Staff greeted me and was professional... All three staffers were well-kept and friendly. Short wait before I saw the doctor. Dr. Kato was awesome! She was very calming...she listened well... I would like to see her again (because she quite pretty), however, I don't have to because it turns out I was just fine. I went to her because of the reviews that I had read on the Internet. She had the best ratings of the doctors that I have briefly researched. I wanted to write her a good review because I wanted to recognize this good doctor and her staff. I highly recommend Dr. Kato :)

Absolutely the worst human I have met. Went to see her twice first time screamed at me I don't wanna work on ears anymore, open your eyes I'm changing to cosmetics. I left hurting and blood coming from my nose. I again went to see her as maybe she had a bad day and I felt no choice my head and ears we're on fire I was nearly crying again she screamed at me I don't wanna work on ears. She's the worst uncaring foreigner that I have met in many years. I would never let anyone I know see her she's a real numbhead.

I originally went to see Dr. Kato for a medical issue. While at the office I realized that she also performed cosmetic procedures. I have seen Dr. Kato for three years now, for both medical and cosmetic treatment. She has been great on both counts! I've referred several friends to her and they are all equally happy with her. She is very friendly, yet professional. Same for the staff. I highly recommend Dr. Kato!
