Dr. Doriana and her staff are kind, wonderful, professional, experienced, non-judgmental, knowledgable, and so helpful with wanting to make you look and feel your best. I would highly recommend her over any of my past dermatologist I have been to. She truly listens to what my goals are and what my insecurities were. Her calm voice while doing injections creates such a comfortable atmosphere so you can just relax and have little to no pain. The result s are amazing and I will be flying back here just for her expertise and of course wonderful staff!!!

Dr Doriana is an artist. With fillers, Botox etc, and all the lasers. I have been seeing her for almost 3 years. Many of my friends see her also. None of us would go anywhere else

Love this an Incredible Doctor! Dr. Doriana Cosgrove takes her time artistically improving your face year to year. I feel i have found more fountain of youth with all the youthful tweaks she has provided me through the years. My sister even flys accross the country to make sure that only Dr. Doriana Cosgrove maintains her appearance. I always get comments on how i look so young. So glad i found a brilliant doctor. Thank you for all that you do for me.

First time I went she charged me $600. It was my first time I ever had it done, so I figured everyone charges that much. After going to two different places in the valley I was charged $310 at Dr.Werrner in La Quinta & the other place was with nurse Shirley off Bob hope which was the same or less can't remember, so pretty much I got robbed. Med Spa has a Dr who injects and not a nurse.

Where do I begin....I met with "Dr Doriana" Cosgrove today....but I didn't get anything about her being a "Dr" at all ...I went in to get a seborrheic keratoses removed, and she told me it was a clogged pore....This woman should have her license taken away....I have a tiny seborrheic keratosis I wanted her to remove....I dont think she knew what a seborrheic keratosis was ??? My DR in Beverly Hills told me what it was yrs ago, and just zaps them off ...."Dr Doriana" just wants to sell you facials for 175.00 and get you to do chemical peels, and scrape my face with a razor (dermaplaning)....My skin is beyond perfection...its Beautiful....and this woman wanted to sell me facials and peels....BEWARE !!! She is not a Dr....nor does she act, or seem like one...I wanted to RUN out of there....She might have all these generic women fooled from Oregon....But she aint fooling me...Im from LA....I dont have time for this nonsense....if you call yourself a DR, then fkn act like one !!! It also really bothers me when "Dermatologist" have weird fillers in their faces...and one cheek is bigger than the other one....but wanna tell you what you need to do...NO Thanks Sweetie ...Ill just stay Beautiful !

I’ve been seeing Dr. Cosgrove for 11 years. I have never been disappointed with a single treatment. I once made the mistake of going to someone else when I wasn’t able to get into see Dr. Cosgrove because she was out of the country for a medical humanitarian mission. I learned that she volunteers for a mission around the same time every year, so I plan my treatments accordingly. If you want to maintain looking great without looking “done” or like you’ve had something done… I highly recommend Dr. Cosgrove!

Don't waste your money! She over charges for services that are pure gimmicks. She can stare at you right in the face and try to convince you that the work she did made a huge change on you. And when you look in the mirror you don't see any changes at all. And, her favorite trick is to do this out in the reception area with her iPad. Hoping other potential victims are watching. So obvious. And embarrassing. I've never seen any doctor do anything like that before. I have no idea why she would receive more than one star from the other reviewers. They must work in her office. Make sure you read the reviews with one star. Those people are right on.

I went to see the doctor, who is an anesthesiologist, not a plastic surgeon, for Botox and fillers. For the next half hour, she proceeded to tell me everything that was wrong with my face and then I was given a projected cost to FIX me to the tune of 8000.00. Keep in mind, I only requested fillers and Botox. If I decided to have any surgery, I would see a plastic surgeon. I will never return to this office and a word of advice, don’t try to demean the patient and only provide what is asked.

I went to see the doctor for my 70 th birthday. She charged me $5,000.00 for fillers for my face. She injected something in my upper neck and my lip partially froze and I looked like I had a stroke. I asked her to do something and she said she would freeze the other side. I looked like a freak. When I made another appointment she did not see me. What a SCAM! Find someone else.
