This Doctor corresponds to the category of Medical clinic.
Joe Robinson is the best pediatric doctor at the mama clinic. He cares like it's his own family. Been my son doctor since he was born. Nothing bad to say about this facility.
It would be nice to be able to create a patient portal through the official webpage. It seems like the only way to create one is by calling the office Monday-Friday. The medical staff in this facility have been awesome and I have found the entire medical and front office staff very hospitable.
Love the clinic! Dr. Silvey is an excellent pediatrician. My husband and I love how he takes his time when it comes to seeing our baby girl. He is also a really good listener and always answers any questions we have for him. I would highly recommend him.
Dr swindle has been our favorite since July of 2007! We always ask for him specifically and he never fails us. He is why we stay
My 13 year old daughter saw Dr. Simmons yesterday. He is very good doctor and very kind. We had a great experience. We have been with this pediatric clinic since she was born. We always have a good experience.
We love NWA Pediactrics. It’s nice having the two locations of Rogers and Fayetteville. All the doctors are great , you really can’t go wrong. But we love Dr. Simmons! He does so well with my son very attentive to him. Dr Simmons is also great at answering my questions and never in a hurry. The nurses are all great too. Highly recommend.
Usually not too long a wait. Dr.s are nice and knowledgeable
I highly recommend Northwest Arkansas Pediatrics clinic in Lowell. Our wait time during our last visit was very short and Dr. Jackson and his staff always provide the utmost attention and service.
I felt like the doctor wasn't listen to me. I felt like he gave me medicine that was the typical route and didn't offer any alternatives. He was in and out in 5minutes and didn't even ask me if I had anymore questions or goodbye. His nurse also said nothing to me on my departure. He just left the door open with me sitting in the chair with my baby on my lap and didn't know if he was coming back on not. He also came into the room very loud and trying to be funny but it just scared my child. $140 for 5 minutes and more information on webMD...save your money and don't go the NWA Peds!
I had a family doctor for years that I took my children to and when I had no choice but to find a new one, I was referred to the NWA Pediatric Clinic by my best friend and by a coworker. I was very leery since so many doctors were associated with the clinic and I was use to the same doctor with every visit. I gave it a shot and it has been 5 or 6 years and I can honestly say I have never had a bad experience. I lived in Springdale for years so I used the Fayetteville clinic. I have lived in Benton Co. for about 2 1/2 years now so we use the Lowell clinic. I have seen different doctors over the years at each clinic and I have never left there aggravated due to the wait or irritated because the doctor would not listen to me. If you need a place to take your kids, it is definitely a good choice. (Just FYI, I don't know anyone personally that works at this clinic so this post is from a true patient) lol, everytime I see very few reviews and they have 5 stars my first thought is, I wonder if this is a real customer's review. This is also the first review I have ever taken the time to submit.
There are wonderful, caring, and insightful doctors!!
Worst experience when it comes to referrals and billing. I believe it is all ran by someone by the name of Jodie. Rude and inconsiderate. All I got to say is KARMA.
PITIFUL PITIFUL! I have hated this place from the get go but needed to see someone as soon as my daughter was born. We saw the nurse practitioner for the first few visits because they informed us "we don't get to choose a doctor at first". We did not like this lady. She was constantly judging ME instead of checking in on my child. Very cold feeling. We had a few "ill child" appointments where we saw a lot of different doctors and they were good as are the nurses.. but the front staff is hateful, rude, and degrading. Over the past 9 months, they charged us co pays which were supposed to be covered by our insurance. Our insurance accidentally charged something out as "out of network" and they informed us on arrival our bill was $200 something dollars. We were in the middle of trying to get it straightened out when I got a letter in the mail from them saying they refused to see my daughter until the bill was paid in full. Called them and asked them if we could pay half of it, could she keep her appointment (even though we didn't really owe that amount) and the lady told me yes. Our appointment was supposed to be tomorrow, and they called us TODAY and said they sent it to collections and they wanted it in full. Our insurance personally called them and told them what had happened and we only owed this amount. NWAPC called us and told us they had waited long enough and they refused to wait anymore and we had to pay it in full and they would reimburse us. Needless to say I am with a new Pediatrician now! :) STAY AWAY FROM HERE! Get on a waiting list if you must with Dr. Sharkey or Dr. Froman!
The entire staff was cheerful and accommodating for our visits today. Thank you!
Would not see my son unless i paid out of pocket, which i did a coupoe years ago. As a walk in clinic, all insurance should be accepted, especially if its a one time thing. Glad they couldn't see my son, I dont want to be apart of that kind of business anyway
(Translated by Google) Very nice place excellent attention (Original) Muy bonito lugar exelente atencion
My son had the flu I took him in and the doctor tested for strep and the flu during these test they gagged him very badly and for the flu test made me hold him down and shoved the swabs very forcefully up his nose he cried and screamed it hurt so badly. They then told me both test were negative and they could do nothing for me. It turns out he did have the flu. I realize that flu test are not always accurate but the doctor should have looked at the symptoms and known he had it. I just took my daughter to a different clinic and she also had both test done neither one hurt her at all and the doctor is actually prescribing her meds. The walk in clinics may take longer but you will receive better care. I will never be going back to Northwest Pediatric Clinic.
Love this clinic! My kids have seen several doctors and all have been wonderful.
The doctors and staff at NWA Pediatric Clinic are always friendly and go above and beyond to make us comfortable. We can always get in for an appointment in the same day. I highly recommend NWA Pediatric Clinic!
I have used Northwest Arkansas Pediactric Clinic for both of my children. As with every clinic, you'll have your favorite doctors, and your not so favorite ones. In this case I have several favorites and very few least favorites. My experiences have been pleasant, with only having to wait a long period a couple of times. I cannot leave without saying the nurses her are wonderful as well. They get vitals, and give shots as quickly and as painlessly as possible. All in all, I don't believe there is anyone else in the area that I would rather take my children to.
Rude doctor ended up walking out on him and he said, "on to the next one." Would not recommend to anyone.
I take both of my children to Dr. Koehler. He is kind, patient, and thorough. We have seen other doctors for illness and have been very happy with the care as well. I also love that they have multiple locations as well as a walk in clinic.
Great service as always!
We were in and out even though it was a walk in. Great service!
I have enjoy being there the stuff is always very nice and the waiting roomis clean very age appropriate
Dr Livingston is our FAVORITE!!
Unfriendly staff and rude doctors. I left the appointment without the referral I needed feeling belittled and upset. The only positive thing is the convenient hours the sick patient clinic has. Only visit this clinic if you want to feel completely out of control of your child's healthcare and enjoy doctors that have a "God complex".
I took my daughter to see one of the doctors there the other day for a UTI. The doctor we saw was HORRIBLE. He was rude, and was just trying to hurry us out of there the entire time instead of doing his job. He told us that UTI's are very rare for young children, which is false, and he shamed me for not having my daughter potty trained yet. She's two. Another time we went my daughter had hands foot mouth, they said it was eczema, I had to take her back and tell them, no, this is what this is. I'm not a doctor. I shouldn't be doing there job for them. ABSOLUTELY ridiculous. On the other hand the nurses were very kind and the waiting room was very sanitary.
Dr. Swindle is an excellent doctor! He is intelligent, knowlegable, meticulous, kind, and compassionate. My kids are always so happy to see Dr. Swindle and enjoy going to the doctor. He leads a great team of nurses and is an amazing teacher. Also, he had flawlessly circumcised both of my sons as newborns at their 1 week follow up appointments. Dr. Swindle is an impressively good pediatrician, and I am so grateful to have him comprehensively manage my kids healthcare.
We see Dr. Jackson and have never been disappointed with our experience. He takes the time to really get to know our children and encourages us in holistic wellness. We are comforted in knowing that we’re cared for by such highly experienced and trained professionals with truly compassionate hearts.
Nothing nice to say about these people.
I wish I would of found them four years ago when I arrived to this State! I was referred to them after ai had my baby by a nurse a little over 2 years ago. I immediately fell in love with the staff, their professionalism! I immediately transferred my other children to be seen by them too! I never had any issues with them. My kids love going to them!
I have been going to the clinic since my oldest son was born. Both of my children have seen several doctors and each one was great! I love how easy it is to ask questions even when you feel silly asking them sometimes! Being a new parent is scary and they helped me feel at ease on so many occasions! My insurance is in network with a different clinic yet I choose the best for my children and won't go anywhere else! Thanks NWAPC!
Dr Payton is absolutely amazing with my kiddos. The experience always leaves them smiling even when they have to get their yearly shots.
We are so grateful for this clinic and its staff. They have been a tremendous help to us over the years. Dr. Merideth Denton diagnosed our daughters condition on a first visit as she is outstanding.
I wish I could give a no star review. I called for a prenatal consult, and was offered a parenting class. Why would I be comfortable taking my newborn to a doctor I have not even met. I was told to call after the baby was born.
I have seen just about every doctor that is at this clinic, and each and every one has responded to our needs and questions in a timely manner. They are excellent with their patients and have never made me feel like I’m stupid when I’m asking questions 10/10 this is a great place to take your children!
Nwapc has always been our first choice. Doctors, nurses, and staff have always made our visits comfortable.
I have never seen a doctor I didn't like at this clinic. They are always knowledgeable and compassionate. They are also very good at getting us in quickly when we need a sick child appt.
Faster check in and the atmosphere is great the staff is very gentle whit me daughter of 3 years old super happy whit the services
We absolutely love Mana Pediatric's. We would not take our daughter anywhere else. When we've needed a sick appointment they ALWAYS get me in that day and try to work with our schedule. The doctors here truly care about your child's health and your not just a number. Would definitely recommend them.
This clinic can always get us in when we have a sick child! We appreciate that greatly!
I have been going to this clinic for four years, and truly believe they provide exceptional and holistic healthcare to all their patients. They use up-to-date and evidence-based practice when caring for the children of this community. I believe that all of the providers are very considerate, and my husband and I feel incredibly fortunate that they are caring for my children. The hours of operation are very accommodating also, and their walk in clinic allows for easy access to healthcare. I have seen many physicians in this clinic: Dr Virginia McCord, Dr Dan Rasmussen, Dr Tim Grear, Dr Josephine Park, Dr Andrew Koehler, and Dr Meredith Denton to name a few. These six physicians have shown such professionalism and expertise in their practice and would be highly recommended. As a community, we should be proud to have such a wonderful team of providers caring for our children and the children of our community. Thank you all for your hard work.
Great care as always!
They refuse to give my child a flu shot, we have full coverage insurance and will not be able to see family at Thanksgiving without one. He can't help his age and has to be seen at a pediatrician, don't punish the children.
Doctors and staff are always friendly and helpful. They always take time for my questions
Like to just drop patients without reason or notice.
I like most of the doctors here, but their communication with specialists is a nightmare! If you need a referral, make sure to call and check with both offices to ensure whatever was sent was received. I have had issues with them "not receiving" something that was mailed (twice) and another specialist not receiving what they sent via fax. Overall, I am pleased with the doctors, just be sure to check back often. Oh! And another thing, don't expect to get and vaccinations for your kids here if your children have ARkids B. For some reason they aren't provided.
We absolutely love NWA Pediatric clinic! Wouldn’t take my daughter anywhere else. All the doctors we have came in contact with have been the best. They are wonderful and care about the patients. The doctors all take time to listen and understand your concerns. Especially Dr. Denton she is excellent. And all the staff is excellent and kind. I just love that they have a wellness clinic and a sick so when my daughter is sick I just call and make and appointment for that same day and don’t have to make an appointment for like a week like in other clinics.
Dr Davis is amazing and my child loves to come see him. He always makes her feel comfortable and talks to her so she feels like she is more then just a patient. The staff is friendly and helpful.
We have visited this clinic for 11 years and have never had a bad experience! I would feel comfortable to see any of the physicians on their staff. They have always treated us well, and we rarely have to wait. Friendly, knowledgeable and caring!
Everytime at the Wellness clinic always over an hour wait in the waiting room and then we seeing the doctor a forever wait again then doctor sees baby for maybe 10 minutes if that but I have brought my oldest here for over 18yrs. But these last 5 years half been Horrible Service from the Wellness Clinic. Maybe they are over booked with patients but it's Ridiculous too have wait so long!
Professional and caring staff at all levels. We have used this clinic for almost 18 years and will continue as long as possible.
I have taken my children to this clinic since the 80"s. Now, I am fortunate to have the care and individual attention provided for my children then, to my grandchildren now. The doctors and nurses are all amazing. They take the time to know each patient they see and the patients best interest is always their priority. They are so patient and caring for toddlers with special needs. The 4 star rating is based on the office staffs attitude and scheduling. They are at times short and unable to listen. Obviously out of touch with or overwhelmed with the multitude of patients and their needs. Possibly they are understaffed but good customer service is important at any level. The Lowell office has been terrific every time we've been there as well as the well child care next to Mana MRI.
We love Northwest Arkansas Pediatrics! Dr. Robinson and Dr. Benafield are our favorite people. So thoughtful and attentive!
Wow, I felt compelled to write my review after reading all of the awful things the other reviewers left. Whew, Mana peds is getting a pretty bad rap and they just do not deserve that. Yeah, the docs at this pediatric clinic are not going to tell you what you want to hear, they are going to give it to you straight. I like that and appreciate it. I have 3 children and our 4th is due in 4 months, and they have all went here for care since birth. I can say that I have not ever had a bad experience with any of the doctors and we have probably seen most of them. They have all been incredibly kind and caring. Yes, they are very busy. They see so many kids, thousands, and I don't know how they keep up with all of the demands of seeing sick kids and dealing with all the worried parents. It is hard to get a well child appointment, they book months ahead of time, but if your child is sick, they will get them in straight away. Isn't that awesome? I don't know people, it is like we are going to two different peds clinics or I am lost as to what exactly you expect that you aren't getting.
We have been going to this clinic for over 4 years now and have had consistently good experiences with both our daughter and our son. The nurses are helpful in recommending a doctor for sick clinic and there are so many good doctors to choose from that we have never had an issue with any of them. The most we have ever waited to see the doctor was 15 minutes but normally it takes around 5 minutes. The nurses have always been nice and helpful with any questions. The doctors have always taken the time to answer all of my questions no matter how dumb they may be. Also, I signed my daughter up for a clinical trial with her immunizations and that gave me access to the trial nurses. They are amazing and super helpful. If you have a chance to sign up for a trial and it seems right for your family than it is totally worth it just for the chance to have the help of these nurses. Check-in always goes smoothly and so does check out. Sometimes they don't have the schedule for the doctor out yet for their next visit but it has never been an issue getting an appointment later on. I just make myself a reminder to check back in a couple of weeks if I don't hear back from them before then. Overall I highly recommend this office.
I have been going here since I was a kid and my babies go here. Ive always loved it. The nurses have always been great and the doctors as well. But yesterday was terrible. Took our baby for his newborn check up, hes 5 days old, and the nurse we had made us feel stupid, as did Dr. Robinson. Told us to ask any questions we had and when we did, he made us feel like idiots or would brush us off.
As I child I saw some of these doctors and grew up with their kids. I have since had children of my own and have some of the younger doctors in the clinic as well. We have our two favorites but I have yet to see anyone there I didn't like or trust 100%. Nurses and doctors are always caring and understanding. We wouldn't go anywhere else.
I got in very quickly and Dr. Ball was great! He put my mind at ease and gave me all the details and any information I asked about my doctors allergic reaction. Definitely will be back!
Most of my visits here were great, up until the last one. The appointment had been scheduled 4 1/2 months in advance. I lost my phone 3 days before the appointment, and I had already moved out of state but I had the appt card and came back to town for this last appointment. We drove 4 hours just to walk in and have them tell us they cancelled it. Because I didn't answer their phone call (normally they just text a reminder) they cancelled my appointment. I've never been so disappointed with service from a doctor's office in my life.
My family and I love the doctor's at this clinic but the front office staff are very rude and uncaring. They incorrectly tell you your child can't be seen because of your insurance but in reality they are wrong and you have to have your insurance company call the office manager to get it straightened out and it is a big fight and very frustrating. They really need some new front office staff who are caring and helpful.
Love this place
Impersonal, rude, and expect to talk to a machine.
The costumer service is awful. Not helpful anymore. Like if you don't like answering questions, what the hell you're doing in this job!
The doctors and nurses are great. The front desk staff members are not great. They set the tone for the visit and recently they have been rude and uncaring. The last couple of times that I have scheduled follow-up visits with them, they have acted like it’s a big inconvenience when I asked if there was a different time of day available. The front desk staff alone makes me think we should start looking around for a different pediatrician.
My daughter is 9 months old so we have had several well and sick care appointments. We've seen a whole host of the doctors and have not had a bad experience with any. All have been so patient and kind Answering my long list of questions without making me feel silly for asking. The nurses and front desk staff have been very nice and accommodating. After my baby's shots I was allowed to stay in the room and breastfeed my girl until she was calm and relaxed again. They didn't rush me off. The office is clean. The waiting room is bright and fun with lots of windows. For all our visits, we have been seen immediately upon arrival. We also haven't had a long wait to see the doctor when we get back to our room. I also appreciate the nurse call line to know of we should come for an acute care visit or not.
We especially love Dr. Park, but ALL of the doctors are wonderful with my 3 kids, including one with many medical needs.
Really liking this practice. Dr. Livingston is wonderful.
Love this clinic! Great friendly staff with excellent professional care to their patients!
They gave NO information on the RISKS of the vaccinations and intentionally LIED to me about all of it, and after my son developed AUTISM because of them they told me if I didn't FURTHER vaccinate him they refused to see him anymore so we had to find a doctor that was more about taking care of the patient and less about pushing harmful toxins onto innocent children for profit. Very extremely disappointed in northwest Arkansas pediatric clinic.
I do really like the clinic but just the personal is rude with the people with most of the Hispanic people too lindsay is so bad with that response that she give me I wish u can go to classes how to be with people but valerie it was nice with me
Wonderful care from Dr. Swindle.
Fast service!!! Dr's are always super nice!!
Dr. Furlow is always so knowledgeable and friendly. Urgent care walk in clinic can be very helpful also. No more waiting all day on appointment times.
Doctors and staff are great and the clinic is relatively clean. However I am certain my infant contracted RSV from a newborn with RSV on the wellness side, so that was pretty annoying. But the reason for the poor review is that it is impossible to make a payment to this stupid clinic. Believe me, I want to give them my money, please take it, I'm not looking for a handout, I don't want financial assistance, I WANT TO PAY YOU. They don't inform you of a balance at check-in or check-out, even if you request to pay in the office. This seems like a standard practice of medicinal offices of the modern ages, but not this place. It goes like this: you get a bill, you go online to take care of it, select "pay in office," go into the office for a scheduled visit and no one informs you that you have an outstanding balance and since you're a most likely a parent to be frequenting this place you probably have a million other appts and balances floating around up there, also probably trying to keep your kid happy and not screaming while you schedule your next appointment.... Finally I realized, I'm not going to be able to pay this place in-person. In order to pay online you have to create multiple accounts and get your magnifying glass out to find the "Pay Bill" hyperlink once you've verified all these accounts are yours. If you make it this far, good luck linking your bill account to your multiple online accounts. I'm most likely going to end up calling at this point, or making my husband do it as there is no way I can be polite at this point. Oh and I work in technology, I have a software patent, so I'm not internet incompetent--before you go reading this thinking "this girl's just a dummy." This is the type of hoop-jumping you expect when a company is offering to give you money, not the other way around. Update: most likely upon seeing this review, they reached out to provide personal assistance in paying the bill! Increase in 2 stars!
This is the WORST pediatric that I have ever been to. Some of the staff are SO UNPROFESSIONAL and the phone assistance is inadequate they never do anything for the well being of the child. Their answer to everything is " they'll be fine" or " it will pass" but they expect you to pay for the visit... I don't pay my copay for an "it will pass". I pay so that you guys can figure out what is wrong with my freakin child. My child may not be important you but he is everything to me and for you guys to treat me as such is pathetic. Any suggestions of other pediatric clinics in NWA will be greatly appreciated.. Word of advice Moms don't trust the well being of your children in the hands of these clowns.
Best place to take your kids. They listen to parent's concerns and combine it with their knowledge of how to care for children medically and even provide steps for alternative solutions if possible. They are always friendly and treat my kids like their own.
I have taken my son to this clinic since a few days after he was born. This clinic REFUSED to see my son when he was sick because his insurance made a mistake and did not assign his PCP in this county. When I explained to them I had called and got it fixed but it would take a few days for it to be fixed in the system, this clinic still REFUSED to see my sick son. This is so disappointing because my sons doctor was good with him! It is so sad that this clinic is more worried about MONEY than treating a SICK child. This is absolutely pathetic even when I offered to bring them documents stating that his insurance made a mistake and was fixed. I will never bring my son back to this clinic because they are more worried about money than treating a SICK BABY!!!!! Then I called back and asked for the manager like it said to on the comment. Of course, the manager was not there and never called me back. I was told by someone at the clinic that I was misinformed by the associate and they scheduled my son an appointment. The lady was very rude on the phone and hung up on me after scheduling the appointment. After about 5 minutes, I get a voicemail saying that they still would not see my son even after making him an appointment. My son will never come back to this clinic because this is the worst management I’ve ever seen. I’d rather drive two hours to take him to see a pediatrician and clinic that cares about him rather than money. This type of management is unacceptable
NWA Pediatric clinic is wonderful! The Doctors and staff are both caring and attentive! We have been going to this clinic for the past 4 years and have not experienced any problems. We love NWA Pediatric clinic!
This pediatric clinic is incredible. The doctors are amazing, and the nurses are really intentional. I'm always satisfied with the great level of service I get when taking my daughter. The docs answer any questions we have, and the nurses are more than willing to help. These other reviews here are surprising. This clinic is one of the only pediatric clinics in the region that continues to accept Medicaid, despite losing money for every Medicaid patient these doctors choose to see. There's a reason most other docs don't see Medicaid patients. But the NWA Pediatric Clinic docs have hearts and continue to see thousands of Medicaid patients, at their own expense. There are many people who come to this clinic with a rude and ungrateful disposition, something a doctor can't cure. We have moved three hours away and will continue to see our doctors at the NWA Peds Clinic; that's how good they are.
Over the course of several years, my young son was improperly prescribed, and we as a family were treated very poorly by Dr. Terry Payton, in particular. Not a good experience at this clinic.
Very dissapointed in this doctors office! Receptionist are rude and nurses that say they will call back never did as well as being booked out for 2 month saying that's as soon as they can get my child in..sounds like they have to many patients and cant even take the time needed for the ones they have...go else where if you want a doctors office that cares and has time for your child!
Short wait time. All the doctors spend as much time that you need.
Dr. McCord is always very attentive to my children's needs. I appreciate her cordiality, she doesn't make me feel like I have asked any "wrong" questions and explains things in detail. Very efficient, thank you!
Very disappointed in trying to get a referral to physical therapy for our son. Have been waiting 2 weeks now and was just told today could take an additional 2 weeks to get the referral. Why? The doctor should be able to dictate that within 5 minutes. This lack of concern is keeping him out of sports and each day he is not practicing is hurting his season. The patient concern at this clinic is lacking unfortunately.
We established care for our 3 children with Dr. Park at MANA. She was wonderful. She took the time to get to know our kids and answered all of our questions. The ancillary staff was very nice and patient. The waiting area and clinic rooms were clean and accommodating. We are very happy with this clinic.
Love the environment. Everyone is always super nice. Never afraid to ask any questions. They help you in every way possible! Wish they had more things for the kids in the waiting room. Other then that excellent!
The staff here are very helpful. The pediatricians especially are very knowledgeable, and no concern is too small to talk about. They understand that new parents worry. They have even called next day to check up on a child, which is very reassuring. Also, walk-in hours are extremely helpful for working parents or last minute concerns that don't warrant an ED visit.
Excellent care! Wonderful pediatricians, great nursing staff and amazing office staff. Each time we’ve been there has been a great experience especially considering we go when our child isn’t feeling well. Highly recommend!
The doctors are good, but we always have problems trying to reach the nurse or the recepcionist they never answer or return the call, i asked the doctor why they do that , he said they return call betwen 30 min after the call but the nurse never return calls
Worst receptionist ever. Very rude. Made us visit twice to let us know that I need to have sick or wellness appointment to get flu shot for my kid. That can be communicated on our first visit. Will never visit this facility because of the receptionist.
Dr. Koehler is the best! So glad that we have this clinic so close to Rogers!
Great experience! The staff was nice and friendly! We weren't waiting long at all and the doctor was knowledgeable! Definitely will go back again!
This clinic is always the best, they get you right in and right out! Love all the doctors we've seen here at Nwa Peds!
I just want to brag on this pediatric clinic. My family has been coming to the NWA Pediatric Clinic since 1991. All four of my children have been seen here for sick and well visits for 27 years. We even made a stop in Fayetteville on home leave while we lived overseas to do our well check ups because we trusted them so much. Last week I brought my grandson to the clinic and over the course of four days saw Dr. Terry Lawson and Dr. David Jackson for my grandson who was fighting a pretty bad fever virus. As always these doctors were wonderful. They answered my many questions and were extremely attentive to my concerns for him. Dr. Laureen Benefield also answered several questions for me. While the virus was concerning these doctors reassured me and I knew without a doubt I was in good hands. Thank you NWA Pediatrics for so many years of great care!!!
If I have to go to the doctor this is the place to go. The doctors always explain what is going on.
We LOVE the team at NWA pediatric clinic! They always take their time with our son and that is really appreciated!
We love going to this clinic. Have been taking our son here since he was just a week old. The nurses are always so sweet and we LOVE our doctor. Doctor Rasmussen is hands down AMAZING. I would recommend you having your child see him.
Amazing pediatricians! We went to the walk-in clinic, had very little wait, and left with just what we needed. They are the only group in NWA that I trust.
I'm extremely upset . . I just called at 8 .15 to schedule my daughter an appointment. I've herd great things about mana health. But to my daughter and I were refused because they are no longer excepting ar kids first I had to check again . Thought I called the dentist.
I take my boys here and always have a positive experience. Dr. Simmons and Dr. Swindle are great. Communication and knowledge are top notch, and they were great with my kids. I would definitely recommend. The only thing is that if you don't want to follow the recommended vaccination schedule for first year of baby's life, find a different place. Was not a major issue for me though.
Couldn't imagine ourselves in a different Pediatric Clinic. Clean & spacious waiting area. Staff including appointment setters, and receptionists are always kind with a friendly face. Doctors and nurses are informative and talk directly to my children (who are 8 and older) then to me after they figured out the problem. Been with them for 6+ years and have only seen our PCP twice because all the doctors are so amazing we don't have a preference!
Excellent professionalism, very attentive and warm doctors and staff. Dr Denton and nurses were extremely patient in the effort to diagnose my 2yo daughter's condition.
They always have an attentive doctor, no matter who We see!
Great doctors at the pediatric clinic! It's also nice not having to make a sick appointment and just walking into the acute care side. Walking in is usually the best option for us and they've always gotten us back pretty quick.
Dr.Ball is amazing. My daughter actually doesn't freak out when we go in to see him! Everyone there is super nice & willing to work with you on payments!!
terrible terrible terrible clinic. I can't believe the level of rudeness, there and on the phone...I will be changing doctors asap. I hope the few GOOD doctors there will leave and go someplace else because I have a feeling they will be losing many patients if it continues. Wellness child appointments are almost impossible to make unless you call about 3 months in advance...i'm truly disgusted with the customer service. and when my child had a legitimate complaint, one doctor said it was all in her head!!!!! I'm out!!!
I have 4 children (ages 5-14) and I take them to NWAPC for everything. We've done well check-ups, after hours clinic for stitches, and sick child appointments. The staff is wonderful, wait time is short, and they make everything from paperwork to prescriptions so easy. Dr. Virginia McCord is our favorite and I would encourage anyone searching for a doctor to give them a try.
They've always been good about explaining things. Wait was long though because they actually spend time with people.
I feel that this is the best pediatric clinic around and has been since the beginning. I grew up in Fayetteville and was a patient in this clinic when I was a child. The two doctors that started the Clinic (Dr. Joe T Robinson, and Dr. Terry Peyton) are STILL working at this clinic and still are dedicated to making it the best. They have grown tremendously over the years and now have a large number of qualified, caring, and professional staff. I have had a positive experience with each doctor and nurse we have encountered from the clinic. We participated in a research trial with our first born and had the most AMAZING service and attention from the research nursing staff. I love the sick walk in clinic and after hours clinic that they have. We have been very pleased with this clinic and recommend it to anyone looking. This clinic is truly the best all around package.
Dr. McCord is always so awesome with my kiddos!!
Well, I go back and forth on my feelings with Mana Pediatrics. Some visits are great and some are like walking through a salt lake rigged with razors. I have only liked 4 doctors there. And seen plenty more and the level of disrespect is outstanding. They didn't/don't listen to what my concerns for my daughter are,, they just say "it's a phase". But after the word spread around about our son who had passed away at 7months from genetic abnormalities they changed their tune. But regardless the after hours clinic has been good. And lets just say its the luck of the draw with the doctors
Fantastic clinic! In and out super quick, incredibly friendly staff, and very professional in all of their practices. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great place to take their kids!
Dr Furlow gives consistent, quality care.
Great service from the front desk clerk to every single person involved with the care of your children.
My three children have been patients at the NWA Pediatric Clinic for seven years. we have always been able to see a doctor when my children need it, especially now with the walk-in clinic. My children have received excellent medical care with doctors willing to go all the way to discover and treat my children's sickness.
Since I am a first time mom, I had no idea where to start in picking a Pediatrician's office. This place came highly suggested by all of my mom friends, so I've been taking my son here for almost 10 months! I love it! Everyone is so nice, the wait time is never that long and Dr. Swindle is super informative. He answers all of my questions and explains everything they do!
I remember as a child how it felt going to the doctor, usually scared. But for the 13 plus years that I have been a mother, this clinic has taken great care of my children, EVERYTIME. My kids do not always behave well, the people at the clinic have always been Nothing but patient and understanding. The nurses and doctors there helped my learn so much about parenting, I could never repay them. I have always gotten excellent service from the office staff, they are so sweet. because of their size they have hours I can use if my child comes home sick or feels feverish after dinner, even Saturday's!! They worked hard on my sons case when he had a bad fracture and took stellar care of my now 13 year old when she was a baby, the research department helped me get my daughter the vaccines to keep her healthy even when I didn't have insurance. I could really go on and on, but I won't. I see the negative reviews and hope things turned out ok for those people. I have ONLY ever felt the clinic wants what's best for my child
Dr silvey and Dr parks are the best!!! The office needs a new office manager!!! Cant get a call back.
As if being short on funds isn't embarassing and humiliating enough, I had to deal with some extremely inconsiderate people/policies at Northwest Arkansas Pediatrics. There are so many things that have interefered today with my normal way of handling situations such as these: my dad was in the ER, I was at work, my daughter's insurance card was an hour away on the desk at home. School called to go get my daughter. I made a doctor's appointment at NW AR Peds en route to school. I advised I didn't have the insurance card, but my husband could bring it by on his way to work later this afternoon. Now, at this point, I knew I didn't have the $15 copay, but I assumed that we could work that out when I arrived at the clinic. Well, I was wrong. They made me feel like a complete idiot and would not see my daughter until I paid the $15. What's worse? I gave them 3 choices on how the $15 copay would be paid: 1) I could call daughter's dad and see if he had it. If so, then perhaps the clinic could take the payment over the phone. 2) I could immediately mail the check once I reached home, they would receive it by Thursday (a day and a half from now), when I got paid. or 3) when my husband brings in the insurance card this afternoon, then he could also make the payment at that time. I thought option 3 was the best. They would just be missing the $15 copay for a few hours. As they ignored these 3 options and began scolding me about how it was an understanding that I would have the payment when the appointment was made. So, I came home with my sick daughter as this clinic refused to work with me on the payment--they flat out did not consider any of the three suggestions I made and repeatedly told me that I needed to have the payment when the appointment was made. I'm not always this broke. I recently lost everything: car=job=home. I have a job now and will have a nice paycheck this Thursday, but that was not good enough for this clinic to wait a mere 3-4 hours for payment. I am playing doctor mom at home with my sick child no thanks to this very inconsiderate and unprofessional clinic.
Friendly staff, waiting area it's always clean , I love fact they are open late !
My wife and I are both in the medical field, so we are very picky when it comes to choosing a clinic for our children. That is why we trust the health of our kids to NW Arkansas Pediatric Clinic. The doctors are knowledgeable, the staff is friendly, and I really trust that my children are well taken care of. I highly recommend all of the pediatricians. We wouldn't go anywhere else in NWA. .
We're usually in and out quickly. Doctors are always patient, polite, and friendly
Great service
I have not had a bad experience at this business yet, we have been here a ton as my son has been to the doctor every week for the past 5 weeks, he's been the unlucky one with ear infections. We have been here for all well child appointments as well. Dr. Davis is our primary doctor and we are so happy with him. My oldest hates going to the doctor, but always says how much he loves going to the doctor now because of Dr. Davis in Fayetville. Dr. Swindle has been great to, as well as Dr. Greere.
