitely leaving. Worst treatment!!! I should have left 5 years ago when all of a sdden Sandy Winn his PA left from out of nowhere. She had been there a long time, no explanation she was just gone, this place has been horrible ever since. Good reddens. They don't care about their patients nor respect them.

I called with some complications and never in my life have I ever been so unaccommodated for. I went over my complications which are issues that need to been triaged for any doctors office and was refused service because their schedule is “too full” I work for 9 doctors and they see between 30-40 patients a day and we always accommodate our patients even with the most minor complication....because it’s our job as medical professionals to take care of our patients since they are the #1 priority. I can careless that the doctors schedule is full and it’s a Friday. ACCOMDATE YOUR PATIENTS AND CARE FOR THEM! Highly unprofessional office

This place is absolutely awful. I went there because I kept having spontaneous miscarriages and they gave me the run around for weeks on getting codes for lab tests I should get. I spent hours on the phone with both them and my insurance company trying to get the codes for my lab work and no one ever got back to me. I then proceeded to go in there after all of this to get a pap smear. When I left the appointment, they said they would get the lab codes in the next couple days and send them to me via the portal. They never did. (This is extremely frustrating and I have been so discouraged to try and get pregnant again because of how unhelpful these people have been). I just want to know why I can't stay pregnant. Also, the results of my pap smear showed I had BV and they notified me and said they sent my prescription in. I drove to Walgreens to pick up my prescription and they never called it in. I had to call the Gyno office and ask why it was never called in, when a lady from their office just called me that morning to say it was being sent over. The lady who answered the phone said I wasn't even diagnosed with BV and don't need the prescription. But the lady who called me that morning said I did and that my prescription was getting ready. I have been so sick of these people and how unorganized they are. I have never been more upset and discouraged with our health care system. If these people can't get these things right, why would I want to go to them throughout my entire pregnancy? I wouldn't trust these people at all. They don't care.

I have been a patient of Dr. Peter Bianco’s for over 8 years. I trust Dr. Bianco to be professional, direct, honest, patient and kind to me. His experience and qualifications are apparent, as he has caught and prevented pre-stage cancer from advancing in my case. I lost both of my parents to cancer and I will forever be grateful for his diligence with my care. I wouldn’t trust anyone else to manage my gynecological needs. Dr. Bianco has an amazing NP, Melinda and staff that are caring individuals that are always willing to listen and help. I like that he accepts a wide range of insurance carriers and doesn’t turn patients away. He has the most updated method for records maintenance and access. I can obtain my records through his patient portal without having to call and request this through a third party. In addition, the office provides a relaxing, friendly and comfortable environment.

This place has been nothing but hassle for me and an expecting mother at that! They are not willing to work with you or your schedule. I have waited 3 weeks and counting for an ultrasound! Not to mention every appointment I have waited at least 30-40 min to be seen. They are very careless and I highly recommend choosing a different obstetrics.

If you don’t answer the phone right when they call getting ahold of the person you need to is impossible! It took them 2 days to finally get back to me regarding a headache I had and called to see what medicine I could take. Had to get blood drawn to get the gender of the baby and the nurse had put the needle in sideways in my arm and no blood was coming out and it hurt like hell, she finally just got what she could and said that’ll have to be enough. Over a week later I call to see if they had gotten the gender and that’s when they said it was Inconclusive due to not having enough blood (thanks so much for the call). At that time they also told me they had to reschedule my appointment for my ultrasound for my NT test because my doctor wasn’t going to be in. Which was fine I told them we can reschedule and they reschedule it for the 17th. I went in today to redo the blood draw (was originally also suppose to do the ultrasound today as well) checked in At 1:10 and watched 15 people come in and sit down for 3 seconds before getting called back, we sat there for an hour before I finally asked if they had forgot about us, then about 10 minutes later we were called back. While I was in the room I asked the nurse why we weren’t able to do my ultrasound today and she said she never had me scheduled, after pointlessly going back and forth about that it somehow came out that there was a timeframe on when I could do the ultrasound for the NT test. And it had to be done before the 12th or it would be to late to check everything, that’s when I got angry because they had my scheduled for the 17th. Long story kinda short is we were gonna have to reschedule for a day that I had no idea how I was going to make work. But what made me SO angry is that if I hadn’t been asking questions about the ultrasound we would of had my appointment on the 17th and they would have told me it was to late to check for the things they needed to check for. They had told me before that every time I came in they would check babies heartbeat and today I asked if we were going to check it, the nurse asked me why if there was anything wrong and I said no. So she said, so you just want it for your well being? I said yes and she said well we can’t, the doctor is all booked today. At that point I started crying and she didn’t say a word to me. I left and immediately started calling other offices to get away from these people, when I told them I was leaving them they did not care in the slightest bit. DO NOT USE THIS OFFICE

Would never recommend this office to anyone. The staff should care a lot more about you’re health & when you are suffering from something they prescribed; I was told that I should go somewhere else if it’s that bad rather them just fixing the problem themselves.

I would have given them all stars except that ever since my second pregnancy I do NOT feel like the staff care about the patients. My entire pregnancy I told them what was going on and no one cared or even tried to help me or check what was going on. Dr Bianco has horrible hours for delivery. He did NOT deliver either of my children. People I did not know delivered my children. I came in to get my birth control and it took 2 weeks to get it put in. They left a hole in my arm. I called in because that birth control was causing severe issues with me mentally and physically they scheduled me a month and a half out. I had to go to the ER and my PCP and then they finally brought me in. I was told I would have a small incision like I was told and I have a hole the size of a pencil eraser in my arm. This is not the kind of behavior I would expect out of an OBGYN office. I do NOT feel like they are making my health a priority any longer. In order to fix this hole I. My arm April left I will go to a real doctor who does care about my well being.

This place is trash. If you’re looking for a lazy, unorganized and just horrible service you should go to this place. First I was charged wrong for s bill. While trying to figure out why and how to get it re coded, it took 7 phone calls and it’s still not fixed. Each person said they would get back to me about the bill and they put a note in, but no one has! I demanded to speak with the manager and she said there wasn’t any notes about this. I’m not one to bash health care but I’ve never experienced a company so awful in my Life. I Will not be going there ever again, and hopefully people will read the reviews and feel the same.

I wish there was enough room to describe what a nightmare this experience has been. From the sign on the counter about how women need to keep their kids quiet, to the nurses and admins who never once smiled during any of the visits I was there, to talking about my personal medical history in a room with the door open right next to a line of people a few feet away, to billing my insurance company 5 times for the same visit (which screwed up my copays and deductible for the rest of the year and cost me so many hours to fight every month for 6 months afterward), every step has been awful. April was the only nice person I encountered in the office, but even that wasn't worth how awful everything else is. I asked my GP to stop referring people here and I hope that saves at least one woman from dealing with this place.

The staff (front desk, nurses, and the Dr's) are so friendly and genuine, the office is always clean, and I've never felt uncomfortable or left feeling unsatisfied. I would recommend this place to anyone. I'll miss this place when we move!

Appointment at 10 am. Apparently the person checking me forget to hit the check in button. When I finally said something at 10:30am they checked. Finally called me back to take my info at 10:35 and then the doctor did not come in till 11 and thinking it was a completely different appointment than I had. I left. I absolutely love this place! I have been going there since 2009! They took such great care of me with both of my pregnancies/c-sections. Dr.Bianco and April are very great! Their whole staff was very helpful and respectful and treated me very well. I never felt out of place or uncomfortable. I recommend them to anyone looking for an OB/GYN in Colorado Springs.

I don’t have any issues with the providers. My issue is with the ladies that answer the phone. I live in Pueblo and have to pick up my prescription before my appointment. At least twice I have traveled to Colorado Springs for my appointment and my prescription to find out my prescription was never faxed in. I called the office to tell them my prescription needs to be renewed and that I have an upcoming appointment. I call the office from the pharmacy and I am put on hold at least 3 times each time someone else picks up the phone I have to re-explain why I am calling. My prescription is not ready and now I have to reschedule my appointment for another half day off work to travel back to Springs.

Dr. Bianco is the BEST OB in town. I’ve been a patient for 10+ years and he will be delivering my 3rd baby any day now. He is honest and thorough, and definitely has compassion for his ladies! The NP’s are all fabulous and super detail oriented - and the MA’s remember your face, your name, your kids interests! The staff makes you feel welcome and well cared for. They truly care about their patients!

I really feel like I'm more than just a paycheck to these people. I had my surgery yesterday and they made me as comfortable as possible and made sure that I was aware of everything they were doing before the surgery! Dr. Bianco is the best surgeon I've ever had he tells you what he thinks and let's you decide on the decision that you want. April is a great OBGYN she never rushed out of the office and she made sure that all of your concerns were met. I will be staying with this doctor's office and wouldn't want anyone else delivery my children than these 2

It's a good place but they don't do everything in one appointment which then makes you have to pay a copay every single time or they won't see you. The doctor that does the Nexplanon insertion is extremely rude and insensitive. She will put the numbing stuff in your arm, wait ten seconds then pop the rod into your arm before it can even numb all the way. However Doctor Bianco is a great doctor and did a wonderful job on my laporoscopy for my large ovarian cyst.

Dr peter bianco and Melinda lacy and their staff expecilly Rachel and jonna and josey,for the last 8 years have delivered my two beautiful girls. There remarkable ultrasound tech was able to fine a kidney disease my /youngest has while still in the womb and beable to take better care of me the rest of my pregnancy they have done 3 of my surgerys. I have refured 3 friends who currently have and are going and have had children delivered by these unbelievably remarkable people Dr peter bianco is the most personal and caring Dr I've ever encountered in my life ❤

My wife was terminated from this clinic because she was unable to get to the appointment because we've had extremely difficulties getting her to the appointment. I cancelled her last appointment and told them I'd schedule another one when we could get transportation or a ride. They said that was fine then she received a letter right before she's about to deliver that she needs to find another doctor. All that stress before delivery is awful to do to someone and I shouldn't of been told it was okay if it wasn't due to our situation. It's been hard enough to deal with and now this!

I was reading some of the other reviews, and I have never had an experience where I felt rushed or unimportant or anything of that sort. The doctor and the nurses have always been extremely nice to me. Extremely helpful. They have always addressed my concerns with interest. There was one comment that said that she had to wait for 30 to 40 minutes to even be seen. But I'm sorry this is the doctors office. Not every appointment short and sweet. There's usually only one doctor on staff and they are doing his/hers doing his best. And plus I've never been to a doctors office where you're at in and out anyways. And they can't always do everything in one appointment because sometimes you need different technicians to do certain things. After seeing such negative comments I just had to defend my gynecologist. I live far up in the mountains now. But if I ever get pregnant again, I will go here. Thank you!

This office is the worst experience i have ever had in my life! I have been lied to that test results where not in specifically i was told my first tri testing was not done when it came in 2 weeks prior i know for a fact i was lied to because i received a mesaage from the testing lab at uc that they were in. I also rewuested my medical records and the date received is stated. I was lied to repeadly that they were not in! Dr bianco ordered me to be scheduled with a specialist for a lump in my breast and that was never done , i had a mri done for a bicornic uterus and no one called me for the results for that. The providers are great its the front office staff that is the horrible! Seems everyone is always confused and has no idea what is going on and the excuse is always they are short staffed

Probably the most insensitive group of gynecology workers I've ever experienced. Might not be protocol, but the ultrasound tech didn't even leave the room for me to undress.. and the few ladies that work the front desk barely know what they're doing. Won't be back.

I haven’t really had any bad experiences with the staff other than the very long wait times. Being in a crowded tiny room with multiple people and children isn’t easy when the conversations are mainly negative and sometimes vulgar. I have had issues at the front desk with staff not watching the lines and getting additional help for check ins. I arrived with one other couple, and we cramped into this small check in area with two other couples. We formed a line and waited. One lady walked in about five minutes later and immediately stood in a corner in front of the door, away from the line, and just had her head in her phone despite the no phone signs. When they called for next in line I went to the counter and the staff asked me to step out of line, and tried talking around me to the lady in the corner to let her go first. I didn’t realize they were approaching the situation as if I had just barged in and took this lady’s spot. I’ve worked in customer service, and there are plenty of ways to ask who is next rather than telling someone to get out of line and let someone else go first when you haven’t been paying attention to who is even in the room. This normally wouldn’t bother me, but this is a medical office. Plenty of women, like myself, have increased medical issues due to pregnancy. My medical condition has gotten way worse since I got pregnant, making it hard for me to get up, let alone stand for short periods of time. I felt as if the staff was immediately pinning me as the bad guy here based on their assumptions and the fact that they were literally leaning out of their chair to talk around me to the lady in the corner.

We moved to CoSp from Ks a year ago. A month after getting here we found out we were expecting our daughter. We did not know anyone nor did we know any of the healthcare providers in the area. We got very lucky finding Dr.Bianco and his staff!! I had a long pregnancy with some complications and had to go in 2-3 times a week for the last couple months. All of the staff there was amazing!! They made you feel very comfortable unlike my prior experience with our 1st daughter where you were just a number and not a person. After a long pregnancy and CSection, I had some postpartum complications and had to have a procedure done. Dr.Bianco was very attentive to my care and I feel did what was best for my health. This past week (10 weeks postpartum) I had to have a hysterectomy. Dr.Bianco and Melinda both did a great job in my care and I would recommend them to anyone!! It is hard to find personal care like they give anymore. Thanks to Dr.Bianco and Melinda being so attentive not only am I back on track to being healthy again but their hard work and attention gave us a healthy baby girl, Brooklyn Sage. :)

This is my first pregnancy and I'm very happy with dr.bianco and NP April. I'm called back on time or even before my appointment time so I'm never waiting. Called for an appointment to get nausea meds.and they saw me the next day! I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Absolutely loved it. Went in this morning as a new patient to get my IUD removed and Dr. Bianco was EXCELLENT he was kind, asked me questions, answered all of my questions, etc. Awesome doc and I am so happy to have him now.
