Very bad experience. Waited over an hour in patient room. No clothes on and cold. Finally put clothes back on and went to reception to find why we're still waiting. Doctor came in room immediately after and we felt very rushed. Not sure exam was that good. Doubt I'll go back.

Dr. Sickinger is the best!!! I've had a skin issue I was trying to get under control for over a year on my own. I finally said I couldn't wait anymore and was referred to Dr. Sickinger and I was able to book an appointment for the following day. Wait time was minimal both in the wait room and once in the office. She was very knowledgeable and knew exactly how to treat me just by looking at me, she was able to prescribe some oils and shampoo for my issue. My skin issue went away immediately and I couldn't be happier. I strongly recommend Dr. Sickinger to all my family and friends. Thank you so much Dr. Sickinger!

This was the absolute best experience I’ve had with a dermatologist. I was able to get a same day appointment since I was misdiagnosed with Shingles from an out of town Urgent Care facility. Dr. Maryram greeted me with the biggest and warmest smile which made me feel completely at ease. She gave me a thorough skin exam and I was relieved to know it wasn’t Shingles, it was eczema. Don’t trust Doctors at Urgent Cares who don’t specialize in Skin Care! I feel so fortunate to have found a FEMALE Dermatologist who is close by. I highly recommend her to ALL. Thank you Dr. Maryram.

My husband had a very bad rash on his back and stomach/chest area which he has had for a month and trying different things on it. Got an appointment with Dr. Sickinger and she came in and said that she knew right away what it was and how to treat it. Two prescriptions were called in to the drugstore. When he went to pick them up - only 1 was there. They said only 1 was called in. We called the clinic and asked them about it. No response. Had to call again a day later to get the 2nd one called in. Wasted 3 days total for the medication and was miserable the whole time. Itched so bad. She had requested us to return the following week before we headed back to MN for a recheck. She said it looked great and I asked her what we would do if it comes back. Her reply was "it won't come back." I said what if it does? Again, "it won't come back." Well 2 days later on our driving trip home, it was really bad again. We have called 2 days in a row to find out what else he can do for it. No response. Can't get in to see a local dermatologist for 3 weeks. He is miserable. What kind of customer service is this office that they can't even call back and advise us as to what we can do. Apparently, it's not what she thought. I liked her as a person, but she was way too rushed when she was in the room with us. Very disappointed with this office.

NOT ONLY WASI KEPT WAITING 45MINUTES ONCE I WAS IN THE ROOM, THEY USED A LAB THAT WAS NOT A PROVIDER FOR BLUE SHIELD WITHOUT TELLING ME AND I ENDED UP WITH A BILL FOR $500.

Their office staff is rude and unconsiderate. They have no regards for people's time. Made me filled all the forms and made me wait an hour before I said something. The guy at the front still had the nerve to tell me they would not charge me for not taking me. I really felt discriminated for being hispanic. Never do business with this place.

like her as a dermatologist ,I spent $1500 on fillers and my girlfriends said they could not tell the difference, thats ALOT of $$$ FOR NO RESULTS disappointed for sure
