Not reasonable very much not proactive not professional and not reliable enough for anything I was in the hospital and he wouldn’t even come see me even tho he was my Dr and my oncologist called him he said I’m not going to see her there until she is out . But I needed surgery another dr came that cardiologist worked with the hospital and my oncologist and was very professional and proactive and very patient and reliable and very kind and understanding. I wouldn’t trust dr bakta for anything and the fact his office staff don’t return calls or answer them at all he also he can’t see patients for emergency and he refuses to work with anyone on a patient care staff not ok very negligence and malpractice at its best

My husband and I visited Dr. Bhakta’s office this morning and had the worst experience. The staff were very rude and unprofessional. They always gave the wrong appointments, it happened 3 times this past 2 months. every time we tried calling, no one answers the phone. They made us wait 2 hours this morning and when we complained, the doctor so called Bhakta turned us away. Knowing my husband was having chest pain. I would not recommend them to anyone. And if you go there and get the same treatment please report them. As I will to the local hospital so they don’t refer anyone to this doctors office.

Love the staff everyone there is super friendly. Dr Bhakta was every knowledgeable, he made me feel comfortable talking never made me feel rushed, he's super nice and knows what he's talking about. I would recommend people to come here you will not be disappointed!

A lot of hype but little substance! Very rude, hateful office staff that refuses to do much of anything: I called when I went into A Fib and was told," The heart slows down, the heart speeds up." She refused to "bother" the doctor with anything until I told her, "I'm an RN!" Eliquis not called in for 4 days...."getting around to it." Ditto with snotty, unprofessional cath lab crew: Loudly made fun of me and my weight right in front of me! There is virtually zero follow up after an ablation: Refused to refill the very heart med HE ordered..."refer to primary MD" Much more care, compassion, follow up and actual care at Loma Linda!!!!

Dr. Bhakta performed a successful AFIB ablation and I, as an informed patient, feel that he is very competent. However his office is far less so, questions to Dr. Bakhta are apparently not forwarded or lost, so that I as a patient, am left twisting in the wind.

I could not be more thankful for Dr. Bhakta. I had seen other cardiologist that would not help me with my SVT. After seeing him in his office the first time he immediately said it's time to fix this. I just had my Ablation on Wednesday and it went very well. He was wonderful and kind and the staff at the hospital was amazing. Thank you so much.

The Doctor, also known by my husbands friends as God because he saved their lives too; sat down and gracefully explained everything to us. Excellent doctor! I am very greatful to have found him. He was the first doctor to actually diagnosis my heart problem instead of just telling me it was anxiety. He has excellent bedside manner and was always very kind and patient with all my questions. I also have full confidence in his abilities and felt at ease with him performing my ablation.

Dr. Bahkta has a great reputation and is an outstanding doctor. If I were only rating him, I would give this review 5 stars. However a good doctor does no good if it takes an act of God to get ahold of him. Here, I blame the office staff, which is the most horrible staff with the worst, impatient and people unfriendly manager of any medical facility I ever visited anywhere. Sad to say, it begins at the top. The front office staff could care less....and I mean it...about ANY of their patients. If you come in ill...because no one bothers to call you back, rather than show any compassion and just try and work you in, they demand you leave....sick....and come back when they call you. In my case they could not even get a simple medication question answered which would have made a difference. They would rather just tell you to go to the Emergency Room or come back when they call you than answer a simple question. I am a Vet and my treatment at the V.A. was a million times better. I like and respect Dr. Bahkta and for my heart issues he comes highly recommended. Unfortunately his office staff does not mirror his reputation at all. They talk down to you rather than "to you"....are generally very abrupt and rude. Dr. Bahkta, I have been in successful business as a detective for over 40 years and own now have owned my own agency for about 30 years. I am well known worldwide in my field. If you are reading this, PLEASE make some changes with your front office abd reception area. And good luck EVER getting a call answered. Wait for them to "call you back" when they get around to it. Their attitude is exactly summed up by the old addage, "Don't call us. We'll call you."

Dr. Bhakta is a wonderful cardiologist, I saw him for the first recently and was so impressed!! I come from out of town and it was the right choice, he takes his time, is very passionate and answered all my questions. The staff is very nice, organized, and helpful the office had a lot of people in it that day but that didn't stop me from being seen. it was such a relief to be seen there and I left understanding everything. Would highly reccomend this office.

Horrible doctor who insists his patients go on a nasty medication called Amiodarone for one year post ablation. I found him to be condescending and when I questioned him he tried to intimidate me. I sense he is a misogynist and with a tremendous ego. He may have the newest technology but I would rather place my heart in skilled hands and with a doctor who is genuinely interested in my concerns and welcomes my questions...
