Love Doctor Brad. He is always calm and under-control and really helps calm nerves of new parents, who over-react to every little thing. I love that we can get appointments the same day with him unlike other places where you never know who you are going to get.

So disappointing. This care facility doesn't care. I have kiddos that I'm fostering to adopt and are temporarily on Medicaid and will have them on my insurance. But they are unwilling to accept my poor child although they accept other children on Medicaid. Warning to all parents who are dealing with this situation. Beware and they are not flexible.

Alison Auster is simply wonderful. She is gentle and kind and is very respectful of children. She's bright and able to explain things in a way that empowers kiddos and calms parents. She not flashy or boisterous, just the perfect fit for those sensitive, gentle kiddos who need that extra warmth. She is a lovely balance of sweet humor and deep intuition. When my daughter dislocated her elbow in the parking lot(WHICH IS RIDICULOUSLY PAINFUL), she fixed it within seconds, all with a gentle voice and gentler hands. When my son was having a terrible medication reaction (hallucinations), she was able to talk both of us through it in a way that left us both feeling good about it. I don't have experience with the other physicians in this practice yet, but I can assure you that you won't go wrong with Dr. Auster.

Overall an okay experience, but won’t be returning. Dr. Auster was nice, but wasn’t educated on baby-led weaning and was dismissive of it in favor of traditional weaning. Medical assistant had poor bedside manner for someone working with children. The receptionist scheduled our next well baby checkup, but once I got to the car, realized she made it for a different child and sent me home with that patient’s info on the reminder sheet.

My husband took my 2 year old son in for a well child visit with Dr. Allison Auster at the Stapleton Location. We have decided to decline only a couple of immunizations, including the flu vaccine. When my husband told Dr. Auster about our decision to not get the varicella, Hep. A or flu vaccine she assertively persisted that we were not making the best decision for our children. She wanted to make sure we were not getting our info from "non-scientific" resources and gave my husband "all the information he needs" that obviously came from a biased pro vaccine stand point. Our family is NOT anti vaccine, but we consciously chose to not get a couple of them for our son as he was just turning 2. She made my husband feel as though we were not getting our information from reputable places (she did not know why we ultimately decided against some vaccines) and then she also went on to say that why is it incredibly rare "God forbid your child is one who dies from the flu". She said this after confirming that our daughter & son both have the flu (they are doing just fine and nowhere near death). I felt the way she handled our decisions was unprofessional and unkind.

I absolutely love this office and all the doctors. Dr. Kurtz is amazing and so good with my kids! He is very patient always listens to my concerns. I have never had a wait time at this office. I highly recommend!

My son was a patient at this practice for nearly a year. I cannot believe they stay in business with how utterly awful their service is. The general number you call is staffed by the rudest people I've ever dealt with. The office staff at this location are both rude and ineffective. We've shown up, been checked in and then... Nothing. We just sat there until half an hour after our appointment time. Then suddenly they remembered we were there. Twice appointments were rescheduled without notice. Curiously these were only with well care appointments. I think many of my issues with their office are revenue driven. I hope the doctors who work there are aware of how the office staff and phone people impact the perception of their office.

I absolutely love this facility! Both Dr. Kurtz and Bethany are amazing. Very detailed and they make sure all my questions and concerns are answered! Staff is polite and prompt. I have yet to sit in the waiting area for any more then 5mins! I don't mind the drive across town to see them!

I just moved to Denver and needed new doctors , so I gave this one a shot. I was set to see dr. Carvajal and we loved her. She now sees all 3 of my kids . She nice caring and listens and makes you feel welcome. Never that long of a wait when I went in.
