At the age of 41, I did 4, very heavily medicated cycles with Dr. Schoolcraft. Based on a handful of CCS tested abnormal embryos, I was told that I had zero chances of conceiving with my own eggs and was told to find a donor. I was devastated. I decided to look in New York. I did only one transfer with Dr. Janelle Luk at Neway Clinic in New York and she got me pregnant at 43. She used either very little or no drugs to stimulate me. Ladies, if you are older, stay clear of CCS / genetic testing. I think the test is wrong way more than 5% of the time as it's advertised by CCRM. These doctors make more money by using genetic testing since its artificially inflates their success rates which keeps people flocking to them. It's very sad how unregulated this industry is and how no one bothers to explain that genetic testing can severely damage embryo's of older women. There is also a doctor in Long Island, NY who transferred an abnormal embryo and got a perfectly healthy baby. New technology is not always a good thing.

they are Too busy to fulfill your needs. We have been with them for over a year and a half and time is running out and they don't seem to appreciate that all they care about is money money money. over the course of a year and a half we have not received one call form our nurse unless we call her. My wife did a test two months ago we still haven't heard the results. They have become too big for their own good.

I have been trying to have a baby for over two years now. Sadly, we have lost three. After the last miscarriage my OB Doctor sent me to CCRM. After one visit with them they knew what was wrong! I thought we were going for a consultation but before we left they ran a bunch of tests and knew what steps needed to be taken next. They are very proactive and jump right in. They checked with my insurance before all of my procedures to make sure they were covered. I absolutely love Dr. Debra Menjarez(spelling) she was very caring and explained everything in detail and gave us notes that she took so we had them. The only reason I didn't give this 5 stars was because I feel there is always room for improvement but they are definitely a top notch facility!

I cannot believe the service I had at this clinic. From our initial visit, I didn’t feel right but I figured I’d give it another chance. In our first visit we paid over 350 for our consultation(without even looking at my chart referred to them by my obgyn), then after sitting with their financial department one of their staff literally insulted me in reference to how my husband is a nice guy for offering to pay for my produces. She stated, “yeah, men always get it easier but how sweet... hes willing to give you some of his money.” He’s my husband lady... we are literally doing this together. Besides the terrible bed side manner. I reluctantly tried to stay with them. They told me that everything is paid for upfront and they would get in touch with my insurance company and give me a credit so I could finish out my tests. After calling for a month and a half I finally reached someone who told me, “oh yeah you have a credit now... let’s do your husbands test first since it’s only 75 and then we can work through yours.” We make my husbands appointment, he shows up and they ask him for 700 dollars upfront. Trying to understand why, they continue to argue with him and then finally admit...”oops that was our oversight. It’s only 200 I guess.” Again, we ask why, and they proceeded to tell us even though we were referred..well it doesn’t count. After rude staff members, a terribly unreachable financial department, and zero communication with the doctor since my first consultation, I gave up and asked for a refund,(which I’m sure will take weeks.)Supposedly a manager will be calling me to hear about my experiences there, but I doubt that since every time I’ve tried to reach someone there’s no help. They really go out of their way to make you feel like a number and not a patient. I’ll be letting my obgyn know how terrible the entire experience was and taking my family somewhere else. I guess if your not loaded or flying in from another country, this clinic doesn’t make time for you. For many women the stress of having trouble conceiving is enough, the last thing they want is to feel belittled or like their situation doesn’t matter. Too bad my first experience with a fertility clinic was with CCRM, but now I know. Save yourself the time and look elsewhere.

I was told in 1989 that I could and would never have a child. I went to the "best of the best" all over the U.S especially in Chicago and had the same results. My husband was transferred to Denver and I was encouraged by a friend to meet with Dr. Stuart Gottesfeld and his Infertility Specialists in Denver.. He told me you WILL have a child. And thru testing and shots and a "new trial" My miracle turned 29 this year and I thank Dr. Stuart Gottesfeld every day. My son is getting married next year and tho we moved back to Chicago he and his wife to be go to Colorado several times a year. The Gottesfeld.Family of Doctors and Staff were amazing.

I have been going here for 4 months and their nurses and front desk schedulers are rude. You pay thousands of dollars, for me out of pocket, and they have no care about being on the same page and apparently no training on how to speak to a client that is already going through a hard time. They make you take tests that aren't necessary if you are following their directions, again, costing another $100+ Each test and when you ask why, they basically say because they said so, and if you don't, they won't continue the treatment. I am still going here because I've already paid so much and obviously want to have a family so I am willing to deal with rude, unprofessional people in order to make that happen. If you are thinking about going here, be prepared to be told that the doctor or nurse will call you and then they don't, for front desk schedulers to talk inappropriately about you to each other after you call in with an issue (this one I witnessed while waiting for an appointment), and paying a lot of money to deal with people that couldn't care less that you are already going through a hard time.

Since a couple of these reviews are written about a completely different fertility clinic, I thought it would be important to add my review. CCRM has gotten me pregnant twice through IVF. One of these pregnancies resulted in a beautiful baby girl and I am currently pregnant and due later this year. While it is true that they do not spend a lot of time figuring out how to save the patient money, they are extremely knowledgeable in the field and are focused on keeping very up to date with their technology and research. We go to the Rose location and everyone I've interacted with there has been very nice, especially my nurse, the ultrasound technicians and the woman who draws blood. I also think Dr. Kondapalli is professional, caring, and extremely intelligent. And of course, I cannot argue with the results!

We cannot say enough great things about our experience at CCRM!! They have a very professional staff who is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Dr. Kondapalli spent a great deal of time with us explaining her plan and what we could expect. She was exactly correct down to the exact number of healthy embryos she expected we would obtain. She was thorough, confident and sympathetic. Our daughter now has a healthy baby sister to look forward to growing up with!

My husband and I went to CCRM after about 5 months of trying just to do all the testing to make sure everything was OK (or not) before making any decisions on treatments etc. Even before we did ANY testing at all we were told that IVF was our best option because of my age (I was 38 at the time). This is before ANY testing was done. I was told my age numerous times during my consultation. We went through all the testing and would venture to say we passed with flying colors, I am extremely healthy with all my numbers exactly where they should be, a follicle count that is 2-3 times the normal count and still we were told IVF was our only and best option. I can only imagine they told us this so many times because of 1- the amount of money they make and 2- the more ivf they do the higher chance of pregnancy and the better their numbers- even if one doesn't need it! We left with a bad taste in our mouths and went to 2 doctors in NYC for second opinions, both emphatically said there is NO NEED FOR IVF with my numbers (both, I may add, also do IVF and make as much money from it). We chose one and came back to colorado (where we live), and are now awaiting IUI with our chosen doctor in nyc. Unfortunately, because of the timing of my cycle, I had to go to CCRM one last time this last saturday for outside monitoring. I was met by EMMA B, the assistant manager of the front desk. Emma spoke to me in a manner that shocked me to the core, and upset my husband beyond words. She treated me with disrespect, sarcasm and quite frankly meanly. NO ONE should be spoken to the way I was by Emma, and especially not patients who are going through what the patients there already are. We are going through enough. I was told many times by her that "if I wasn't already a patient I wasn't going to be seen", but I was a patient (had already paid thousands to be told I'm old and only IVF was my solution). They made it a point to mention many times that they were just doing outside monitoring for ANOTHER doctor because I was not being seen by any of their doctors (for the good reasons above), but I was made to feel horrible and it's just not ok. I don't know my outcome with this new doctor in NYC yet but I can already say that my decision to move away from CCRM is the best one I've made so far. Do your research, get second opinions! CCRM is "famous" because their numbers are good, they do get lots of women pregnant, no matter what it takes

Fertility is a different journey for everyone. Women that are younger than I have had challenges I have not faced, and there are women my age that like me, have been successful. I feel fortunate that CCRM is in my backyard. I started at age 40yr with Dr M (now gone) and now am with Dr Kondapali. I used my own eggs the first time around and have a beautiful baby boy. We are now back at age 44yr, this time with a donor. I have found the staff just as thoughtful and caring as they were with my first cycle. There is a reason their are in the top 2% of clinics in the world. It's just unfortunate not all have had success.

I would recommend CCRM to anyone. For me, it’s been a tough journey and Dr. Ehrhart, her nurses (Esp. Becca and Nicole), and staff have been so kind and supportive. They’ve tried to help keep costs down as much possible. It’s great they take Kaiser and that they try to utilize your benefits as much as possible. I just recently did my first Procedure there and everyone was so comforting and helpful! My Fiancé and I walked away knowing they did everything they could to help us in our journey. I know everyone’s experience is different but I would highly recommend them to anyone. No matter what the time or day is they make sure you’re taken care of. We don’t know the result yet, but I’m confident in the treatment we’ve received.

Like all people heading into fertility treatment, we had complicated needs, and a hard long journey of losses and struggles to conceive again. Dr. Kondapalli was an absolute life saver for us. She helped to diagnose and treat my uterine structure issues, and then helped us to conceive in our first round of IVF. She is truly competent, kind, and brilliant. We are forever thankful for her care and competency.

We still haven’t received my husbands test results and it’s been almost 3 weeks, we have called 6 times, sent emails, and created a patient portal account. The receptionists were rude and not at all helpful, I’m sure they’re busy but 3 weeks is ridiculous. Today they refused to provide my husband a copy of his medical records. We’re trying to move forward with infertility treatment and those results are vital they are delaying our ability to receive proper treatment.

Dr. Kondapalli is amazing! I had a very bizarre medical problem, to say the least, but she and her team have been so helpful during this time . I would recommend Dr. Kondapalli and her team to anyone who needs her services. She is an excellent physician/specialist and a genuinely kind and fun person, which can be hard to find. The same goes for her team. Everyone who I've dealt with through this journey has been so professional, kind and trustworthy. Thank you, Dr. Kondapalli and the amazing staff at CCRM! :)

I worked with Dr. Barton and think the world of her. She is smart, compassionate, listens attentively, and made me feel at ease in a high-stress situation. She was thorough in her explanations, always reviewed my entire file before we met, and asked me how I felt. I found the clinic administration to be efficient, knowledgeable, and kind. I've been to the Denver and Lone Tree offices; I was always impressed with their timeliness.

CCRM has changed my and my husbands life with the blessing of our son. We worked with Dr. Surrey and he could not have been more compassionate, intelligent and determined to help us in our journey to becoming parents. The nurses were incredible when it comes to answering all the questions that come with such a confusing time and they were truly our cheerleaders through the whole process. We feel lucky to have worked with the best fertility clinic out there and absolutely recommend CCRM to anyone going through fertility issues. From their Doctors, their nurses, the lab, even to their folks at the front desk, CCRM sets the bar.

Anne Smith

Be incredibly careful with paying $350 for a consultation. I spoke with two different people on two different occasions regarding a specific surgery. I was told by both that CCRM has two doctors that can perform the surgery, but I would need to send them medical records and pay $350 for a consultation. I asked to speak with some about the cost of the procedure. After being transferred to multiple people/departments I reached someone in scheduling for the surgery center. He explained they do not do that procedure and is not sure why the other departments said they did. If I had not been diligent with getting an estimate I would of wasted $350 and my time. Be incredibly cautious.

We decided to go to CCRM after 6 miscarriages at our local fertility clinic. CCRM requires a lot of testing but they are very thorough and everyone we dealt with (especially our Doctor, Dr. Surrey) was kind, considerate, and answered all our questions. Yes, it's expensive (we did CCS testing) but was so worth it for us. We have a 14 month old son and are currently 12 weeks pregnant with from our second transfer. I only wish we went to CCRM earlier in our journey!

We decided to utilize fertility treatments at CCRM - based on a recommendation of an acquaintance - and due to the high number of healthy live births they claim to have aided in their marketing materials and web page. It is for that reason that I am writing this review. That number gave us confidence. However, I don’t know where they’re getting this number from - as no one followed up with us after the beginning of our twin pregnancy. We suffered the loss of one baby around 16 weeks, our other baby was born at 25 weeks gestation and remained in a NICU for six months. I feel the hormones I received were grossly misrepresented as being safe and low enough not to cause multiples. Our experience was life altering - and not for the better. I do not recommend CCRM - and also did not enjoy the bedside manner of our doctor.

Jennifer Tayler

They are guilty of billing fraud, ordering multiples of the same tests OVER AND OVER that don't need to be done, refusing to give me basic information so I can get what should be covered by my medical insurance covered. Because of their lack of communication, we kept having to take more tests and redo tests and try prescriptions, all UNNECESSARY and UNPRODUCTIVE and VERY EXPENSIVE. For two years, no progress was actually made, and no "treatment" was had. All they basically did was order labs. To top it off, when we decided to go to another fertility treatment practice, they refused to send my labs, the staff was rude, they found SEVERAL more bills *magically* appear that were for services and labs they ordered but had forgotten to bill me for... which I KNOW is fraud. Staff was unhelpful. And in TWO YEARS we actually only met / saw the doctor once, - for a meet and greet - despite several requests. Went to another fertility treatment place, and was pregnant within months.

Everyone is amazing!!! All of the staff and Dr.Kandapli was excellent helping and making sure I understood every aspect going on!!

I was vey impressed and optimistic when i first went but then i quickly went away. I never got any kind of follow up care. I was forgotten!! I feel like they took my money with out a care for me as a person. After being in tears in the Dr. office telling them all our struggles trying to get pregnant to just be forgotten feels like a stabe in the back!!

Got referred from RydgeGate Obgyn for my uterus fibroid. From day 1 when I made a call to make an appointment, I clearly stated that my visit is for my uterus fibroid. The strange thing, they asked for my husband email. They asked me to fill out my health history and that’s not strange at all since I am the patient. However, they asked my husband health history also. I emailed them again stated that I made the appointment for my uterus fibroid. I also asked my obgyn to transfer all my medical record 2 weeks before my appointment. At the day of my appointment, the doctor at first didn’t talk about my fibroid at all. He asked my health history and my husband health history. No Ultrasound to see the fibroid. He talked like we want to do IVF or IUI. I’ve been pregnant before but got miscarriage. I was so confused why he talked about IVF or IUI. I went there to treat my fibroid and never think to get IUI or IVF. He asked me to make an appointment to do do a bunch of fertility tests and he asked my husband also to make an appointmnet to do semen test. In the end, the doctor code the billing as infertility test. It wasn’t covered by my insurance. The charge just to see the doctor is around $320 (only talk and pelvic exam). Just be careful with them, I asked them to change the billing code, their answered is this is fertility clinic. Well, they should told me from the beginning they only treat infertility.

We saw another RE before going to Dr. Barton at CCRM that ran some blood tests, led me through failed Clomid trials, and then wanted to start IVF treatments. Since we didn’t feel like the first RE was very through, and knowing that CCRM has the best IVF success rates, we decided to start over with CCRM. Dr. Barton began by running much more through tests and immediately found the issue – my uterus was filled with scar tissue from my c-section and therefore I couldn’t get pregnant. Dr. Barton performed a surgery to clear the scar tissue in their beautiful surgery center and I got pregnant naturally months later. Once I got pregnant they monitored everything around my pregnancy until week 8. Their care was first class, as well as all of their facilities and communications. I’ve never received such wonderful healthcare. I should note that CCRM wasn’t covered under our insurance, and they’re more expensive than other places we looked at, but you get what you pay for – quality and success. We are so thankful to Dr. Barton and her team for being so amazing to work with and making our dreams come true.

Horrible mistakes by the inexperienced nursing staff cost us a failed transfer and 3 miscarriages including twins. We were then told to "get a surrogate" and kicked to the curb. We were told by an ultrasound tech currently employed there that they cherry pick their patients and we were ruining their numbers. CCRM is a hamster wheel with patients being treated according to the size of their bankroll.

Dr. Kondapalli is truly a gem! She made it a priority to answer ALL the questions we had when it came to the surrogacy process. Her bedside manor and warm spirit made this process very comfortable!

Doctors, nurses, and most of the staff have horrible bedside manners. I had a horrible experience here after paying more than $30,000, and nothing was accomplished. Even after I thought I had paid everything, I was still being billed for things that I was told my insurance would cover. CCRM is extremely rigid about their protocol, and they are unnecessarily expensive. They will bill you for every little thing. They seem to know what they are doing from a medical standpoint, but they have no human touch whatsoever. I was essentially just a number to them.

I highly recommend Dr. Kondapalli and CCRM. I worked with her for fertility services during a difficult time in my life and the warmth, care, and compassion she provided during the process made all the difference in the world.
