Why has no one contacted me with a follow up after my appointment/diagnosis?

I have been trying to get an appointment for over a month. All I get is voice mail. I have received two calls from Megan but when I call her back there is voice mail only. Dr. Gibbs on video talks about personal service but I only get machines. Don't know why Kaiser refers people here when it is impossible to get in.

Dr Gibbs and his staff were amazing! I had several procedures done and spent lots of time in the office. Each staff member was great! I felt totally comfortable each time I was in! Dr Gibbs has an awesome bedside manner! He made sure I was in no pain, and comfortable during the procedures. He explained in detail what he was doing as he worked on my legs. He is extremely genuine and truly wanted to make sure I was happy with the results! (Which I was)...couldn't be happier with my legs now! I spent the last several years being embarrassed to wear anything that showed my legs. Thanks to Dr Gibbs, I can proudly show off my new legs! What an amazing feeling! I HIGHLY recommend Dr Gibbs! I know anyone who choses him will be just as happy as I am!
