It's an ok place. The only real complaint I have is the receptionist are not friendly at all. I would even dare to say rude.

Dr. Shotts is amazing so is Dr. Monroe. They do tend to fall behind but who don’t. I have been seeing them both for 14 years wouldn’t trade them. They listen and treat me like a human.

They are terrible. I have hypothyroidism and can never seem to get my refills on time because the nurses never answer the phones or return calls. My boyfriend broke his arm and went there. They were supposed to be making an appointment for him at an Orthopedic doctor in Jonesboro to reset his arm. He sat at home with a broke arm for two days. He finally called the doctor in Jonesboro to see when they could get him in and turns out the Doctors Clinic hadn't even sent them the paper work or X-rays they needed. Their computer system is super slow and hard to work. The nurse taking the information literally had to pull up Google and search how to use their computer system and the name of a lower arm (wrist) so she could get an x-ray for my boyfriend. She them couldn't remember her passwords and had to go "find" them and left us sitting there forever with my boyfriends arm broke. It's a terrible place. We will not be using it again.

I like the doc here. He knows his stuff. But you had better have patience, you might have to wait up to an hour to see doc. But worth it. The waiting, when you feel bad sucks.

Great bunch of providers to work with and to entrust with my family's care. My kids love coming here and actually look forward to coming to the doctor- even when they're sick- because like seeing the providers!

I just had the worst experience I have ever had in an urgent care situation. Not only were half their services closed l, which was not communicated to me over the phone, when I called ahead to check, but the Nurse Practitioner I saw was obviously in a hurry to leave and not interested in seeing me. I literally asked her if I should leave. Then she awkwardly laughed and told me “If I had gotten there at 7:45 I could have got a chest x-ray haha”. She literally said to me “ I don’t know why you’re here now there isn’t much we can do for you.” She was basically interrogating me about my symptoms. This was horrible. I amended this review due to the prompt response I received from Chad at Paragould Doctors Clinic. For clarification, St. Bernard’s Urgent Care, though uses the building is not under the same management. Even though this is the case, Paragould Doctors Clinic took my experience very seriously and went above and beyond to help me resolve the issue. I am still waiting for a call from St. Bernard’s Urgent Care to resolve the issue completely.
