I’ve been to a lot of offices in the desert and I must say this is by far the best office in the desert. The fact that I can take my family or myself into the urgent care and I always have access to the same physicians. It’s like I have 4 physicians at all times. Mike is my primary physician and he is the man! But don’t get me wrong everyone that works here is amazing!

Answering service was not helpful. Answering service told me urgent care closed at 6...u rushed to bring my Mom and found out they close at 8.

The doctors here are wonderful and attentive. The staff is friendly and always do their best to get me in as soon as possible. I finally feel like I have a doctor that cares and is on my team for health!

Never got in to see Kerrigan or the new guy Michael Will. Saw the P.A. who abruptly, when he feels like it, takes me off my medication. They never call when he chooses to do this. They never call when he chooses not to do this. They just do not communicate well. When I ask to see, speak with the doctor, I get a "sorry, no" back. I'm over this place

Have been a client with our family for years & always excellent although this was first time in since Dr Kerrigan retired & under new management. Felt the Receptionist was rude & insensitive in a hurried, dismissive manner even though no one else was in line. Would highly recommend one to seek a different doctors office where they are professional, yet friendly and value continued long term patient relationships.

I had a terrible experience calling this office today. Nan answered the phone and was extremely argumentative for no apparent reason. I was very calm and expressed my concern to her. In my opinion she should not be answering phone calls for this practice. Compassion and caring went out the window in this case. I am a long standing patient and do not appreciate this kind of treatment. I would rate this post a no star but one must click on a star to post.

I moved to Palm Springs a year ago and in that time I’ve been looking for a Primary care doctor. Sad to say I still haven’t found one. I thought I found a good provider with Kerrigan and Will medical But unfortunately this is not a place of compassion or healing. Starting with the nasty font desk staff Bryan. Bryan should not be working in the medical field (or any other field that requires compassion and sympathy) he’s like a little sassy chihuahua. Relentless, combative and aggressively rude. He looks too young to be so miserable. Maybe he was just having a really, really, really bad day ? My original appointment was for 1130 am. I got a reminder phone call the day before and the man said you have an appointment for tomorrow at 1130 am. I show up at 1124 and Bryan said my appointment was for 1115 and he doesn’t think that I can be seen today. I said I wrote down 1130 and I even got a phone call yesterday confirming the time and date for 1130 am . He said so your telling me that both the scheduling department and the reminder guy got the time wrong and I said 1130 am is what I was told and I asked if they record their phone calls and he said no. So I said jokingly well that’s one for the suggestion box and that’s when he really started in on embarrassing me by talking loud and making sarcastic, rude remarks. I told him I don’t know why he is talking to me this way. Aren’t I the Patient? Doesn’t he work here, and that he was making me feel very uncomfortable. So Bryan said he would stop but as I was seated in the waiting area he kept talking about the situation to his coworker so I finally got up and said I still don’t know why your taking about this and I can hear you. I asked to talk to his supervisor and Bryan got up, left for a bit and came back and said she’s busy but I promise I will give her the message and smiled. I haven’t got a phone call from her so I called her and she has no direct line so I left a message with the same front staff that was nasty. Let us see if she calls me back . The nurse practitioner (Joelle Martinez PAC) wasn’t any better the first time I saw her. She was rude but tried very hard to be professional. The feeling I got from her was that I was bothering her with my issues and this last time I saw her I was trying to explain what happened with the front desk and how upset and disrespected I was treated. She said that was not her department and literally walked out the door!! No I’m sorry that happened or that’s not typical of the front desk staff . I was shocked. I’m sure I’m not their first victim. The two times I’ve been there I’ve seen several older patients and I hope for their sake they are being treated with dignity and respect. I sure wasn’t. Let’s see if Brielle the supervisor calls me back….

Injured my knees / thighs during weightlifting workout. Finally went to go see the doctor and met with Paul. He determined that it was strained thigh muscles. He gave me some exercises to rehab my thighs and told me not to rush back lifting heavyweights. Follow his advice, and now I am 90% back. Thank you very much. By the way my family and I have been patients here for a few years now and we have never experienced anything negative about this office. In fact I would highly recommend them.

Dr. Borbor is great. He's very thorough and doesn't rush. I switched over to him b/c I felt my other doc was not listening to my concerns. The office staff are always friendly and helpful, and I've been coming to the PD office for over 5 years now... never had any issues. The only thing that is slightly annoying is that they don't do certain vaccines at this office, they send you to another office to get them.

This office is always so efficient. The staff is friendly and helpful. The wait time is nonexistent which i greatly appreciate. I changed PCP's a few months ago, and I am so happy that I did. Dr. Will takes his time and listens to my concerns. He is very knowledgeable.

Once again and for the last time, the receptionist/ front desk staff provided wrong information regarding appointments and insurance needs. Poor attitudes toward helping understand why it is necessary to see the family doctor when a routine eye exam with a specialist (Optometrist) is required. The Primary Care Manager does NOT need to see the patient. Rather than contacting Tricare to clarify or confirm, the inexperienced staff member booked and insisted a physical appointment had to be made for the referrals. WRONG answer and lack of quality service.
