During my visit to the ER I was pregnant & the reason was because I had so much pressure in my heart I couldn't breath. I never was admitted into a room officially just walked around to check my blood and heart beat and so on. I spend 3 to 5 hours there only to be given acid reflux medicine and in the office where the nurses are. The person that gave me the medicine was a nurse and she also told me I had a acid reflux and was never seen by an official doctor. In my whole time there I was walked around the er for the regular check up and taken to the wait room I spend all the hours there waiting only to get a medication and sent home. I guess for them my condition wasn't important I regret going to this er I should had just stayed home and wait for it to wear off but the pressure and pain was to much I just went to the wrong er.

Wow! Thanks for your honest reviews everyone. I will avoid Scripps like the plague. Thank the Lord for these reviews. I had heard that Scripps was bad but after reading your reviews now I know it.

Bad- bad-bad entrance admission horrible and pathetic. While speaking to her she was looking elsewhere. She didn't answer when you questioned or describe issues. Went tbe next morning and seemed she wasn't getting paid for working there..PATHETIC SERVICE

About a year ago my husbands grandmother was here. She fell out of the shower and broke her ankle. When we arrived to see her she had a skin watch sign on her bedside. We asked the nurse what happened and she said "she forgot to call us to take her off her bed pan." SHE HAD BEEN SITTING ON HER BED PAN FOR 48 HOURS! how in the hell does that happen! If the nurses checked regularly they would have noticed. She was so drugged up she couldnt talk to us at all. She ended up passing away 3 months later in a rehabilitation home for Over Drugging that was on the list of reccomendations. Scrpps gave us 20 min to pick one because they needed a bed! Currently my mother in law is at scripps with cancer. They told us she may have air bubbles in her body and this could be fatal. They said they are treating it as if it is urgent and she might need emergency surgery. We have been here ALL day waiting on a surgeon to see if she can handle the surgery or if its non operable. They have no idea when hes coming! With a life and death situation u would think the surgeon would be here to advise..... THINK TWICE BEFORE COMING HERE! WORST HOSPITAL IVE EVER SEEN.

Best maternity staff ever!!

My son was born there in 2009. His eye lids were fluttering. I felt it was a Possible Neurological disorder. The Nurses said they would take a look. They said he was 100% healthy. At 3 1/2 months he had a seizure which caused irreversible brain damage. My.son is permanently disabled, can not walk, sit, communicate, and can't process what he sees. Thanks for only caring about having empty beds instead of doing your jobs.

Overall this is a place where you get nothing for a lot of money. Scripps hospitals are notorious for overcharging insurance companies and patients so be careful. You may think you were treated great until you receive a bill which will make you wish you have died. This company is worse than MS 13.

I love Scripps Mercy Hospital because they have good service and treatment for there patients!!!!

This place is the worse hospital ever , dirty , blood stains in linens Roach in bathroom, hair food , smells dirty , dirty bathroom, bedside dining table disgusting with old food stains , I have no words to describe the lack of care for patients welfare I have photos to prove it

asm618 .

I was admitted to the ER and they found that I had gallstones for which required surgery to remove my gallbladder. I got the surgery and spent two days in the hospital, the nursing staff and all doctors were proficient in they're work and very nice.

***HUGE MEDICAL MISTAKE. EVERYONE SHOULD READ THIS*** This was probably the most disappointing experience from a hospital staff in my life. Two weeks ago I was diagnosed with a severe kidney infection. They stuck me with an abx and left me in a room with an unclean bed as I fainted and then basically told me to get over it and sent me home. They told me all I needed was that ONE shot and to just leave. My boyfriend and I began to make our way out but realized we had no paperwork so we asked the people at registration if it was ok to leave. They checked their computers and sure enough said, "yes you can just go" Fast forward to two weeks later. I'm in the hospital for the SAME problem but FAR worse. The doctor is arguing with me that it was her diagnosis and she knows what she's doing and how dare I even question it. Then as she goes through the charts and claims I was given medication to take orally. I assure her I was not. My boyfriend was there and was with me this time too. Whoever was the nurse that day LIED on her paperwork claiming she sent me home with a prescription. At this point they all realized this was a huge mistake and very dangerous. That women's error could have caused me to go into full sepsis and possibly death if I didn't receive treatment. They rushed me back. Did what they could. Now three days later... I can't hold down food. These meds are making me ill. I haven't eaten in THREE days!!! I look like a skeleton! This is NO life and I'm not seeing anything thing getting better. I research the meds... I have celiacs disease. Those meds are bound by gluten . Ding! Ding! Ding! So I call in to the ER and the lady picks up and is just nasty. Mind you I JUST moved here. I don't have a primary set up yet, though I'm working on it. I informed her of this. She told me that's not their problem once you've been discharged. These people don't care about their patients. There was a lot of unprofessional mismanagement going on in the office as well. The doctor yelled at a nurse and I could hear it. Another male Doctor ranting about his time in the service while patients are moaning in pain and making inappropriate jokes & commentary. This hospital is a joke. Worst care I've ever received ... EVER.

Melissa Lopez

My wife fell and broke 2 ribs. We were on vacation and i took her to this er. Worst experience ever.Triage wasnt done correctly. Then the hospital er bed was broken it wouldnt keep her legs straight and kept falling. The Xray tech was a real jerk.almost threw my wife out of the bed while transporting her to the radiology room.he was uncaring and should be fired. Dr was nice and so was er nurse but i would urge no one to go there. Its like er hell.

Jay Onrails

I'm sorry to say that this was not a good experience. We visited a friend who was having her first child. Our friend only speaks and understands Spanish. There were no staff that could interpret for her except for us. That was fortunate for her that we were there. There was no offer of a translator or translator services when we needed to go back home. Upon time of the actual birth, when we were not present, the doctor explained to our friend in English that she was going to perform an episiotomy for obvious medical reasons. Our friend stated the doctor became frustrated and put her under with anesthetic without trying to explain or to get someone to help her understand. Our friend stated her overall experience was just 'ok'. She did not know or has she ever experienced any better. It amazes me that in this day and technological age that the hospital was incapable of providing translation services, especially in southern California and being so close to the international border of Mexico. Shame on you. Jay

The best treatment and communication I have seen by far. My father has been to many hospitals and the care and attention they gave him in ER to the ICU, until the day we were discharged was exceptional. they are a caring and compassionate hospital.

17 hours later and we still waiting for the room the doctors and nurses promised. 45 minutes ago they said the room was ready but were now waiting, and waiting, and waiting for someone to come for us.

Sweet Science

There is a really bad vibe in this place most of the staff here have an attitude. I took my grandmother to get some x rays done and David the guy who does the x rays had a very rude demeanor. My grandmother complained to me that he was very rough with her. When I asked him for his name and explained why he began causing a scene and I was the one who had to ask him to calm down. As I walked out Dr. Baggeti stared me down as if trying to intimidate me. Very unprofessional staff.

The worst ER I've been to ever! Went in for swollen feet, legs, and shortness of breath. The guy at check in was rude and mean. The nurse who took my vitals used a small cuff to check my blood pressure and it hurt like hell turning my hand bright red. Finally got a bed which I didn't stay in long because it was uncomfortable and the lady next to me kept peeing and pooping on herself and it smelled so bad. My nurse tending to me was ok but when she was doing my EKG a short stalky nurse with curly hair asked if she was done with the EKG machine and swung my curtain open while my shirt was still up and I was still attached to the machine not caring if I was exposed to the public or not! My doctor was a snob! It took 7 hours of testing and waiting for them to say I had nothing wrong. Another patient was being worked on a code blue I believe and the evening check in nurse yelled at me and another patient daughter to turn around and not look. That we weren't allowed to watch as if we were kids. It's the freaking ER and everything is in view what the heck are we suppose to do! The most annoying thing was how immature and childish the nurses and other workers are there. Everyone was giggling and gossiping. Running around like kids and flirting with each other. All I wanted to do was get back home to my baby but instead I was dealing with that crap. The guy who took my blood pressure one last time Sang I think his name was didn't seem to care if I spoke or not.. He was brushing me off as if I was nobody and he didn't care to hear it. Whom which was part of that immature bunch flirting and gossiping. They need better training, good supervision since the staff acts like its high school, and doctors who aren't freaking snobs!!!! And if I find out the name of that nurse who swung the curtain open I'm going to whoever the higher ups are because she doesn't need to be working there. BTW I was there today 2-14-16 from like 1pm to 8 something pm.. Nice way to treat the wife of a NYPD cop/Army national guard reservist!!!!

Had a couple rude nurses during my weeks stay. Doctors were okay. If your not able or willing to perform your job duties then please don't get into this type of business. It makes it harder for the rest of the staff if their isn't proper teamwork.

Kassandra Alba

I was recently in a car accident again. The doctor in the ER was extremely rude! I am never in my life going back here! Even if I feel like I'm about to die. I rather die than go back here! This is the worst hospital I have ever been in! And believe me when I say I've been in more than a handful. I would never in my life recommend anyone to go here! The emergency room doctors don't know anything. I've been in pain for over 2 weeks now. Thanks for doing absolutely nothing. Yet again!

This hospital is outstanding! The staff is very friendly, caring and understanding. I have no insurance to speak of because my job doesn't offer it and I can't afford "Obama Care" but I was still treated with dignity and respect. The food is...well, hospital food...your not going there for the dinning your going there to get better! Ended going to Tijauna right after leaving ER for better treatment as they would not even prescribe MW a pain reliever without aspirin even though there are many meds available, I broke my jaw and it hurt,i told them 9 of 10 for pain. They treated me like i was there to get drugs because i was not ready for an mri that second.Humanity is at all time low.I could have received better care at a animal hospital.Go to other hospital if given a chance for minor things like a severely broken jaw.

I waited over 9 hours behind the scenes (not the waiting room) and witnessed very closely how this place operates. For the most part, they are all professional except for one physician who gave no care in the world about infection control. I saw him at one point being made aware (by another physician) regarding the patient he was about to see being highly contagious and to take precautionary measures. He blatantly dismissed the warnings and proceeded to enter the room with no protection whatsoever. Both the physician and another nurse watched him in disbelief. He acted as if he was above having to follow such important protocol. This was very disappointing to witness, especially coming from an educated "professional" who should be setting a better example. He should be reported by his fellow staff members but he appeared to be one of the "higher up" physicians that seemed to intimidate the others. Regardless, right is right and wrong is wrong and he was definitely in the wrong. It's a shame because I would be giving a much higher review if it were not for this one individual.

I wanted to visit my friend in the ER and so my dad called the hospital to see if I could. My friend had been getting visistors from her friends all day and so I wanted to see her. The lady said I could not visit her because I was under 18. All the friends that went to see her were below the age of 18. I am displeased with the service I received and sad that I cannot see my friend for like a month now. Thanks mercy

I posted this review on Yelp before but it was removed, probably due to me putting the staff member involved's name in my review. Which admittedly was a mistake. So i am reposting my previous review with the persons name omitted. Not that it will do this facility any good, since the writing is already on the wall. Most of the reviews before mine echo the same sentiment and that is that staff here at Scripps Mercy in Chula Vista routinely practice poor patient care and the management appears to know this but are attempting to prevent me from saying so, even on a platform such as Yelp for which my review was only on a few days. That tells me that for whatever reason they seem to be desperately wanting to avoid any kind if further scandal that even hints at staff issues which means they probably already have one currently ongoing?? Shocker. (Anyway here is my previously deleted review below) This was the worst medical treatment facility experience Ive ever had the misfortune to EVER witness. I said witness because my 86 year old grandmother was the person unfortunate enough to be sent to Scripps "Mercy" in Chula Vista for physical therapy a few months back after injuring her hip. Im going to try and be as professional, accurate and succinct as possible, though given the rating this place has and the fact that none of my attempts to formally file a complaint were acknowledged leaves me to believe that management must be somewhat aware of the personnel issues they have regarding they're staff. The most pressing issue was how negligent this physical therapist was and her inability to hear when she pushing my grandmother to hard effectively hurting her, to which she was completely dismissive or absent minded one of the two, she seemed frazzled and I just didn't get how someone could call themselves a "professional" and still conduct themselves in that way but after the session I overheard a conversation with one of her co-workers and learned exactly why. Apparently she couldn't be bothered to treat my grandmother with the care and attention she required because she was too busy being romantically involved with a married man! I could honestly not believe what I was hearing, the only thing that made it worse was her co-workers justifying her sleeping with this man, it was ridiculous! With all the other hospitals in the area I would steer clear of this one, the physical therapist seemed like a nice enough person, if only she wasn't morally bankrupt and so un-professional. To be so brazen as to have a disgusting conversation like that, especially around patient's is repugnant. Please avoid this place at all costs.

ER as others said not a recommendation... It's not even a ER it's better of you go to a regular clinic they'll probably take care of you faster.

We had a pretty good overall experience minus the ailment being suffered. The staff was nice, and they seemed genuinely concerned with the issue at hand. They made us very comfortable for our stay in the emergency department.

Went there sometime in September 2018.I have insurance & still getting billed for it.they put me in collection's for a $92.00 xray bill.what a fucked up place!! My healthcare said they would cover it..so Scripps, whose error is it? By the way ,your E.R is filthy.Rate it a 0 if I can.

The most incompetent, (and racist) ER in this city. I don't know of anyone who has had a positive experience there. My mentally ill relative went there voluntarily last evening having taken a handful of medication in a suicide attempt. She has been talking suicide for several months but denies this to authority figures. They had her evaluated this morning and released her!! A 72 hour hold is supposed to be mandatory for suicide attempts? What is wrong with this horrible bunch of fools? People who have had bad experiences here need to retain a personal injury attorney and sue. Possibly a class action lawsuit? They won't change their behavior until the public take's action.

Glenda Taylor

The staff in the ER Department is very unprofessional from their appearance to their ability to treat patients with care. Depending on the patient, they wait for hours in the waiting room in pain only to be seen and sent home 5 minutes later still in pain. If you can avoid this ER at all cost, please do.

I've been to the ER twice. My experience is always satisfying. I'm always brought back within a good time frame and I'm always taken care of.

The ER nurses were beyond amazing. My 3 year old chewed up a bunch of grandmas meds. We had no idea if he had actually swallowed any, or just spit them out. They took us to the back immediately, giving him a bed directly in front of the nurses station. Since he wasn't even nauseous, the doctors decided to just observe him, & begin action if he started to show any symptoms. He was making new friends the entire time. So many nurses came to meet and chat with him. We ended up being there for about 4 hours, & impressively they were able to keep him awake the entire time; we left a little after 2 am. He was even sad when it was time to leave, because he wasn't able to say goodbye to all his friends. I will never be able to fully express just how grateful I am. They did a wonderful job caring for my son, and an amazing job keeping a terrified mommy calm.

Doctors are doing a great job. But the staff that are the support are just not proffesional at all. Starting with the front desk. And the security is awful. Maybe they need more trainning. And if they think something is wrong they need to call CVPD. Let the pros handle it. You are security not public safety. I tried contacting hosital operarions manager. To make a formal omplaint about this security ompany. I got no response. For this reason i cannot give 5 stars to the hospital over all. Doctors do get 5 stars.

This RN w 38 yrs experience had a very terrible experience at SMCV after ER admit with ruptured diverticuli & colostomy done; then had days of post-op UNCONTROLLED UNRELIEVED pain !! Asked for pain mgmt /palliative care team consult repeatedly post-surgically 2nd to this UNCONTROLLED UNRELIEVED pain > MDs REFUSED after having SEVERE PAIN even after requesting via patient advocate !! I do salute the ER MD for diagnosing via ABD CT w contrast & availability of surgeon for his late night Sunday surgery but ER staff very disrespectful & made no effort initially to control my pain either as they were busy arguing about staffing; just like many nurses on the 2nd & 4th floor who were non-sympathetic including charge nurses !! Having a JCACHO inspection didn't help they were more focused on meeting standards that giving care to patients. There were other screamers, like me, on the 2nd floor hollering out for pain relief !! Although there were 3 great nurses (out of 20 or so) that saved me that does not relieve the nurses & MDs that I feel betrayed me and my excruciating pain. I would never allow this type of pain for any patient I have ever had in my 38 years of devotion as a RN & patient advocate myself. Update 10/15 - after reaching out to patient advocate and speaking directly with her she stated she would call me back - NEVER DID as these responses here appear to be just internet LIP SERVICE and nothing is actually done !!

Alejandra Medina

Really bad experience. My husbands appendix almost burst and they sent him back with nausea pills only. If we wouldn't have attended another hospital he wouldn’t be her with me. Note- there’s like 10 nurses always gossiping and laughing will patients are in pain.

Kassandra Roe

The worst hospital I have ever been to. I've been here for over 6 hrs and I still do not know what is wrong with me. I'm in a lot of pain. They have yet to give me any meds. I could probably die in the waiting area and they wouldn't notice.

Megan

This review is specifically for the Emergency Department. In a word, deplorable, the care my husband received at this ER was deplorable. My husband is chronically ill and ends up in the ER a few times a year and I've never dealt with anything like this, in fact, there were so many unacceptable things going on that I have to make a list. 1) This place is filthy, from the waiting room floor where someone had dropped an open bottle of soda (that remained there for the full 7 hours we were there) to the dingy floor in the treatment areas. JUST. FILTHY. 2) The triage area is just in a corner of the waiting room, not even a partition to offer any privacy or dignity to the patients. 3) The intake staff was very unprofessional and uninterested in helping anyone, at least one of the ladies spent long periods of time twirling her hair, flirting with someone from patient transport. 4) The original nurse caring for my husband was the least caring person I've ever dealt with. We had to BEG for every bit of care that my husband received and not ONE person even asked if he was feeling better after receiving some meds. 5) I witnessed said nurse dealing with an elderly patient (in the bed next to us) she was so rough and inattentive that she didn't notice his urinary catheter tubing was wrapped up and subsequently his catheter was partially yanked out, which was not remedied until she was off shift and another nurse took over. I will say that we appreciated the Doctor even though he was obviously stretched thin and our second nurse obviously had some compassion but again stretched very thin. The moral of the story: If you expect to receive any sort of compassionate care in an emergency go somewhere else.

Diana Elsy

Service is good, emergency room so dirty, the floor is horrible, the chairs are so dirty. Why if this is a hospital they don't have more higiene.

Angel Flores

Customer service is horrible and do not show any care to their patients

What a freaking joke. My doctor's office sent me here for a blood test. The first time I came, I was told that the lab closed at noon (it was 12:30). So I came back two days later, and was told that I wasn't in the system. I had tried to go to the registration desk like I was instructed to do and they had sent me straight to the lab. They then told me to go to my doctor's office and have them put me in the system. So I called my doctor and had them do that. I was given a medical record number. I went back to the lab and my address and insurance wasn't in the system. I called my doctor again and they said to go to the registration department and register with them. The lab lady didn't know where that was, so she asked the front desk/registration desk. They said that they don't have one. They only do inpatient registrations, not outpatient. WTF? So they sent me all the way to Scripps Eastlake, which was a 20 minute drive. Now I'm sitting in the lab waiting room awaiting for them to give me the run around too. I do NOT recommend this place at all! Get your act together! **03/27/19** edited to say that they commented on this post asking for more information. I sent it to them and haven't had a response. I think that they just comment to appear as though they care, but it's obvious that they do not.

My mother had 3 mini strokes 2 weeks ago. Today I was talking to her and she started to have slurred speech and became incoherent. This has never been one of her symptoms, even after the 3 mini strokes 2 weeks ago. A few minutes later she seemed to be ok. However, I was advised by the hospital to bring her into the ER if she started to show these type of symptoms. To be on the safe side I decided to bring her into the ER. My Mother said she felt fine and didn't want to go but I convinced her to go anyway. When we arrived I spoke to the people at the check-in counter and explained what happened. My Mom told them that she felt fine and didn't think anything was wrong. I told the man that she just had 3 mini strokes 2 weeks ago and I didn't think that she was of sound mind and I'd still like to have her checked out. He very abruptly told me that I can't force her to be treated if she didn't want to. Then a woman came up and asked my mom what the year was and who the president was. When my mom answered correctly the woman said that she seemed fine to her and reiterated that I couldn't force her. I asked them to please explain to my mom that the symptoms she had could be pointing to a serious problem, but they didn't. Then they just said that we should just go discuss the issue on our own. I am very upset that they couldn't even advise her how serious the issue could be. Especially after expressing my concern that she wasn't thinking clearly. I felt as though they just wanted to get us out the door asap and move on to the next person. I know it's not their responsibility to convince people that they need medical treatment. But they wouldn't even humor me or offer to check her check her vitals at the very least. Where's the compassion and desire to actually help people who could be in serious danger? I am so disappointed! I will never come back to this hospital again!

Holy mother of God. How can such a place even exist in America? 5 hour wait and an IV for a stomach ache? I'm no doctor but I'm not sure anyone else here is either. Save yourself the time and dig yourself a grave because you're not getting any treatment here.

my mom has been in and out of hospital since she has late stage cancer. overall she had a wonderful, wonderful experience..shr met many nurses that she loved and they loved her back. I feel good knowing she is in such great hands even during the time I was not there. however today was so different. the board say goal is "no pain". yes she isn't able to have a bowel movement and pain meds make it harder to go. however today she would be screaming in pain and every time I call the nurse, Carol, to provide medication, she would look at my mom and my mom would say "no no its ok". she continued het suffering all day and it sgrijed me off that she refuse to take pain meds every time I call the nurse. I asked at end of day why she dont take pain meds...she said she eill take it whrn the next nurse comes. I asked why? she said the current nurse, Carol might get mad. what?, why? I find out my mom felt threatened by this nurse and every time we would leave she would be a treat to my mom about taking pain meds or about why she would have her grandkids there. my mom all day was in distressed and I finally found out why. I kept calling yo get her meds and finally when nurse came she kept asking my mom other questions other the. giving her pain meds and I told her that she just needs to pain meds and tbat she suffered enough. she got mad and said "why don't you all just leave her alone and let her rest????" while stomping off the room. I reported her and asked that she no longer come near my mom. she still comes in. I told her she no longer is allowed to care for my mom. people like that who bully patients and enjoy their sufferings aren't supposed to work at a hospital. she had no heart and I'm very worried about her caring for other patients. my mom was in distress with her pain and also with her emotions and this devastated me.

YOU DON'T HAVE A "0" STAR OPTION?! Because that's what I would rate this "hospital." I thought a hospital was supposed to help people in their time of need. The staff here has no care for the patients. They don't give the patients the right medications. Like in one of the other comments THE FLOOR IS ALWAYS FILTHY & NEVER GETS CLEANED UP. When people are sick, they come to a hospital to get better. HOW DOES A HOSPITAL LIKE THIS STAY IN OPERATION. THIS HOSPITAL SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is the worst ER I’ve ever been to. I don’t even know how they’re still open! The place is gross & dirty. Their service is even worse. My grandpa has insurance with scripps so we came here. He told them his kidneys/ lower back had kept him in bed for a week, resulting in leg pain now. The only thing they heard was leg pain. So they did an X-ray after 4 hours of waiting and that was it. They didn’t check his back or kidneys, blood work, nothing. They gave him Tylenol & called it a day. The ER doctor was extremely rude. The only person that was pleasant was the X-ray technician who actually took the time to listen, made sure she was gentle with him & explained what she was doing thoroughly. My grandma has insurance with Sharp & I can’t wait until we can switch my grandpa over to them where doctors actually care for their patients & LISTEN to them.

Professional, friendly and helpful staff. I felt comfortable knowing my fiancee was in good hands while she was a patient there. ☺

We brought my (87 year old) mom to the ER with a strong pain in her stomach, she was admitted no wait, she was immediately diagnosed with gallblader stones, she went under surgery 2 days later but in the mean time she was treated for pain and ALL the staff members from houskeeping to the Doctors were exceptional, more people should leave a review this helps them improve if you had a bad experience. I will recomend them all day long.

My mother went through the ER last week... from the time she entered the ER she received the most attentive care. Especially from her ER nurse Named Manny, which keep me informed of what was going on with her. To the 4th floor nursing staff & doctors. All together Scripps Chula Vista has one of the best medical team I come to know. For that i say thank you

I’ve been to Scripps hospitals all over San Diego and have never had a bad experience.... until now. I will not be coming back and I was not even the one being seen! The waiting room was disgusting and unsanitary. There was trash all over the floor and weird black gunk on the wall next to the chair I was sitting in. There were flies and nats flying around everywhere and I killed THREE spiders while sitting in the waiting room. There was pee all over the bathroom floor. My friend who was being seen had to wait four hours in the waiting room when it was virtually empty.... I’ve never had to wait this long myself to be seen... even when the waiting room was packed. The nurses were so rude and unprofessional. My friend asked her doctor if she could have me come back to the room with her because she felt uncomfortable and the doctor told her that if she had to come get me out of the waiting room, my friend would have to wait two more hours to be seen. I overheard a guy coming in who was saying his back was hurting very badly, and the receptionist replied “well sounds to me like you just need to have better posture.” What a joke.

Really wish there was a ‘zero stars’ option! My husband and I have been in the ER for 6 1/2 hours and counting! He didn’t get a bed until hour 5 and was told he would need an ultrasound an hour and a half ago now. When the heck is he going to get his freakin ultrasound done so we can get the heck out of here?!!!! Seriously never coming back here again. Can’t wait to see the bill we get. Let there be one extra charge on there that we didn’t get helped with and I’m calling the insurance company. This hospital is freakin garbage!!!

I delivered both of my son's at this hospital. My OBGYN was Dr. Sefa. All the nurses were extremely nice and took good care of us.

Nun Ofyoubiznes

They saved my life. Absolutely great specialist. The CCU nurse named Alison was by far the best nurse I have ever had, and was not just a life saver but also a wonderful person. Much thanks to her and the specialists who saved my life, but especially to Alison who showed so much concern and was right there by my side when I needed her.

This isn't my hospital, but the doctors here treated me very well during my stay. They did everything possible to determine what was causing my ischemic heart beat. I made a mistake and ended up receiving blood transfusion. They never judged me and the nurses all treated me like a princess. Thank God for this hospital. I'm grateful for the team who attended me. Maggie, nono, araceli and Dr Lazarus amongst other nurses and doctors whose names I cannot remember now. But I'm thankful. God bless them all.

Was in ER last Saturday (11/5) , all nurses and Dr's were very kind, efficient and helpful. Would recommend these professionals any time. Loved Chris the ER nurse, he was wonderful! I would not hesitate to go there again, hopefully I won't need to.
