Daughter had a fractured wrist was told it would take a day for xrays they called me back two days later. Then no info was sent to the orthopedic like they said they would. Absolutely no since of urgency. Not going back here again.

The staff is horrible and the billing department is submitting wrong codes to insurance which makes us to pay out of my pocket. Annual check up they are claiming as regular check up . ... I would suggest don't go here they are submitting wrong procedure codes

Do not go there unless forced upon you. This is the most hideous outrageous form og heath care available. They don't save lives, they rip them apart. Will NEVER go their again, even with the the ambulance driving. To put it bluntly: they suck. Makes me wonder how many lives they have stolen and not saved. Go to Mercy hospital.. a bit further but soooooo much better!

Mark Kreymborg

Recent outpatient knee surgery. Staff from check-in to in-the=car was very professional and helpful. Very knowledgeable and excellent communication. Pre Op nurses Kevin and Laurie were great, post op nurses Rodney and Janet thorough, and helpful getting a novice prepared for the post op period at home. Thanks to all!

Great Staff, front office personnel work as a team to help you get to the doctor as quickly as possible. This entire team cares about their patients. As with any office and time, you may have to be patient to see a Doctor. However, if you want the top notch service and attention you need to be patient as they are giving uber attention to everyone they see.

Terrible!! By far the worst office I have ever been to...waited an hour and a half in a room for a doctor and finally left without ever seeing one and no one could tell you how much longer it would be. One of the receptionists upfront was extremely rude too, telling me that I was there for a “free” physical. Well, I would rather pay my family physician any day!!

I was referred here by the NW medical plaza in Bella Vista and was told this was a "walk in clinic", when I arrived the front desk girl told me that they had no walk in doctors for urgent care currently but I can make an appointment. There was not one patient in the waiting room.

I cannot say enough good things about Northwest's Medical Plaza Urgent Care unit at Pinnacle. The receptionist was very compassionate and understanding of our needs. Our wait was less than 10 minutes and we were seen by NP Rachel Hudman and our followup was with NP Erin Kwyzla. Both doctors were very thorough with their treatment and care. The care we were given made the decision to move our care from Mercy to Northwest Medical an easy decision. I would highly recommend the Urgent Care at Northwest Medical Plaza to anyone needing medical attention and specifically recommend NP Kwyzla and Hudman.

Nothing urgent about this place. Absolutely no one in the waiting room on a Sunday afternoon and everyone is taking their time as if we want to spend 2 hours hanging out here. Friendly people, but after answering questions on a paper, the nurse asked the same questions, and then the doctor did a well. Redundant, unnecessary, waste of time. This place could improve their efficiency.

Dr. Price is very attentive to his patients, knowledgeable, and personable. Great primary care doctor with little wait time!

Lori smith

This clinic is so amazing!! I was felling horrible and they took good care of me. They worked me in so I didn't have to go to the ER and checked on me the next day.

Joe White

No, thank you.

Usually able to get in and out for my yearly in timely manner. They are very upfront about not prescribing narcotics at this location which keeps those seeking them away. A bit pricier than my old primary care physician which is the reason for the 4 stars.

Jamie Adams

Highly recommend Dr. Samuel's! Very professional from check-in to check-out. No waiting. Dr. Samuel's takes the time to listen to her patients & she truly cares.

Vonnice Boone

The staff here is always nice and they always get me in and out! When you have kids, getting in and out is key.

Great Physicians and wonderful staff!!! Love Urgent Care

hkyles .

The front desk has a very condescending and rude receptionist. She is not very good at being welcoming or understanding. The doctor and nurse practitioner are good, but the receptionist is the reason we will never go back there.

They make it nearly impossible to make an appointment unless you walk into the building. They also refuse to spell my name correctly.

Kim Le

Terrible, customer service today sucked. Never again am I coming here for anything.

Lori Smith

Dr. Samuel is was able to figure out what was wrong with me when others doctors couldn't. She is the best doctor in NWA and the staff is great!!!

Taylor Sutherlan

They treat your poorly . My wife was sick and went in because a lot of her coworkers had strep so she was making sure she didn't. The ladies at the front said she shouldn't be there just to get her deductible. Why in the world would we go to the doctor to reach our deductible. That's a waste of money . We are never going here again

Michelle Sampson

The lady at the front desk is an ignorant, disturbed person that lacks people skills, especially in a patient setting - does not belong in healthcare. Go anywhere but this clinic. If you want to be treated like garbage for needing medical care, this is the place for you.

Just had one of the worst medical office experiences at the new Northwest Medical Center in Pinnacle. Wait time in the room of almost 50 minutes, unprofessional doctor with no sense of urgency. Bad enough for my husband to file a complaint with the manager. A word to the wise: always choose Mercy clinics. Always. Story Short : I will not be paying.

I have twin daughters in which 1 was dealing with a whiplash. Dr. Holcomb prescribed her anti-depressants for her injury for more then a year with nothing else for "PAIN". She finally agreed to send her to a Neurologist in which I told her my feelings about the anti-depressants being the wrong treatment and this Neurologist agreed. My daughter had a follow up appointment with Dr. " NO HOPE" Holcomb when she shared the Neurologist notes and didn't agree with the way she was treating her condition. This pissed Dr. " No Hope" Holcomb off so much that a few days later she sent us a certified letter relieving herself as their ( both Daughters) physician. She goes to church every Sunday pretending to be a good person!! This clinic SUCKS!

Marie Rose

I was unable to see my doctor came to the Urgent Care at Pinnacle , very nice and clean, great staff, especially Hopper. She was very pleasant and informative . Treatment was exceptional. I will return.

Peggy Ford

Unprofessional staff. I witnessed a HIPPA violation. So disappointed with my experience.

Absolutely terrible customer service!!!! I went in because I was recently diagnosed with pneumonia. So I've been to this location twice in the past month because I keep getting sick. I have fluid backed up behind my ears and a sore throat. I get to the front desk and the woman sees that I have a balance and demands that I pay 20% up front which is about $200. I told her I don't have that right now. Instead of asking me to set up a payment plan she tries to threaten that I will not be seen unless I pay it. I told her I literally do not have it so if I have to leave I will. I was being nice about it and was not trying to force them to see me. She continues to fight with me telling me I need to pay it. Then says that someone should have charged me the two times I went there. She said I should have been charged. a deductible each time. Which yes if I had a normal deductible that is true but I have a high deductible of $2500. So it has to run through insurance first then I am billed. I told her each time that I was not asked to pay anything up front. She pretty much called me a liar and told me that is not true. I told her that I promise I was not charged and she continued to tell me that I was lying. I asked her for my ID and insurance card back so I could leave. She then says that they can see me after she told me they couldn't just so I can pay them. I told her no thank you and left. First off I'd like to say that someone shouldn't just assume that people have $200 laying in their account ready to pay. My husband just recently got a job but was laid off for 3 months. We spent all of our savings and I got pneumonia during the month and was out of work for a week and a half with no PTO. My job also was not willing to do a PTO donation for me. My daughter ended up in the ER with a fever of 104. My other daughter ended up with strep and I am left with about 5 medical bills to pay off. Please keep in mind that this all happen in the month of August. So these bills are brand new and are not even due until next month. So I can understand if I have unpaid bills that are in collections but they are not even due. I would definitely recommend going somewhere where they actually care about their patients and are not just after their money.

The front desk person "Hopper" was so rude. The Nurse Practitioner was awesome though. I wish I'd got her name.

I've never written a review before but as a licensed therapist I find it necessary to caution people against seeing Dr. Pearl Samuel if they are struggling with mental health, especially anxiety and depression. From the moment Dr. Samuel walked in the door, she had a blatantly rude attitude. Dr. Samuel even stated "That's not fair to me" when she found out that my friend wasn't looking for a new PCP, but was only needing help while her PCP was out of town -- My friend had had panic attacks lasting 4-5 hours the past 4 days and needed relief asap so she could continue going to work. Without letting my friend explain what she was feeling, Dr. Samuel accused her of being suicidal with plans to act on it which was far from the case -- My friend was needing to adjust her medication to prevent herself from getting to that point. Despite myself and my friend trying to explain what was really going on, Dr. Samuel continued to not listen and jump to conclusions. Dr. Samuel completely lacked empathy and was extremely judgemental which is the last thing someone with anxiety and depression needs. My friend was already terrified to go to the doctor due to the fear of being judged but I dragged her there because she desperately needed help. To my dismay, she was right -- Dr. Samuel judged her. Dr. Samuel went as far as to laugh at us when we told her we are mental health professionals, as if we are not allowed to struggle like normal human beings. Within the 5 minutes that Dr. Samuel saw my friend, she decided to admit my friend into the hospital for an inpatient evaluation. Luckily the hospital staff was much more understanding and saw that my friend was far from needing inpatient treatment. Thankfully the hospital provided my friend with panic attack medication and additional anxiety medication so that she could get the help that she so desperately needed. If you are struggling with anxiety or depression, you are not alone and you should most definitely not be made to feel ashamed for seeking help. I'm sure Dr. Samuel is a good person but the way she treated someone with anxiety and depression was appalling.

Quick and very nice. Lady at the front helped me through the process and did more than what her job entails. Great place on my first visit.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced!! Called in regards to a referral request and the lady was very rude not helpful at all!! When I went to my appointment was told to be there at 12:30 to fill out new patient paperwork, I showed up at 12:15 and wasn't seen until 1:20. My appointment was at 1 pm. My appointment lasted 5 minutes. They took my weight, blood pressure, n the only thing the doctor did was listen to my breathing. I have never in my life had a short first time visit. When I made my appointment I asked for a release form. A lady that worked there gave me a form to release my information from their facility (where I never have been seen she was told I had an appt Monday) and told me in order for them to get my records I would need to contact my prior doctor (which is in a different state). Then once I got to my appointment they finally gave me the records release form I requested in the first place. Awful!!! My advise is to go to a place that cares for their patients which is obviously not this practice.

And they tell you the doctors cannot see you even if you have insurance. And they refuse to see you. That’s not right

Staff is fantastic and caring! Dr. Samuel is so knowledge and compassionate she will take the time to get to know you and treat you correct. When I went the wait was only about 5 mins to be brought back to the room and 10 minute to see the Dr. Love this clinic.

Dr Price and his staff are such nice and wonderful people. Hopper is amazing when I walk in the door she is already getting me checked in. The nurses are wonderful and quick at getting refills and referrals taken care of quickly and efficiently. Barbara is always in the ball with billing and insurance. I am so glad I made the switch to this office when I did. My health has improved so much with Dr Price taking me off of all the unnecessary medications other doctors had me on. I would recommend Dr Price or Dr Samuel to anyone looking for a great Dr in NWA.

Wonderful experience with Dr Pearl Samuel, and her staff. I would recommend her to any of my friends and loved ones.
