Dr. David Johnson operated on my torn retina in my left eye on December 23, 2007opening his office 630pm in a snow storm when all offices in the building were closed. I sat in the exam chair as he operated. Small drop of fluid came to the eye & tore retina 3more different times with hospital surgeries. Finally had a scleral buckle sewn in to that eye to keep it all together. Then he advised I had 8 holes in my right eye retina and lasered that repair in 2009. All of this over 2 years! He was the kindest most gentle Dr. I had ever met giving me great faith in all his expertise. I never worried once or tired of those surgeries. I just knew I was in the best hands. Honestly I was never afraid! When I see the snow capped mountains from my home, gorgeous sunsets and birds in flight, so very many times I thank God I met Dr David Johnson an expert in his field. Thank you Doctor that you kept operating so much to save my precious vision. I will remember you always and God bless you from the bottom of my heart! I'm 69 years old now & retired! Dr Dacey is truly a 5 star ☆ hero in my 'EYES'. I battled Uveitis and Iritis in both eyes, for over 16 years, not knowing what was wrong or how to fix it. In 2004 I was 32 years old and overnight I lost 90% of my eye sight. After 6 specialists I was referred to Dr Dacey and within 5 minutes of his exam, he diagnosed me and I've been a faithful patient for over 12 years now. Thank you Dr Dacey for saving atleast 10% of my eye sight!

After speaking on the phone with the receptionist three times, verifying my insurance information, waiting four weeks for an appointment and commuting over an hour to the office, I was told once I got there that they couldn't take my insurance. I asked why no one called me to cancel the appointment and was told that it had something to do with the billing department not returning an email. Ridiculous!

Had to wait 2 1/2 hours after appointment time. They said after Lazer that they never received verification from insurance. I'm waiting to see how much I have to pay. They blamed it on billing
