I highly recommend Dr Natalie Driessen. Having had bad experiences with medical professionals from childhood into adulthood making the decision to have surgery was a big step for me. From the moment I met Dr Driessen I knew I had made the very best decision. She was kind, caring, compassionate and understanding. She ticked all the boxes of what I'd wanted in a surgeon, and more. Pre-op visits were thorough and informative. I found her to be refreshingly 'conservative' (this is a compliment) in her views of surgery, she was very honest with me about what I needed and also what I didn't need. She respected me as a woman and mother and this truly meant so much. I wasn't just another patient to her, I knew that my health and well-being, thoughts and feelings mattered. I am not a great in-hospital patient as I am petrified of needles but her team treated me with so much dignity and respect that I was blown away by their love and kindness. The procedure was flawless and I couldn't have been treated better. Post-op she called me personally to check up on me a couple of times and was genuinely concerned for my well-being both physically and emotionally. She took time to answer my post-surgery questions and give guidance. All-in-all I couldn't have asked for a better doctor. Dr Driessen is one in a million and I highly recommend her.
