Went to my usual first care location and they let me sit for awhile until the lady finally leaned out the window n told me Parker Rd isn't urgent care until AFTER 5PM! Googled the next location and that pulled up Matthew's. Called them to check and NOPE First Care is not Urgent Care at that location either. Went to Stadium and the waiting room is FULL!! What will be "first or urgent" about that. Whatever you do - DO NOT GET SICK ON A FRIDAY AFTERNOON AND EXPECT SERVICES IN A TIMELY MANNER!

Doctor didn't help. Nurses were rude. The place seemed completely unorganized and unprofessional.

Rudest reception staff. It's not had to be a decent person to sick people. Smile a little. Don't use a harsh voice. If you can't do that you need a different job. I like my doctor well enough but the girls at the window are enough to make me want to go elsewhere. The nurse i usually see is great
